AN: Hey guys. So..here's the new chapter. Sorry it's taking me longer than normal to get updates written and posted, and then they're lacking in length. I'm trying to juggle about a million things right now though.
To those who reviewed:
Eveylyamine: The details will be spread out through the next couple of chapters, actually..
British Iggycat: I'm glad you like it..and I will take that as a huge compliment! I'm glad someone's teacher likes it! My teachers hate it because I work on it during class..oops? Ah well, it's all in good fun. I'm usually done with my work anyways. That might work..if I could find my USB drive..but there is actually a download available online..I just google searched it and it was like the first result to pop up.
Spamano4ever: Yeah. And thanks. Hopefully..otherwise we'll have a very bad case of clean up on the stage Tuesday after dress rehearsal. If he doesn't get it right, the entire show crashes and burns..and everyone will hate him. He knows it too.
Luvrainluv: I am so sorry! I'm still trying to find another download link. If I find one, I'll direct you to it, alright?
Enjoy!

The following weeks were nice. The weather finally started cooling back down around early October, allowing Lovino to feel a bit more relaxed than he had with it so warm out in the lingering of the Summer months. It was a refreshing feeling as he was walking to work, anyways. Because no matter what people said, the uniform he had to wear at the resturaunt was freaking hot, and the summer heat just didn't help any.
Antonio was glad to see Lovino relaxing and having some fun again. It was like he was back to normal, back how he was before the whole mess with the mafia really started screwing things up last year.
Sometime after the leaves had started falling and coating the ground in bright colours, Lovino decided to go rake them up so they could do some arts and crafts with them to decorate with for Halloween as well, just little things to celebrate the season.
Feliciano was happy at the suggestion, it was something they had always done in Italy, and something they had tried to continue to do every year when they moved into town. Most of it ended in wars with the leaves, though, as Antonio found out.
Lovino was trying to fill a garbage bag with leaves so they wouldn't have to go gather them from outside and carry them in in their arms like he normally would have done when Antonio grabbed a handful and tossed them at him.
Lovino had laughed and threw the armload he had at the Spaniard, who grinned and fired back.
It wasn't even an hour later that they were both covered in twigs and leaves and dirt and laying in the middle of a huge mess of leaves, laughing.
Feliciano peered outside to see this and smiled, moving away from the window to return to putting up the decorations that had already been made for inside.
Antonio smiled faintly and moved to where he was leaning over Lovino, who smiled up at him softly. "Have fun?"he asked.
Lovino nodded, his smile widening into a grin. "Yep."he commented.
"I'm glad."Antonio commented before he leaned down and stole a kiss from the Italian before he pulled away and stood up. "C'mon, let's get these leaves picked up and inside so we can get started on the decorations!"
Lovino laughed and let Antonio help him up off the ground.
They both set to work, not bothering trying to pick the leaves and twigs out of their hair and off their clothing. It would take too much time, anyways.
When they entered about ten minutes later with the bag of leaves, Gilbert laughed at them. "Oh, what, did you two have a war with leaves?"
"Maybe,"Antonio answered.
Lovino poked his tongue out at Gilbert. "You're just jealous because Mattie won't let you drag him outside to play in the leaves."he commented lightly, setting the bag down so they could get to work.
School that week was nice. They did a Fall Festival thing around the end of the week, and Feliciano got to help the Drama and Art departments with what they were doing. Lovino pitched in a bit as well to cover for his brother some with the Arts department.
It was a lot of fun, the group reflected that weekend.
They had decided to head to the park to watch the stars during the bonefire that the park owners were having that weekend. Lovino, who had decided to sit atop the hill to lay back and watch the stars shivered slightly sometime around ten, when the temperature really started dropping.
Antonio noticed and gave a faint smile, pulling off his extra sweater and handing it to Lovino, who gave him a faint smile and pulled it on. The scent he caught as he did made him smile faintly as he moved to curl up against Antonio. It was a classic fall smell - pumpkin spice, but Antonio's scent was there as well.
Antonio grinned at Lovino and pressed a kiss to his forehead. "I'm glad you're back to normal, Lovi. I've missed this."he said softly.
Lovino nodded. "I have too. It's nice to be able to relax again."he admitted after a moment.
Silence reigned for a good five minutes, then Antonio tilted Lovino's head up and pulled the Italian into a soft kiss.
Lovino pulled away and gave a shy smile.
Just seconds after that, Alfred's voice called out. "Hey, you two lovebirds! C'mon. Time to leave!"
Lovino laughed softly and got up, pulling Antonio up with him.
The walk back was quiet, and Vash, who was with them and carrying Lili, who was fast asleep, gave a faint smile when he saw Lovino wearing Antonio's sweater.
He paused at the end of the walkway to Antonio's house and spoke up. "Lovi?"he asked.
Lovino stopped and looked back at him curiously.
Vash smiled at him. "Call if you need anything. And by the way, it's cute that you're comfortable with wearing Antonio's clothes. It's nice to know that you're so okay with him."
Lovino nodded and shrugged. "I will. And thanks. I think, anyways. Goodnight, Fratellone."
Vash chuckled. "Gute Nacht, kleiner Bruder."he said before walking away.
The rest of the night was quiet, calm. It was definitely the kind of change that the group had needed for a while now.
So..the German might be a bit off..but I'm still brushing up on it before next term - I'm going into Deutsch Drei! It'll be awesome! By the way, guys, Happy Autumn!
