Trina was stretching out before class, waiting for Jade to arrive. She was early, both for a little private training with Jade, and to talk to the goth about the song the girl had promised. In the end, Trina had decided to use a melody Andre had that was kinda fast. The lyrics kinda fit, and now she wanted Jade's opinion.

Jade walked in, still looking a bit flusters. "Come on Jade, It's been twenty four hours, you're allowed to relax about the gropening." Trina joked.

"I was relaxed." The black belt replied. "I'm freaking about everything else. Like my grandfather is coming to the play. My entire family, everyone in LA, or who could get away to see it, is going to be there opening night. On top of that, Adam's going to be introducing his girlfriend the same day. And I just found out that one of the people I beat is asking for a rematch."

"So, it's about the groping." Trina said. Jade gave her a glare that could remove paint. "I have music for the song you wrote. Andre was able to come up with something." Trina smiled.

"Lets talk as we work." Jade informed her as she stretched out. "I'll hear the song when you sing it. Feel free to alter whatever you need to. You're the one performing it."

They talked about minor stuff until Andy showed up. He got in on some of the individualized training, but mostly he marveled at the way Trina and Jade were looking out for each other. "So, Sensei, hows dating miss thang here's sister?" He asked.

"None of your business." Jade snapped.

"That bad?' He asked.

"That good." Trina explained. "We're talking meeting the family, that kind of chiz."

"Oh." He looked thoughtful. "Don't see it as being much of an issue."

"Why not?" Jade asked, still sounding annoyed.

"Cause they love you." Andy said. "The way I see it, everyone in your family, they're going to be there for you, no matter what. You just got to believe that they can accept that your seeing a girl."

"My family's pretty judgmental." Jade said.

"Wyatt's not." Trina said. "None of the guys in the main dojo seem to care that you're dating my sister." She continued. "Wait, that's not true, I think April, the receptionist, is kinda concerned that you're dating a celebrity."

"You gossip with the staff?" Jade asked, stunned.

"Well, you guys are like family, right?" Andy asked. "I mean, that's the way Trina here makes it sound." Andy prided himself on being decent at reading people, so when he saw the glare that Jade sent her friend, it hit him. "Oh my fucking god, you are related to them. You and Adam and who knows who else, it's a fucking family run business."

"And they're all going to be at her play tomorrow night, judging her work, as well as the lead actress, who happens to be romancing the writer." Trina said. Jade was ready to hide the bodies in the bay.

"Damn Trina, doesn't Vicky know, this is Hollywood, you don't get anywhere by nailing the writer." Andy joked.

Stifling as laugh, Jade decided to let that one go. "Trina, I want you to start the class hard tonight. We get them warmed up and moving. Andy, you take those who can't keep up, work on the basics. Tonight we show them what they can do." She told them. 'It's time they realized just how good they are getting.' She told herself.

After class, Trina and Andy were both covered in sweat. Jade had run the class at the limits of her students abilities. She had Trina keep them moving, while the Sensei had gone to individuals and helped them scale back so they didn't burn out or hurt themselves. Despite that, the class was wiped by the time they'd called it quits. Andy had gotten things squared away, then headed home to recover, leaving Jade and Trina with the rare job of confirming that everything was where it should be. They put away the heavy bag, and made sure nothing was left in the room that might be stolen or interfere with the next class.

"You okay?" Trina asked.

"No." Jade replied. "The rules have changes, and I don't know them any more. I mean, what does it mean that my family is showing up to judge me?"

"It means that they want to see how good you are." The older girl said. "Kinda like how you ran class tonight. They want to see, and want you to see them seeing you. Jade, for once in your life, be confident in your families ability to appreciate your work."

"And if they don't like Tori?" The goth asked.

"Half of them will love her." Trina informed her. "You forget, these are people I know, people who liked me long before you did." Trina found herself touching Jade's shoulder, a simple act of support. "You're good enough. Hell, I don't think anyone else at Hollywood Arts could be doing the things you are. Now, I'm going to go home and rehearse. You coming over?"

"Can't." Jade sighed. "I've got as lot to get done before tomorrow. I'll call Tori on my way home, let her know."

"Okay, see ya." Trina said.

When Trina got home, Scotty was waiting for her, and he seemed to be in a good mood. "Yo babe, what up?" He greeted her.

"Not much. What've you been up to?" She asked.

"Tori's been going over her lines. You're mother was helping, but then I got here, and she bailed, so I've been filling in." He said.

"You gonna help me rehears my song?" Trina asked.

"Love to." he said. "Maybe now I'll get to hear it."

