I want this over now. I really don't need any characters other than canon and my own OCs in this story. I have this thing more or less planned out now and there is no room for anyone else's OCs. Please, this is my story and I will write it and add characters that I see fit. Thank you for offering, but I am writing this creation of mine, alone.

I sincerely hope that this does not detract from your overall enjoyment and suggestions that you may continue to leave in the comments.

As for this chapter...Halloween arc still going on in December...seems legit. Christmas/Holiday arc will be coming out during the Christmas/Holiday break. It should anyways. It had better. *shakes fist at lazy procrastinating self*.

Please enjoy.

Two hours after the dodgeball tournament ended, the sun had set completely. The moon had come up cast its soft light throughout Galaxy City.

While most of the suburban area was dark, Cybertron Academy found itself to be lit with orange lights around its building and walkways.

A large part of student body was there. While not all of them were going to take part in the Courage Walk, all of them wanted to watch and see who would win the challenge.

No one knew what they would face when they stepped into the dimly lit doors of the school. Well, no one except for Sentinel. He wasn't participating in the Courage Walk because he was the one in charge of the committee who set it up.

Jack could see the Head Hall Monitor grinning like a psycho at the doors.

"Are you going in Jack?" Miko asked when she met up with Jack and Raf.

"Ah, I dunno. Maybe." Jack replied. "How about you Raf?"

Ever since they had gotten to the school Raf had been shaky. He kept rubbing his hands together and stayed close to his friends. Bumblebee was watching his younger friend from a distance, worried.

"No, I doubt it." Raf said in a small voice.

"Raf what's wrong?" Miko wondered.

"Nothing...it's just...haunted houses bring back bad memories." Raf answered.

Miko furrowed her brows before smiling.

"Hey, no worries Raf. I'll win this challenge in your name!"

"Okay, thanks Miko."

"Hey all you freak shows listen up!" Sentinel shouted, causing all of the excited and fearful chatter to die down.

"I'm gonna lay down the rules once and only once!" he continued, "Only a maximum of two people can enter the Walk at a time. When you go in on the floor will be a trail of orange lights that you follow. Follow the trail until you reach the end of the Walk. The objective is to get through the Walk fast and without screaming. The winners will be decided by the time taken inside and how many screams we hear. Speaking of screams we hear, an added feature that I personally decided to add this year, are microphones placed at all parts of the Walk. Now, everyone out here will be able to hear your wuss out moments. However many there may be."

With that last line, Sentinel caught a glance at Optimus and Megatron. Last year Megatron had won, Optimus not too far behind because he spent two more minutes doing the Walk than Megatron.

"Third place gets a free food pass at the caf, good for a week. Second place gets a free movie pass, and food. First place gets a gift card to the Galaxy City mall. Good at all stores and food court. Now, will everyone participating please step forward."

Several Autobots and Decepticons as well as a few Neutrals stepped forward.

"Alright, who wants to go first?"

The first to go in was Smokescreen. He went in alone, all determined to show Optimus and the others that he was a fearless son of a glitch and could handle anything. The audience could hear his fearful screaming after six minutes.

"Well, it was almost ten...that counts for something right?" Bulkhead said.

Smokescreen's total: 16 minutes, 6 screams.

Starscream burst out laughing when the speakers projected his first scream.

"All talk. What a loser." he commented.

After him the Jeddins went in together.

Almost every time they did, the two screamed in unison.

Jeddin Twins's total: 15 minutes, 6 screams on Skyquake's side, while Dreadwing had only 4.

The list continued on.

Chromia: 15 minutes, 5 screams.

Bulkhead and Wheeljack both spent 13 minutes and screamed a total of 5 times.

Knockout and Starscream decided to go in together. The two of them actually spent so long on the Walk that Sentinel was actually considering going in to make sure that they were okay. However, they came out just as he began to consider it.

Starscream was dragging Knockout through the doors. The look on his face made the red head look semi-comatose.

Everyone else did fairly well. Jack and Miko went in together.

"Better come back out alive." Arcee said mockingly.

"Hey, it's not like you're going in." Miko replied.

Arcee shrugged. "Sorry, just not feelin' it this year. This is great for freshmen though. Good luck."

"Alright...thanks I guess." Jack spoke before the doors closed behind him and Miko.

It was pitch black within the halls until the orange trail on the floor lit up.

"Well," Miko spoke, breaking the silence the darkness had wrought.

"We'd better get moving." Jack said and he stepped forward.

The moment he put his foot forward a paper ghost fell from the ceiling.

"Tch, seriously?" Miko muttered. She flicked the poor attempt of a scare away and moved forwards.

"C'mon Jackrabbit. Let's move. I have Christmas shopping to do."

Jack followed her. They continued on and encountered a few more cheap scares. Then they turned a corner and were met with total darkness again.

"Are we supposed to go this way?" Jack wondered.

"Must be, I mean, the trail leads this way." Miko replied.

"Yeah, and then it stops."

"Okay, but we have nowhere else to go. C'mon."

Miko stomped on forwards and into the dark.

"Hey, wait up!" Jack exclaimed before following her.

"Miko...Miko...where'd you go? I can't see squat in here."

Jack heard a scream from up ahead.

"Miko? Are you okay?" Jack called, worried. He jogged forward through the dark until he bumped into something.

"Ugh, hey, Miko?" Jack looked up to see the figure turn around. It was holding a lamp so when he turned around fully, Jack could see the hooded figure without a visible face.

It whispered something before reaching its withered hand out towards him.

Jack let out a cry before shutting his mouth immediately. He got up and ran past the hooded figure.

"Miko! Miko! Miko!" Jack shouted.

"Jack!" Miko replied as she ran towards him and grabbed his hand. "This way! Don't look back!"

"Huh?" Jack stole a backwards glance behind himself.

Three animal like creatures were running towards them. They had black fur with glowing green teeth.

Jack let out a scream and continued running.

"Dammit Jack!" Miko shouted before dragging him up the stairs where the orange lights reappeared.

"Hey, the trail." Jack noticed as they continued running.

"Yeah, keep running." Miko said and they continued on their way.

"Okay."

They encountered some more scares along the way. They screamed several more times as well.

"We are so out of the runnings." Miko groaned as the two freshmen could see the exit door.

Just as the two turned the corner and began running towards the exit, a giant ghost woman appeared before them. Jack and Miko stopped in their tracks as the woman floated in mid air. She was actually quite pretty. She smiled at them.

Jack raised his hand to wave, but no movement came from his arm.

"Jack..."

"What?"

"...we should probably get to the exit."

With that, the woman pulled back and let out a deafening scream. Her face turned grotesque and she lunged at them.

Jack and Miko both screamed together before sprinting through the exit doors.

The two of them panted as they got outside.

"Ayyyyeeeee! You guys made it! Running and screaming, but ya made it!" Smokescreen greeted them with a smile.

"Yeah, thanks." Miko said.

"Right." Jack added.

"C'mon up you two. The next couple of people are about to be announced." Smokescreen helped them up.

"Next up," Sentinel's voice came from the speakers, "Orion Pax, then Mason Trone, and then finally, Brian Bells and Rafael Esquivel."

"Raf?"

Dangit, this arc should not be lasting this long. I'll get the next and final chapter of this arc by Saturday the lastest. Promise. So, who will win the Cybertron Academy Courage Walk challenge?

Let me know what you think! Comment and review!
