A/N Sorry for the short chapter. I've been extremely busy past week. And tomorrow I start with a new study so until I found me way with it, chapters will be rather short I'm afraid. I will do my best to post 1 chapter every week like I used to do.

Chapter 29
Everyone sees Casey pulling Alex in her arms and their hearts break for the the blonde.
"Let's nail the bitch. We owe it to Liv and Alex. And I'll be damned if I let that bitch hurt them again. Before all of this happened I never have seen her cry. And it breaks my heart." Fin says, pointing at Alex.
In the mean time Professor Cavanaugh is with Olivia in her room when the brunette wakes up. Seeing the professor next to her and not her blonde ADA. Professor Cavanaugh sees two brown eyes looking at her with fear in them.
"Don't worry, Detective. Your wife is with Casey, she and Casey are talking with your squad and friends. She will be back soon. Are you in pain, more then the normal things?" Cavanaugh asks.
Olivia shakes her head and slowly raises her hand and points to the breading tube.
"You want the tube out?" Cavanaugh asks.
Olivia nods.
"You think you can breath on your own? Without any problems?" Cavanaugh asks.
Olivia nods again.
"Alright. I will take the tube out then. You know the procedure?" Cavanaugh asks.
Olivia nods.
"Alright, let's do it then." Cavanaugh says.
The Professor switch off the breading machine and walks to Olivia. She explains that on the count of three she will pull the tube out slowly. Olivia nods and the Professor counts to three and then slowly pulls the tube out. Olivia coughs a few times and tries to calm her breathing. After a minutes she has control again.
"You are a extraordinary person, Detective. You refuse to be putted in a coma. Wakes up shortly after being sedated. Medically there is no explanation for what you are keep doing." Cavanaugh says.
"I need to protect my wife, Angie. I can't do that if I'm unconscious, can I? I think by now Casey, Liz or Abby has told you what happened. I don't wanna talk about it, but what... what will that mean for my treatments?" Olivia asks.
"Yes Casey told me what happened. I respect your wish Detective. To answer your question,t any kind of treatment will have an affect if you are pregnant as far as I know. But you or we need to ask the Dr's or Professors in Houston what the effect exactly will be. And what will be possible to do and what not." Cavanaugh answers.
"We will ask them then. Do I need stay hooked up to all the other machines now?" Olivia asks.
"No. Since you are awake it is not necessary. We keep your vitals in check the normal way, like we did it before. I will call a nurse, she can turn them off and take them away." Cavanaugh answers.
"Good. Can you get Alex and Casey for me? Liz and Abby too, please." Olivia asks.
"Yes, of course." Cavanaugh answers.
"Any news from Houston? Can I go there soon?" Olivia asks.
"I called them and they needed to discuss it. They would call me back. I will check it when I have brought Alex, Casey and the other two here. I let you now as soon as I now more. But you've been keeping us busy with waking up again. No offense. Although it would be for the best if you were in a coma, I can understand on the other hand why you aren't. I just hope you don't get any more attacks. I can see how much pain they cost you." Cavanaugh answers.
"None taken. I hope they stay away too, but with everything that's happening I know the chance is pretty big I will have more attacks. I just hope we can treat them when I have an attack. Now if you don't mind I would like to have my wife and friends here now. Liz too. We need to talk about things. Maybe it will be easier to talk with you after I talked with them. Or maybe Casey can talk with you about it." Olivia says.
"Take your time, Detective. If you can't do it, it's alright. As you said Casey can do it too. I know this very hard to talk about. And if you don't or can't do it yourself I can understand that. I will get your wife and the others now. If you need anything you know how to reach me. Again as soon as I know more I will let you know it." Cavanaugh says.
"Thank you, Angie. For being so understanding." Olivia says.
"No need to thank me, Detective Benson. See you later." Cavanaugh answers.
Olivia thanks the Professor and then Cavanaugh leaves Olivia's room to go get Alex, Casey, Abby and Liz. When Cavanaugh walks trough the hallway to the nurses coffee room she sees Alex and Casey standing, looking at the blonde attorney she decides to give her a moment more and walks to the coffee room. She knocks on the door and Abby walks to the door and opens it.
