A/N: Okay guys, I can honestly say that the feedback I got on the last chapter was pretty disappointing! Come on! Is that all you got to tell me?

I mean I made the chapter super confusing as shit (pardon my french) and you guys aren't going to say anything? And some pretty exciting stuff happened there too!

THE WHOLE PLOT OF THE STORY HAPPENED?! HEELLLOOOO?! Jamie finally remembers Jack!

Although, I did make it pretty anti-climactic... oh well. I'm too lazy to go back and make it exciting XP

Anyways! Moral of the story! Review more! I like it! It boosts my writing motivations!

I also realized that I made a few mistakes in the last chapter, regarding about Jack finding out that Jamie likes Keira... let's just pretend that he forgot that she told him before? XP lol

Okay?! Good! Now on with the story!

To say that Jamie was disappointed with himself was an understatement. He was devastated with himself. Ever since he met Jack he swore he would never forget him, it became a fear that one day he would wake up and forget who Jack was, but as the years passed he became less fearful of forgetting.

Jack was just as real as the Sun and Moon, and even though Jamie couldn't always see them, he still knew that they were there. Jack was exactly the same, just because Jamie couldn't see him, didn't mean that he wasn't there. He knew that it was a fact that Jack was just as real as Jamie, and that was why Jamie forgot him.

Jamie knew it, he became too relax in his beliefs, he never would have guessed that he would forget about Jack. When all of his friends suddenly stopped believing, he took secret pride in the fact that he still believed. That he would always believe.

Yet he forgot, just as easily as anybody would forget the name of a person they just met, or forgetting to feed the cat only to remember when the clawing and meowing would start. In other words, Jamie felt guilty. Jack was his best friend in the whole world, and he forgot. Just like that.

Jamie remembered what it was like forgetting Jack. He could even pinpoint when he stopped believing in him. He was being bullied. Jamie only wanted to get on the football team, after he had watched the games in his first semester, he got riled up and excited over the idea of grabbing that pig-skinned (although probably just plastic) ball, and scoring the winning touchdown for the team.

He went to the coach to ask when try-outs would be, and to his embarrassment the coach told him that he would have to wait until summer to try out and buff up for the fall, "didn't yeh know that, sonny? That's how football works!" he laughed as Jamie flushed in embarrassment, for he actually hadn't known. Unfortunately for Jamie, two of the varsity team's best jocks were there, they heard the whole thing, and that was when the bullying started.

In the beginning, it made Jamie really depressed, until that one day when the ice got too slippery and he was able to dodge those bug brained bums, they crashed right into some trashcans too. That was the most fun Jamie had had in a while, and as Jamie thought back on it, he could have sworn that he heard somebody laughing, and encouraging him that everything would be okay. Jamie knew it was Jack who had created the ice on the sidewalk, now that he believed again, it was almost as though he could see him flying right next to him as Jamie slid on the trashcan lid like a sled.

He could even see him when Jamie crashed at the park, the same place where he lost a tooth when he was ten. The same place that Jack had led him the first time Jamie was in an ice sledding accident. Oh, he felt so guilty. How could he have not remembered right then! Jack tried! Jack tried to get him to remember, and the more memories of the past few months that seemed odd, the more Jamie realized that it was all Jack!

It was Jack who had made his locker a little frosty, and Jamie couldn't work the padlock as it was frozen. At the time Jamie was cursing his luck because he needed his Algebra 1 textbook or else he would have to share with Cupcake. Not that Cupcake was bad, or weird, it was just that everybody else thought so, and if he had to share his textbook with her, then he would probably be teased again.

Sure enough he did have to share with Cupcake, and sure enough, he was teased by his peers. He was so irritable and angst-y, he couldn't even see what was right in front of him. If he had ignored what the other kids said, if he didn't mind sharing a textbook with Cupcake, then he would have noticed the ice patterns on his locker. Instead, he lost his friendship with Cupcake, and he still didn't remember Jack. He hurt the people he cared about unconsciously.

