"What are we gonna do Jack? We can't just stand here and let them do that can we?" Raf asked the older boy for guidance.
Jack gritted his teeth as he tried to think of something to do here.
"Raf. You're the computer genius right? Can you fix that?" Jack asked the boy.
"Uh...if I can use that hard drive that they're using probably." Raf answered.
"Okay then. What I'm gonna do is make a distraction and-"
Jack's plan was interrupted however, when Miko began thrashing around in Breakdown's arms.
"Hey! Hey! Cut it out!" Breakdown exclaimed.
"Breakdown! Stop her now!" Knockout told him. "The racket she's causing is messing up my concentration."
"Step away from the computer Decepti-Freak!" Miko shouted as she jumped up and kicked Knockout into the screen before him.
Surprising both Knockout and Breakdown, Miko was able to shake herself free and bolted out of the room. However, before leaving she sent a wild foot into Breakdown's most sensitive area, earning a high-pitched yelp from the older boy as he fell to the floor.
"Suck it!" Miko exclaimed triumphantly as she bolted out of the room.
Before she could run past them, Jack grabbed her shoulder and pulled her aside.
"Miko!" Jack said.
"Jack! Raf!" Miko replied.
"Hey. Did you see what they were doing in there?"
"Yeah. They were messing with the security cams right?"
"Yeah. Raf says he can fix it but only if he can get to the console and use the hard drive that Knockout's using."
"You got a plan Jack-Rabbit?"
"Yeah. You think you can evade Breakdown?"
Miko smirked and held up her fist.
"Hell yeah."
"Okay then. Keep him away from here."
"What about you two?"
"We can take Knockout."
Raf snapped his head toward Jack.
"We can?" He asked incredulously.
Jack shrugged.
"We're gonna have too. Get going Miko."
"Right."
"And don't do anything stupid please."
Miko turned and stuck her tongue out at him unreassuringly.
Miko then showed herself in front of the door with her arms waving in the air. Letting the two older students inside know that she was there.
"Bet you can't catch me scrap for brains!" Miko taunted Breakdown before taking off.
Breakdown growled as he got up and took off after her.
When they were gone, Jack quietly entered the room. He crept up behind Knockout, planning to take him by surprise, but Knockout ended surprising Jack when he spun around and brought the freshman to the ground.
"Tch. Thought you could sneak up on me did you?" Knockout smirked.
Jack scowled as he thrashed beneath Knockout and got back up on his feet. Jack pushed Knockout against the wall but the older student just laughed and pushed Jack away.
"Please. Don't make me laugh anymore kid." Knockout sneered as he ran at Jack, wrapping his arms around his neck.
"I might not be the most physically capable at fighting like the other Decepticons, but I'm more than capable enough to handle a little freshman like y-"
Knockout's last words were cut off abruptly as a thud could be heard from behind him. His face went blank as another thud was heard, and when another thud sounded Knockout fell to the floor.
Jack spun around to see Raf standing over Knockout's unconscious body, holding up his history, and science textbooks.
"Raf! Thanks for the save!" Jack told the young boy. "I had no idea you had it in you."
Raf sighed in relief as he put his textbooks away.
"Yeah, but I bet that he would've gone down sooner if I had a math textbook too. Oh well."
"Uh-huh. Now, d'you think you can fix the cams?" Jack replied.
Raf walked up to the computer and examined the images up on screen. He began typing some things into it and a series of complex looking codes came up.
"This is some heavy stuff they're using to change the images...pretty tough to undo...but not too tough for me." Raf adjusted his glasses and began working. "Sit tight Jack. I got this."
"Good."
Jack stood by Raf as he worked at the computer, undoing what Knockout had been doing and turning the images back to what they were.
A few minutes later, Miko returned, panting and breathing heavily.
"Miko! Are you okay?" Jack asked her worriedly.
She waved him off.
"Yeah. Peachy. Just lost Breakdown up on the third floor. Once he scours there and the second floor he'll probably come back here, so you might wanna hurry up with whatever you're doing now if you don't mind." Miko replied.
"How'd you guys do here on your end?" Miko wondered as she turned to look at Knockout. "Pretty good from the looks of it."
"Man Miko you should've seen it. Raf brought him down." Jack told her.
"Yeah, but only after Jack decided to go mano a mano with Knockout." Raf interjected happily.
"Yes yes great job boys mama's very proud of both of you but could you hurry it up." Miko said.
"Oh, right right sorry." Raf replied as he continued to type.
"Great." Miko said.
Raf continued to fix what Knockout had done into the computer for another five minutes, Jack and Miko standing by him.
"Done." Raf concluded as he took the USB out of the port.
"Good. Now let's get outta here." Jack replied as they walked to the door. When Jack poked his head out of the door, he saw Breakdown walking down the hall towards the room.
"Scrap." Jack cursed quietly as he ducked back inside.
"What's wrong?" Raf asked.
"Breakdown's coming back." Jack answered.
"That's not good. We can't pass through the hall without going through him can we, and I doubt that you guys'll fair as well with him like you did with Knockout." Miko replied.
Jack nodded in agreement as he gestured towards them to follow him and he lead the other two freshman to hide behind the large mainframe of the computer system.
Jack peeked his head out once again to see Breakdown walk into the room. Jack gasped and ducked behind their cover.
"Knockout!" Breakdown exclaimed. "What's happened?"
Groaning could be heard. Knockout was waking up.
"What happened Kevin?" Breakdown repeated.
"Ugh. Those damn freshmen got the jump on me." Knockout replied.
Breakdown growled. "Let's go find 'em."
"Yes. Let's." Knockout agreed as he got up and the two left the room.
After a few moments, the freshmen stood up.
"They're gone." Jack spoke. "C'mon."
The other two freshmen got up and followed him out. When all three of them were out of the room, the door slammed behind them. Knockout and Breakdown had been standing behind the door.
"Boo!" Knockout shouted as the kids began to run.
"No! More running!" Miko complained.
And more running! Oh no!