"Ms. Carmichael, Detective Benson is awake again. She asks for Mrs. Benson, Casey, Ms. Donnelly and yourself. I thought I'd give Mrs. Benson a moment so I ask you first." Cavanaugh says.
"Damn it Benson. Detective Benson is the most stubborn and hard headed person I know. And the most protective too. Alright, I will call Liz and then we'll go to Liv. Are you going to Alex and Casey?" Abby asks.
"Yes I am." Cavanaugh answers.
"Alright. Thank you for coming, Professor." Abby says.
"Your welcome, Ms. Carmichael. Well I'll go to Mrs. Benson and Casey." Cavanaugh says.
"See you later, Professor." Abby says.
"See you later, Ms. Carmichael." Cavanaugh answers and walks away.
Abby closes the door, turns around and walks to Liz.
"Listen everyone, Liv is awake and Liz and I need to go and see her. Now before y'all start asking questions, I don't know anymore then that she is awake. So I suggest y'all are going back to work. Don, call Liz or me if you need a warrant, but call for all of them at the same time if it's possible. Remember everyone, everything is going by the book. We don't want a mistrial because the evidence wasn't collected legally." Abby says.
Munch, Fin and Amanda want to protest but Abby holds up her hand and shakes her head.
"So she did it again. Did the Professor say how it's possible?" Cragen asks.
"No. She said the first time Liv did it that medically there was no explanation. So I assume this time it is the same. The best thing I can come up with is Alex. Liv wants to protect her at all costs." Abby answers.
"I think you are right about that. How she does it I don't know either, but Alex... well I don't think this need to be explained. You two go, when we need a warrant or warrants, I will call." Cragen says.
Liz and Abby both nods and they left. At the same time Abby was explaining things Cavanaugh walked to Alex and Casey.
"Mrs. Benson, I mean Alex, Casey, I'm sorry to disturb you, but Detective Benson is awake. She seems fine considering the circumstances. I removed the breading tube and there is a nurse to switch off all the machines and take them away right now. Detective Benson is asking for the two of you and Ms. Carmichael and Ms. Donnelly to come to her room. I called Houston and they need to discuss about it. They would call me back. I told Detective Benson that as soon as I know more I will tell you it." Cavanaugh says.
Alex wipes the tears from her cheeks and looks at Casey and then at Professor Cavanaugh.
"She is awake already? Are you sure that she is alright?" Alex asks.
"Yes she is. The monitors shows that her vitals are ok and she looks alright too, leaving the normal things aside." Cavanaugh answers.
Relief is clearly visible on both attorney's faces.
"Thank you, Angie. Casey do want to go and get Liz and Abby, please?" Alex asks.
"That's not necessary, Alex. I already saw them and asked them to come to Detective Benson's room." Cavanaugh answers.
"Thank you, Angie. I go to Liv then. I don't want her to be alone or wait to long for me. She only will worry and get out her bed if it takes to long in her opinion for me to come." Alex says.
"I wouldn't put it aside that she will try it. Alright, I leave you alone for now. If you need me, you know how to find me. And again as soon as I know more I will let you now." Cavanaugh answers.
"Thank you. See you later, Angie." Alex says.
"Yes, thank you, Angie." Casey adds.
"No need to thank me. See you later." Cavanaugh answers and walks away.
Alex and Casey wants to turn to walk to Olivia when Abby and Liz are walking towards them.
"Are you alright, Alex?" Abby ask tentatively.
"Even tough I know it would haven been better if Liv would be in a coma, I'm feeling better now that she is awake again." Alex answers.
"Yeah, Detective Badass and wonder woman did it again. Well I'm sure you want to see how she is doing yourself, so let's go." Abby says.
"Yes, I do." Alex says.