Jamie also recalled the time in the Cafeteria, when there was a food fight. It was so obvious that it wasn't him, but there wasn't anybody else who could have possibly been around, and there was footage too! The cameras in the cafeteria never recorded Jack, nobody saw him floating in the air, but perhaps it was because nobody believed he existed that made it so he was invisible on the screen.

The worst part was, that throughout that entire time, he kept thinking he forgot about something. Something really important. He would check his pockets while he walked to school, did he forget his keys? his cell phone maybe? Was there a test that day he didn't study for? It was an awful lingering feeling that followed him every time he zipped up his backpack and walked out of each class.

But now it was over, those dreaded months of forgetting were over. He remembered again, and it was all because of Keira. How she knew of Jack he didn't know, but boy, was he glad she made him remember. If she didn't Jamie would have lived the rest of his life forgetting.

When they were swept into that portal to the North Pole, Jamie could barely contain his excitement. He couldn't wait to tell Sophie, but then he remembered that she had forgotten too. He wondered if Bunny knew that, was he torn up about it like Jack was?

But all thoughts of worry and guilt were swept out of his mind when he landed with an, "Oomph!" and he heard Keira make almost the same, "oomph!" only an octave or two higher. He heard Jack laughing at the two of them, and when Jamie was still getting the stars out of his eyes, he could have sworn he saw Jack pick Keira up off the ground and set her straight on her feet.

"Aha! Jack, you are back!" came the booming voice of North, his tattooed arms out stretched for a hug, "And you brought Jamie!" he exclaimed.

"Yeah, hey there Santa," Jamie flushed in embarrassment, North chuckled deeply from his belly, "Oh this is wonderful, Jack! Jamie believes again!" he said between laughs.

"Well Jamie," North bent down to look at him, his bright blue eyes full of wonder, "Welcome, to the North Pole, or as I like to call it: Santoff Claussen!" he said exuberantly stretching his arms out to show off his wonderful workshop. And that was when Jamie really got a look at North's workshop. It was better than anything he could have ever come up with. There were Yetis and elves everywhere, and now that Christmas was over, it looked as though they were sort of goofing off. Toys flew through the air, and circled around the huge globe in the center of North's giant workshop. Jamie felt that this was a place where he could have fun for the rest of his life!

"This is amazing!" Jamie bounced on his feet, throwing his arms in the air, and he was ten years old all over again.

North chuckled at Jamie again, before turning to look seriously at Jack and Keira, "So? What happened?" he asked, the only signs that he was smiling a minute ago was the flush on his nose and cheeks.

"Well," Jack started, "we went back to Keira's and..." Jack trailed off, looking over at Keira with a grieving expression. Keira was looking down at the floor, peeking up at North through her dark blonde bangs, "you guys were right," she started, her voice scratchy, "my Aunt forgot about me, she didn't even see me."

After a minute of harsh breathing, she brought her hand up to her mouth, stifling her sobs as she hugged herself. Jamie took a step forward to comfort her, but Jack was already there, resting his chin on Keira's head and tucking her into his blue sweater. If Keira hadn't been crying at the moment, Jamie would have been more worried over Jack holding her like that. But he brushed it off, figuring that Jack was just doing his job, he had seen Jack comfort many kids while they cried from a scraped knee on the playground. Then again, Keira's problem was no scraped knee.

"Are you sure?," North said solemnly.

Jack nodded his head lightly ruffling Keira's soft hair with his chin, "We even called her parents..." he trailed off, but didn't continue as Keira buried herself deeper into his arms, her muffled sobs becoming more distressed. Jamie had no idea what to do, so he just stood there and soaked up what he had just heard. Keira told him the situation in his room, he knew that something strange was up, that was why they were here. Keira wasn't just being forgotten, people weren't believing in her.

"North, there's something else," Jamie said turning toward the Jolly man, "I don't think that it's just people forgetting about her. I think it's more serious than that." North's large eyebrows bunched up together in confusion, "From what I had heard about everything that is going on, it sounds more like people aren't believing in her anymore, it's like they don't believe in her existence," he finished solemnly.

