Age
There were times Gaara really hated being the youngest of the five Kage. The others viewed him as a child, and openly mocked the fact that they were old enough to be his parents of grandparents (Though that particular line of teasing had ended after Gaara asked 'Grandma' if she was able to see that Chunin exams properly. Tsunade nearly killed him).
Though for every disadvantage there was a perk. Their continual underestimating of his political knowledge led to them explaining the entire structure of their country to him, And the 'air of youthful innocence' that supposedly hung around him (He and Tsunade had choked on their drinks when the Mizukage said that one), let to him getting away with almost anything.
But the best perk was alcohol, even if he wasn't legal to drink in most countries, the others could. And everyone knows what sort of decisions people make while drunk.
Maybe always being the youngest wasn't so bad.
He just wished people his age would hurry up and become Kage already.
