AN: Hey guys. Here's the new chapter.
To those who reviewed:
Spamano4ever: I know! I only recently found out about his character, too!
ThatRandomReview: It went as well as it could possibly go with people not showing up (we were down an alto or two) and had a boy who sings monotone and tries to add a country twang to everything - makes me want to fucking throttle him and make him mute..but ya know..it was fun. I was told by one of the band kids that they were dancing on stage behind the curtains.
Luvrainluv: I know! And yes, Romeo is Seborga. Sorry, forgot to put that in my end author's note in the last chapter. Heh.. I'm glad you think so! And trust me...what's going on with their mom will come into play soon. It's alright. No hard feelings or anything.
Enjoy.
If Lovino had to guess, he would guess that a lot of parents must get sick of trying to get their kids enrolled in school. It was a much more time consuming process than he realized. Romeo got restless easily - much like Feliciano did, and he was trying to keep him occupied as well as fill out paper work.
Eventually, Feliciano jumped in and kept Romeo busy. Lovino threw his brothers a soft smile before continuing with the paper work.
Once he finished with that and had handed it back, Romeo found his way back over to him.
Lovino half smiled down at him. "Bored yet?"he asked softly, kneeling down to eye level with his little brother.
Romeo gave a cheeky grin. "Not yet."he commented.
Lovino laughed softly. "Right. Well, you can get Feli to walk you outside for a few minutes, alright?"he said softly, prodding the young boy's side gently and gaining soft laughter from him as well.
Feliciano smiled faintly at this scene. It was always nice to see Lovino interact with small children, because he was so much more open and kind.
It took a while for Romeo to be able to start school, and until he could, he was brought along to the high school with Lovino and Feliciano.
Antonio smiled as he watched Lovino interact with the child that morning. It was obvious that the elder Italian was exhausted, but he was so attentive to his younger brother, it was so sweet.
Once Romeo had settled down, Lovino relaxed back against Antonio. Within the next five minutes, he was fast asleep.
Antonio rolled his eyes. "I swear, did he get any sleep last night?"
Feliciano shook his head. "He was stressing out over everything."he said softly. "I just...keep an eye on him...please? He listens to you more than he does anyone else."
Antonio met his gaze before he nodded in acceptance. "Yeah. Yeah, I'll keep an eye out."
That day was one of the more stressful ones for the group. Feliciano kept Romeo with him, and the others helped keep an eye on the young Italian.
Lovino drifted back and forth between moods, but he never went far from his orignial point. He was still exhausted, but he kept up well with everyone.
Still, it worried the group that he was pushing himself so much to keep up when he needed to stop and get caught up on some rest.
After a while, Vash got fed up and spoke. "Alright, Lovi. I don't care what it takes, you need some rest. If I have to look after Feli and Romeo to let you get some sleep tonight, then by all means, I will, but damn it, you gotta get some sleep."
Lovino waved this off. "I'm alright."he said softly.
Antonio rolled his eyes. "You are not alright. Because you have to deal with this place, plus work, and then you have to handle things at home? You need to rest before you pass out."
Lovino huffed. "I can take care of myself,"
Romeo spoke up then, trying to calm things down once he noticed his eldest brother getting frustrated. "Fratello, are we going to have a movie marathon this weekend like we all talked about?"
Lovino grinned. "Yeah, we are."he said softly.
This calmed everything down and gave everyone a new topic.
Thankfully, it was enough to let Lovino relax as well, something that set everyone at ease for a change.
So. I finished House of Hades on Thursday and am still currently coming down from my little feels high from it. It's playing on a lot of stuff I didn't expect to become canon..and quite frankly, I'm very happy with it.
Also, a lot of my time recently has gone to rehersals - we had class performances on Friday, and it was nice. Finally, after school, I've been working on two things besides my stories - writing 'letters to Santa' for Macy's for the Make A Wish foundation. It's for a good cause. Macy's donates a dollar fifty for each letter to the Make A Wish foundation. You can look it up, but it's an amazing cause. The other thing is I've been watching a lot of PewDiePie videos. I fell out of routine with it, so I started from the beginning again and am working my way through his videos.
Anyway..ciao, bros.