North's eyebrows shot up his forehead, wrinkling his brow as his eyes grew wide in shock, "Shostakovich! Jack, Do you know what this means?"

"uhhhh, yeeeessss?" Jack confirmed, although it sounded more as though it were the opposite of yes.

"Quick! we must call Guardians!" North said turning straight for the command center in front of his globe, but then Phil the yeti stepped in front of North and garbled at him, "ugh, you are right! Tooth and Sandy are too busy with dream and teeth, and Bunny is busy with egg!" he cried out in frustration. "We will call them first thing in the morning!" North called out, spinning around to face them, "for now we just sit tight," he ended on a solemn note.

He walked out of the room, barking orders at the Yetis for cookies and some blocks of ice. Not knowing what to do, Jamie followed Jack and Keira down a hall and into a guest room, with Keira still in Jack's comforting arms.

Keira stayed up the entire night as they waited for the Guardians to come back. Jack doesn't normally sleep, so he watched her nervously as she sat, in the same bed she was in when she was sick, and stared out the window and into the cold darkness of the North Pole.

Jamie had fallen asleep in the chair by the bathroom about an hour ago. They had stayed up most of the night talking, wondering about what not being believed in really meant. After a while, the conversation got so profound, that it ended up having a billion different meanings that just confused the lot and got them nowhere close to understanding what exactly was going on.

So, they decided to just wait for the dawn. But Keira couldn't wait, her thoughts were too jumbled to sleep, and she found herself growing increasingly impatient for the arctic sun to come up. It was ironic considering that the nights went faster and the days were longer, up in the North Pole, because Keira felt as though she were waiting an eternity for that damn sun to come up already.

"Keir?" he whispered her name, as though if he spoke too loud the night would awaken.

Keira shifted her gaze to Jack, who gave her a sympathetic look that was, although slightly annoying now, still absolutely adorable. He was standing next to the fireplace, which glowed in embers, sometimes popping as though it were whispering with Jack.

she whispered a, "Yeah?" in reply, not wanting to wake up what ever slept at this devilish hour either.

He leaned his staff on the wall next to the bed and sat down next to her, "It's going to be okay," he whispered, his ice blue eyes gazing into her milk chocolate brown ones.

"yeah."

And then it was silent, except for the snapping whispers from the fire, when she suddenly felt cold arms wind around her, as Jack shuffled closer to her, ruffling the sheets. Albeit a little chilly, his arms were comforting, and they made her feel soft inside her stomach. A feeling that she could only compare to when drinking something warm, or hugging your best canine friend, or something equally as soft and comforting. But this was different, this wasn't just a friendly hug, and Keira knew that it wasn't. She knew it had potential for so much more. She looked up at Jack, his ice blue eyes had turned soft, and was similar in color to a blue slushy or snow cone. His white jaw was outlined by the dying fire, and Keira could see his distinct collar bones peeking out of his Jacket.

As she looked back up, she noticed his breathing had gone a little harsher, it didn't have the rhythm from breathing normally for oxygen, and as Keira heard his cool harsh breathing flush on her cheeks, she couldn't help but breath a little harshly as well. Jack's arms slipped down from her shoulders and soon his hands rested on her waste. He ducked his head slowly forward and gave her flushed cheek a kiss, then quickly switched to her other cheek before giving that one a slow kiss as well. He was kissing her, it was the least thing she expected him to do and it even took her a moment to let that thought sink in. He was kissing her everywhere but her mouth.

The kisses felt weird, they didn't feel like human kisses for human kisses left behind a warm feeling, but that didn't make these kisses any less addictive. Jack's kisses tingled with a chill, and as she felt his lips brush her jaw, she couldn't help the catch in her breath when it left behind the ice-y tingle. She smoothed her hands into his cool white hair, and his lips landed to her neck, where he left a lingering ice-y kiss. The kiss on her neck made her forget to breath because it was so cold. It felt the same as when she drank something freezing cold, and when she sucked in a breath it felt harsh against her throat, the same uncomfortable feeling she had when running on a cold day. Although it was uncomfortable, she couldn't help but take another breath to feel the harsh scrape against her throat.

