Keep on Going
"Do you really think were ready for this?"
"Yeah, Ino's right. It's a complicated mission."
"Ahh stop whining you two, we've been training out whole lives for stuff like this." Shikamaru sighed. "We're a perfect team, and we specialise in these sorts of missions don't we? C'mon, lets just go."
"But what if . . ."
"Ino." Shikamaru grabbed her shoulders. "It. Will. Be. Fine."
"But . . ."
"Stop worrying. We can do this. We have to keep going, it is what Sensei would want. Times are going to be tough, and we are going to get stuck on missions, but you know what, we will get through that ourselves, because we have to, because we're adults." Shikamaru paused and lit his cigarette. "I'm not about to let either of you die, I have seen enough death to last a life time. Now what do you say, do we keep on going?"
