Moving Forward
"Ugnh."
"What?" Kakashi looked down at his lap where Anko was sprawled.
"I dunno feed me or something. Isn't that what you're supposed to do?" Here eyes brightened. "Is there any dango in your fridge?""
"Probably"
He watched as she moved across the room. He wasn't really sure of what there relationship was. They had never spoken untill about fifteen years ago when Hayate Gekko had told him to go be a mopey bastard with her. Hayate had been right of course. Neither of the pair had been thrilled to be at the event so they sat in the corner being cynical and jaded all night.
From there friendship had blossomed and eventually turned into what they had. They never really spoke about their past or their future but there were some days, days like this in one of the almost too long seemong the times of peace when he occasionally wished they would.
"Maybe you should just move in." He suggested when she returned to his couch.
"Eh." Anko sprawled herself across his lap again. "That would be easier. I'm here half the time anyway."
I ship it, ok?