The four women walk to Olivia's room and Alex knocks on the door before she opens it. Not wanting her wife to get startled. Alex walks inside with Casey, Abby and Liz following her. Alex walks in a beeline to Olivia's bed and kisses her before she climbs on the bed. Not caring that there is a nurse taking away the monitors and machines Olivia was hooked up to. Olivia scoots up carefully and Alex moves closer to the strong brunette, leaning against her as Olivia pulls her arm around the blonde's waist. Casey, Abby and Liz are smiling softly at the sight before them. They walk further into the room and Liz waits for the nurse walking out of the room before she closes the door behind her. Casey walks to the chair she sat in before. Abby and Liz both grab a chair and move them to the other side of Olivia's bed. Sitting down Abby couldn't keep her mouth shut.
"It is really impossible for ya to stay still and just lay down in your bed, isn't it? Ya really are a piece of work, Benson." Abby smirks.
"Yeah, well I have the most precious woman on earth to protect. What else do you aspect?" Olivia answers seriously.
"I know, Liv. Can't say I wouldn't do or try to do the same if it had been me with a woman that meant as much to me as Alex means to you." Abby answers.
"I know, Carmichael. I know." Olivia says.
Casey slightly raises her eyebrow at that comment but doesn't say anything. In fact nobody but Olivia notice it. And as soon as it came it was gone too.
"Liz, Abby, I asked Angie to call you two for a reason. Before Alex and I leave to Houston I need to give my statement. We don't know what will happen there or how long we will be there. So it is probably for the best if I give it to you before we leave. Maybe Alex needs to give her statement before we leave too." Olivia says.
"Are you sure you want to do this? I mean it would mean you have to do it now." Abby asks.
"I know that, Abby. But I don't think we have an other choice. So yes, I think I need to do this." Olivia answers.
"Alexandra, do you agree with Olivia?" Liz asks.
Alex looks at Olivia for a moment before answering Liz's question.
"Yes, I agree with Liv. She is right. We don't know what will happen or how low long we will be there. I think it's for the best to get over with it. We sure have other things we need to focus on when we are there." Alex answers.
"Alright, we do it now then. Since we are need to take both your statements I suggest we split up. Olivia, do you want to choose which on of us is taking your statement or do you want us to make that decision? Same goes for you, Alexandra." Liz asks.
Alex looks at Olivia and nods to the brunette. Making clear to the Detective that it's her decision to make. That she will go with whom Olivia wants her to go. Olivia nods back before kissing Alex on her cheek and answering the question.
"I would like for Abby to take my statement. No offense to you, Liz. But I think will be more comfortable with Abby taking it. If that's alright with Alex and Abby." Olivia answers.
"None taken, Detective. I can understand why you would be more comfortable with Abby instead of myself. It's alright with me if it's alright with Alexandra and Abby too." Liz says.
"If you want to give your statement to Abby it's alright with me, honey. Personally I don't mind if it's Liz or Abby. But for you it's different. So if you want for Abby to take your statement, I'm more then willing for Liz to take mine." Alex says.
"It's fine by me. What ever Liv wants." Abby says.
"I guess I still have to give an official statement to someone of the squad too." Olivia says softly and timidly.
"All confessions by Dr. Brown were made after she was arrested and given her Miranda rights. But if we want it no surprise at trial, maybe it would be the safest thing to do." Liz answers.
"You know you all keep moving around it, but I already know that everyone knows what happened by now. Angie told me that Alex and Casey were talking with the guys. And I'm sure that she was not talking with them about my big toe. So quit avoiding it. That being said, to be sure it won't back fire I want Amanda to be there for my statement. She knows me less then the others and she is a woman. I'm sure you can understand that." Olivia says.
"Alright. Do ya want me to call her or do ya want to do it yourself?" Abby asks.
"You call her. Now Alex can go with you, Liz. Obviously I need to stay in my bed, not that I want too, but that's a different issue. So Abby can take my statement here. Casey can stay with me until Amanda gets here. Oh and Liz, call Fin to stay in front of what ever room you will go too, to protect Alex. No negotiation possible about that, understood?" Olivia asks.
