Larxene sat idly a considerable distance above the ground in the silks, using it like a swing. She swung her bare feet lazily, watching the patrons shuffle in to take their seats. Quiet murmurs rang out as the crowd began to settle. She grinned down at them, knowing the trouble she'd be getting into for what she was about to do. She drew a breath to speak. Normally she didn't have to say a word in her shows, her skills spoke for her. "This isn't exactly what I had in mind for tonight." She bit her tongue and straightened her posture. Might as well just keep diggin' this hole, right? Can't very well turn back now. What would she say to Xemnas? a faint haze loomed over the crowd, slowly making its way to the stage. A strange burning sensation began to build in her chest, increasing in intensity as the shroud of color became more apparent. The pendant gave a dim flicker as opposed to the strong glow it used to give.

Pooka turns sharply after leaving the Escape Artists tent, ducking back into the shadows. He had a mission after all. Though it was nice to see an old friend. Sniffing the air again, he creeps behind the tents. Sniffing one last time, he decides that this is the tent. Slowly he enters the tent, finding just the person he was looking for. There she was, sleeping on a bed, looking like she had accidentally nodded off. Reaching out to grab her as gently as possible, she unfortunately wakes at the touch. The blue haired girl lets out a scream that hurts his ears. Ignoring the girls screams, he places the girl over one shoulder and sniffs the air again.

Larxene's stomach seemed to leap into her throat upon hearing the scream, breaking her concentration as well. Half of the crowd visibly jumped, and began to rise from their seats. The others rose too, slowly, calmly making their way to the doorway of the tent as if nothing happened. The ones unaffected began to panic, as did Larxene. She took hold of both strands of silk and wriggled herself free, sliding down the fabric with haste. She staggered a bit once she finally touched the ground. Her vision doubled. Bounding off of the stage, she tore numbly at her throat to get the choker off of herself. Closing her fist tightly around the pendant, she fought through the crowd of half-hollowed people to get to the wall to her room, while they pushed their way out into the circus grounds. Forcing the door open, she called out to Aqua as she stepped through. Her voice seemed to leave at the sight of the creature towering before her.

Aqua looks at Larxene with a face filled with fear, struggling to free herself from the creature's one-armed grasp. Pooka turns to look at Larxene as well, staring intently at her, trying to decide what to do next.

Larxene took a shaky step backward, feeling her foot connect with the wall. She stood in silence for a moment, trying hard to get her vision to steady itself. Was she hallucinating? This thing didn't have a face. Why does it have Aqua over it's shoulder? Her chest heaved. Whatever it was, it didn't look good. What could she possibly do to something of this size? She shifted her gaze from Aqua, to it's face. She stared into it's seemingly empty eye sockets. Her stomach turned. Somehow she just knew that it stared back at her. It sent a shiver down her spine in the worst way. Where was it taking her? Electricity crackled at her fingertips. Pain coursed through her chest again. She ground her teeth, fighting to keep a neutral expression despite how much it hurt. There was no chance of winning against this…..thing, but she would try if she had to.

Pooka notices the electricity coursing through Larxene's hands and lets out a stern bleat. Aqua tries hard not to yell, but manages to cry out, "What is this thing? Put me down!" She punches at Pooka's shoulder, to which he has no reaction. Letting out a loud scream, Pooka leaps at Larxene grabbing around her waist, and tries to hoist her over his other shoulder.

She squinted a little, hearing the noise the creature made. What kind of animal is this thing? Is….is it even an animal? She shook her head, trying to steady her vision and will away the sick feeling building in her stomach. Larxene cursed aloud, feeling it's strange claws around her waist. Her hand connected with it's other shoulder, the electricity around her fingers fizzled out upon contact. Despite her effort to keep her body stiffened, she toppled over a little, the side of her face made contact somewhere along it's upper back. It's fur was…..strangely soft. Her eyes widened. Was this fur?

Pooka kept both Aqua and Larxene close to his body with no effort. He shifted his weight as if to break into a run, and then lifted his head to shriek one last ear piercing sound. As the noise echoed over the Circus, he darted out of the tent and across the grounds. Heading straight for the streets as quick as he could, without losing grip of either of his passengers.

Larxene shifted to clasp her palms to her ears in an attempt to stifle the intensity of the noise this creature was screeching. She closed her eyes and swore aloud, suddenly taking hold of his fur in her fists in slight fear. Hell, she couldn't fall if she wanted to. This thing's hands…were they hands? …paws? Were nearly the size of her entire body. She shuddered at the thought. How high up were they? She opened her eyes and looked down as best as she could. Her head spun from the blur. As tall as this creature was, his speed was staggering. Someone was sure to see them, right? Her gaze whirled to Aqua. Where was it taking them? Could this be a new punishment from the Ringmaster? Something told her 'no,' and she wasn't sure if that made their situation better, or worse.

Aqua was gripping just as tightly to the beasts fur, keeping her eyes focused on where it was going. She gave up struggling a while ago, and was trying to prepare herself for the destination...wherever it may be. The alleys and streets became less and less familiar as time went on. She tried to catch Larxene's gaze for a possible explanation for all this, but couldn't quite find her behind the bouncing mass of fur. Pooka continued running until he was outside of the city. His pace didn't slow once he hit the dusty ground. Sand and dirt kicked up in a cloud behind him as he continued his journey with his two passengers. Climbing over rocks and what looked like fallen pieces of ancient buildings, his pace finally began to slow. He stopped in front of a cave-like opening in a pile of rock. A small curtain covered the entrance. He dropped the girls gently before bleating one last time and taking off into the darkness.
