Sarahdoll165: I know she usually is imagined as a blonde. I think that's part of the reason why I didn't have her be one. Hope you like it!

Elita and Jack ran right into the classroom right when the bell rang. They were both panting as they sat down in the last two empty seats in the room.

The teacher, Mr. Ception had his back turned as he wrote on the blackboard. He had red salt and pepper hair and wore blue jeans with a red dress shirt.

"Miss Twon. Late on your first day I see." He spoke.

"Sorry sir. Your class moved. I had to figure out where it was." Elita replied.

Mr. Ception turned around and looked at Jack. He saw that the teacher wore a monocle. "And you must be Jackson Darby."

Jack nodded. "Just Jack is fine sir."

Mr. Ception tapped his leg. "This is the first day and I hardly expect you to know where your class is. However, now that you do, I will not tolerate anymore tardiness. Am I clear?"

Elita and Jack nodded at the teacher and sunk back into their chairs.

Mr. Ception finished writing on the blackboard. It was his name and the title of Basics of Linguistics.

"Welcome to Cybertron Academy. If you hadn't already guessed that I am going to be your homeroom teacher for this semester, then get out now. You clearly don't belong here." Mr. Ception began.

He waited for a few seconds but no one moved. He nodded.

"Good. Now, this semester you will learn the very basics of our school's linguistics curriculum—"

Mr. Ception continued to talk about what they were going to be learning during the semester. Forming proper sentences. Essays. Phonetics. Everything Jack was a pro at.

He finished talking almost twenty minutes before the class was over. He let his new students chat amongst themselves.

Jack turned to Elita. He looked at her. She looked a few years older than him.

"Um, Elita. What are you doing in the freshman's linguistics class?" Jack asked.

Elita's face turned red and she smiled awkwardly. "Well, let's just say that I most certainly didn't get accepted into the academy because of my incredible reading and writing skills. I've been held back in this class for almost two years now."

Elita sighed as she looked down at the book Mr. Ception had handed out. She opened it up to the first page and stared at the words on the paper.

"It all looks like freaking chicken scratch. The letters look all jumbled up and then they start flying off the page in disorderly patterns." Elita complained. "I used to be...visually impaired and never needed to read. However now that I have sight, I can't read because I never learned how."

Jack looked at her worriedly. "Then how do you get by in other subjects?"

"Well, my best friend is in all my other classes. She reads the word questions to me. But it would be nice to pass this class this year. I just need one more language credit to graduate." Elita replied.

She put her head down against the book.

"Until then, I'm just gonna have to suck it up and suffer through it and hopefully not fail this year." Elita concluded. "So Jack. Have you decided whether or not you're going to join a faction?"

Jack shrugged. "I'm thinking of joining the Autobots right now."

Elita smiled at him. "Hashtag Autobots am I right?"

Jack smiled. "The Autobots seem trustworthy."

Elita got up and nodded. "We are. Don't worry, you seem trustworthy too. If you want I can put in a good word for you."

"Can you?" Jack wondered.

"Sure! I'm a senior Autobot. I'll get you in no problem." Elita assured him.

"Oh. Thanks." Jack replied.

Elita nodded and took out her phone. There was a text on the lock screen. She smiled and swiped it open so she could text back.

When she sent it she sighed happily. "He should really stop trying to be romantic. He sucks at it."

Jack looked at her.

"Oh. My boyfriend. He's trying to act like a womanizer over a text. Unfortunately for him he just comes off as awkward. It's high–larious." She explained.

Jack couldn't help but laugh too.

They sat there and chatted until the bell rang.

When it did, all of the other students got up and walked out of the classroom.

"Well, I'm off to my Advanced Mathematics class." Elita announced.

"Advanced Mathematics? You can't get by in linguistics but you're in the Advanced Mathematics course?" Jack said incredulously.

Elita shrugged. "Numbers not letters Jack."

"But there are letters in math."

"Those are variables. Totally different! See you when I see you Jack!" Elita replied as she ran off in the opposite direction.

Jack watched her go before turning to go to his next class. Science. Great.

The class was on the second floor. He sighed as he walked up the crowded stairway. He walked through the hall and met up with Miko and Raf who were apparently in his class as well.

"So. Science. It ain't my best subject. How about you guys?" Miko said.

"I passed science last year. It's okay. Not my favourite but okay. Raf?" Jack replied.

"I've been getting straight A's in the past few years. My parents expect me to keep it up." Raf answered.

"Uh huh." Jack said. "So how were your homerooms?"

"I liked it. Our teacher, he said his name was Terry Traant, was really cool. He sounded a little robotic but he made the computer sound really awesome." Raf spoke.

"My teacher was alright. Mr. Harmone. He was nothing outstanding but he wasn't terrible." Miko replied.

"My teacher, Mr. Ception seemed really strict." Jack said. "He didn't seem bad though. Plus, I met another Autobot in that class."

"Really? Who?" Miko asked.

"Her name is Ellen Twon. Her Autobots name is Elita One." Jack answered. "She said that she could probably get me into the Autobot faction."

"Seriously? Can you ask her to get me in to? I so wanna join their faction. It seems awesome!" Miko exclaimed.

Jack shrugged. "Maybe."

Their science teacher was Ms. Beta. She seemed nice but strict, similar to Mr. Ception.

She didn't talk for too long, and let the students socialize until the bell rang for lunch.

Jack, Miko and Raf were walking down the stairs towards the cafeteria as they were met by their guides.

"Hey guys!" Bulkhead called. "You guys going for lunch?"

Miko nodded.

"Cool! We'll come with! We'll introduce you to some other Autobots." Bulkhead replied.

"Sweet!" Miko exclaimed.