Jack had looked up at her again, gazing into her eyes and suddenly flashing down to her lips, he was going to kiss her. He wanted to kiss her, desperately, and she wanted him to kiss her just as bad. She wanted it, she wanted to feel his ice-cold breath going down her throat. His head began to duck closer to hers, his fingers lightly gripping her waste, and just as she lifted her lips to meet his, just as his lips were about to meet with hers, no more than a centimeter apart, so close that she could almost feel their lips touch, did a loud abrupt snort come from the other corner of the room.

Instantly, Jack tore his arms away from her, and Keira jumped a little away from him. They snapped their heads over to the other side of the room where Jamie was, sleeping in his chair, he made a slight smacking noise with his lips before resting his head on his other shoulder. His brow knit together, as though he were confused, and slowly his eyes began to open.

Jack chuckled from somewhere next to Keira, "huh, I never would have thought you to be a snorer Jamie," Jack laughed as Jamie suddenly straightened up still smacking his dry lips, "especially since you were such a quiet sleeper as a kid," he laughed some more as Jamie came to the realization that he had been snoring and flushed in embarrassment.

"What time is it?" he said groggily, Keira glanced over at the clock on her bedside table, "ummm, it is 6:00 a.m, back at home it would be around midnight or something like that," she turned around back to Jamie, only to notice that his eyes seemed narrowed and critically evaluating Jack and Keira.

Did he see them...? Keira certainly hoped not, she would be embarrassed beyond belief. She didn't even know what she would do if Jamie saw Jack kissing her. He didn't exactly kiss her full on the mouth... although she really wanted him too. But still! It would still be embarrassing! Keira knew that she liked Jack, Jack was well... Jack, he was tall, cool, funny, and immortal. Which sort of just made Jack seem a hell of a lot sexier- cute! she meant cute! And Jamie well, he was mortal, he was growing up a bit, and he seemed to have finally gotten new clothes that fit him better. He almost looked like a Jack version in brown, only without Jack's face. They both had strong collar bones and- why was she even thinking about this?!

Disrupting her thoughts, Jack grabbed his staff and went over to the window lifting the curtain to check outside, "I think the sun will rise in an hour or so," he said critically, "we should go down to the kitchens and grab something to eat before meeting with the rest of the guardians." he walked over to the door as Jamie shot up from his chair, it was surprising that he was so energetic considering that he only had one hour of sleep. Keira slowly followed them down the hall, when Jack suddenly stopped, "Aaahhh," he groaned rubbing the back of his head, "you know what, I'm going to actually go up to North's office and see if he's awake," he decided, turning around and lightly jogging down the hall.

"But Jack, we don't know where the kitchens are?!" Jamie called after him, panicked. "It's just on the bottom floor of the workshop, take the elevator and follow the elves!" he shouted back from down the hall.

"Follow the elves?" Keira asked looking over at Jamie, who only shrugged, turned and went back in the direction they were going in before.

A/N: Okay, okay, I know all of you Jamie fans out there hate me right now XD But I did give a cool perspective on Jamie's point of view! And you can just feel the tension in the air around the three!

Did Jamie see Jack kissing Keira? Did he make that snoring noise on purpose or by accident? Why did Jack decide to go to North's workshop? Will Keira and Jamie run into Mrs. N down in the kitchens? What does not being believed in actually mean for Keira?

Let me know what you think! It's all inspiration for my writing. If you want something to happen, let me know! I might just squeeze it in there! tehe ;P

p.s. if you were wondering? Yes, Keira does have a small collar bone fetish... XP I have no relations to collar bones at all, this small fetish belongs solely to Keira, but I think it's adorable :P
