I Don't Like It
"Oh come on your missing your own party." Sakura smiled playfully as she sat down beside Naruto. "Hinata looks fantastic, and Kiba has been glaring at any guy who goes her way."
"Hmpf."
"Everything ok?"
"Yeah." Naruto looked over towards the Hokage monument. "It's just that damn carving. It's just not right."
"I honestly can't see a problem." Sasuke leaned against the power pole sticking from the roof. "It looks like you, let's just go get this party over with."
"I don't look like that." Naruto glared at the statue. "That serious look, it's not me. I smile, I don't - I dunno - scowl."
"It's not really scowling." Sakura remarked. "And you do look like that. When you faced down Pain and Obito and Madara. A look capable of inspiring pure fear in others. You do have it."
"I don't feel it's an accurate representation of me."
"Why, Because there aren't five million of them wielding Rasengans?"
"Shut up Sasuke." Sakura glared at the Uchiha. "Everyone will remember you as the Prankster, Naruto. The monument is just a symbol of power. The village knows who you really are. The one who can go from badass to goofball in zero point three seconds. We will never forget that."
Oh just let Gai die already. My heart can't handle the way this is so drawn out.
