Perfect World
Naruto-Kun.
He felt the words in his mind. She was trapped in the Tsukiyomi. He had failed, Madara had won. There would be no happy ending, she was trapped in a Perfect World, and he in this rotten one. They would never see each other again. Or rather he never would.
What Naruto didn't know was that the Genjutsu only went so far, it could create a perfect world, but only one based on a person's own values. Hinata's world wasn't a world where Naruto was, her personal values wouldn't allow that. Her world was filled with hurt, and pain and confusion, because she would prefer that to a fake Naruto. She clung to her faith that he would save her, save them all.
And he would save her, because he could.
Because he had to.