"Yes, Detective. It's perfectly clear. How about Alexandra, Abby and I go outside? Abby can call Don and ask to send Rollins and Fin. We wait until the both are here or there actually. And then Fin comes with us and Rollins comes inside this room."
"No. Abby calls Don here. And the three of you leave when Amanda and Fin are here. Amanda waits outside until Casey leaves this room and we are calling her inside." Olivia answers sternly.
Alex smirks when the three other women nod. They all know that there is nothing else they can do then to do as Olivia wants it to be done. Abby calls Cragen and tells him that Fin an Amanda need to come to Olivia's room but to stay outside of it. That Alex and Olivia are giving their statements and Fin needs to stay in front of the room where Alex and Liz will be. Cragen knows that it is useless to object. He knows that Olivia ordered for Fin to stay outside the room where Alex will be in. He tells Abby that Fin an Amanda will be there in a minute or five.
"Liz, can you go outside and wait for Fin and Amanda to arrive? And then knock on the door? We will now it's you knocking, so when you do Alex will come outside and the three of you can go find a room to take her statement." Olivia asks.
"Yes, of course. Don't worry to much, Olivia. Fin will do everything he can and need to do to keep Alexandra safe without your presence." Liz answers.
"I know. Thank you for doing all of this, Liz." Olivia says.
"No need to thank me. Everything that is needed I will do it. For Alexandra and yourself. You are here wife now and besides that, I care for you, Olivia. I know what Alexandra means to you and what you mean to Alexandra. And she could not have a better married a better person then you. Now I will go outside and wait there for Amanda and Fin to arrive." Liz says.
"Thank you, Liz. It means a lot to me. Stay with Alex until in the room until we are done here. We will call when we are done here. If we are finished before you are, we will stay here of course. If not stay there until we are done and then come back here." Olivia says.
"Ok." Liz says, as she stands up and leaves the room.
Two minutes later there is a knocking on the door and Liz opens the door a little bit to puts her head inside and saying that both Detectives are there and then closes the door again. Knowing Alex will be there in a moment.
"Take care of my wife, Carmichael. And pay attention to her. If you have the feeling that she starts getting a headache again stop immediately call Angie and me of course." Alex says.
"I will, I promise." Abby says.
"Stay safe, Lex. I love you." Olivia says.
"You to, Liv. I love you too." Alex says.
The two women hug each other and kisses briefly before Alex let go and climbs of the bed. She walks to the door and opens it looking back one more time at Olivia before she walks trough the door and closes it behind her. Olivia waits for Alex closing the door behind her before turning to Casey.
"Casey, call Munch and find Caroline. Let him get the videotapes of my first surgery, if they are still available. Go now so you can ask Liz for a warrant. Let Amanda wait until we call her inside." Olivia says.
Casey stands up without asking anything knowing that Olivia wants her to try and get a warrant without Alex knowing it for now. She also knows that Olivia will tell Alex and maybe her why. She quickly walks to the door and opens it and closes it behind her. Liz is still there and Alex is talking with Fin and Amanda for a moment. Casey mouthed to Liz that Munch needs a warrant for getting the videotape. Liz nods. Knowing why the warrant is needed. She quickly walks away for a moment and calls Lena Petrovsky. 5 minutes later she is back and whispers to Casey that the warrant will be faxed.
Meanwhile inside Olivia's room.
"Alright, Benson. What's going on? Why do you really need Rollins to be inside?" Abby asks.
"I want Munch to have that warrant to be sure that it's covered if there are videotapes from that surgery. And Amanda needs to be inside, because I need to report it. Abby, I need to report being... I need to report being raped." Olivia almost whispers.
"Liv, you don't need to do that. You were in surgery and unconscious for heaven's sake, we know that. Amanda doesn't have to come inside for that." Abby answers softly, taking Olivia's hand in her own.
"Yes, I do. I do need to do that. Abby, I need to report it because I wasn't unconscious." Olivia says, as tears are rolling down her cheeks.
