Pride
"You have no idea how insanely proud I am of you." Tsunade wrapped her arms around Sakura and squeezed. "I can't believe you managed to do it."
"Can't breath, Tsunade-sama." Sakura wheezed. "Let me go."
Tsunade held her student at arm's length and gently grazed a finger over her Yin seal. "So for the past three years you haven't been at your full potential." She mused. "And I still thought you had already begun to surpass me. How did you even do it? I never told you how to activate the Strength of a Hundred?"
Sakura looked away from her teacher and scratched the back of her head. "I kind of, um, stole your notebooks while you were passed out drunk. I swear I wasn't looking for the Strength of a Hundred, but when I found it I couldn't resist. It seemed so cool and I needed to catch up with the boys and . . ."
Tsunade let out the laughter she was holding in. "So the entire time I was training you, you never one were at your full strength?"
"No, Tsunade-sama."
"And you still managed to survive?"
"Obviously, Tsunade-sama."
"And complete the Strength of a Hundred?"
"We've just been over this."
"Send any assholes who still call you weak my way. It took me three years to complete my Strength of a Hundred the first time and I wasn't going through a training from hell at the same time." Tsunade looked astounded. "Scrap that, you can beat the shit out of them yourself. You don't need me anymore."
"Thanks, Tsunade-sama!" Sakura hugged her teacher. "I gotta go. Kakashi-Sensei said something about a really cool cave!"
Sakura is strong, damnit!