"Lets get started." Trina said. That night, they started learning the song. Trina was getting better, slowly starting to hear the notes. With the device Andre had gotten her, she could see what the correct notes were, and how far off she was. (She had to input the song first.) She sang the song over and over, slowly learning the words, the melody, and getting closer to sounding just right.

By the time Scotty let, she felt she was was close to sounding right. She knew she'd lose part of it before her next rehearsal, but in a couple of weeks, or less, she'd have it down.

Of course, Tori was there to help, between practicing her own songs. The younger sister offered advice and helped her find the notes. Trina couldn't help but feel that her boyfriend was getting major entertainment out of this relationship. After they were done, Trina took Scotty out back to talk.

"So." She said.

"So." he repeated.

"Screw it." Trina proclaimed, then pulled her boyfriend into a passionate kiss. They made out, out in the back, for a good ten minutes before she broke the kiss. "So, why are we still just talking about it?"

"I like being able to walk?" He replied. "Look, Trina, it's not like I don't have the urges. And our phone sex life is great. It's just, I don't want to rush you into things. For me, Sex is a big deal, precisely because back when I was in football, it wasn't. I'm done with meaningless one night stands. Besides, while you're beautiful, I wanted you to feel I was with you for the rest of you."

"And you honestly thought you were getting out of her after that comment?" Trina asked, smirking. "Wait..." She looked him deep in the eye. "Please, for the love of god, don't tell me you're one of those guys who doesn't believe that girls have sex drives too."

Scotty laughed, harder than he'd laughed all day, and that was saying something. "Oh god, Trina, NO." He said through chuckles. "I know you do. I mean, you've spelled out what you want, clearly enough. It's just, I like the phone sex. I don't..." He faded off.

After several seconds of silence, Trina wasn't going to wait any more. "Scotty, please, how shallow do you think I am. Wait, don't answer that. You're afraid you won't live up to the hype?"

"Maybe. But I'm serious, I want all of you, not just the part with the great rack." The big guy said.

"Yesterday, Tori and Jade felt each other up for the first time. Now, I'm pretty sure one of the scumbags Tori used to date has groped her before, and I know Beck couldn't have resisted Jade's tit's, but it was like the biggest thing for them. Took days for Jade to get up the nerve for it, and from what Tori said, she practically had to force Jade to grope back." Trina watched her boyfriend. "Tori swears guys don't get caught up in their head, needing to do it right, so why haven't you even tried."

"Cause it's hard to be spontaneous when the threat of losing Mister Happy is hanging over my head." He admitted. "I know, you may or may not be ready, and I had no idea of how to bring it up, not with everything that everyone is doing. But I did know, if I tied, and you weren't, it would be a sexual assault. You're dad would be angry, you might kick my ass, but it's Jade and her scissors I'm most worried about..."

"Mister Happy?" Trina echoed, then started laughing. She quickly recovered. "Okay, that deserves a reward. How about one squeeze, before dad gets home."

Scotty reached behind her, pulling the busty Latina in for a hug, and kissed her hard. As he was kissing her, his other hand slid up her body and squeezed. Trina moaned, but wasn't quite happy with how things went down.

"Gently, gently." She whispered in his ear. "Some girls like it rough, others need it gentle." She pulled back to smirk at him, gazing up into the tall boys eyes. "And some of us like a mix. Now slap my ass and we'll call it a night."

Upstairs, Tori was trying something new. "Come on Jade, I think we're ready."

"Phone sex Vega?" The actress asked.

"Just try it?" Tori whined. "You can start by telling me what you're wearing."

"Well, for this red carpet, I chose a pair of hand me down sweat pants that I got from my brother when he moved out, and an oversized King's jersey." Jade said, using the voice she usually reserved for mocking how Tori talks.

"I don't talk like that." Tori said. "Wait, you weren't mocking me, were you?"

"Not the way you talk, just the idea." The goth replied.

"Funny, I'd have thought a writer would be good at this." Tori challenged.

"You're not letting go of this, are you?" Jade asked.

"Nope." Tori said, popping the p.

"Okay then, what are you wearing?" Jade asked.

"Nothing." Tori said with confidence. "I'm just sitting here, on my bed, playing with my long hair, trying not to think about you in those old, faded sweat pants, and how you probably have your black panties on underneath. It makes me so wet, thinking of how I'd pull off the pants, and the panties, and leave you there in that jersey, ready for me. Then I'd reach under and see, are you wearing a bra?"

Jade swallowed, trying not to let the images her mind was forming take over. It took her a few second more to realize that Tori had asked her a question. "Bra? No, not tonight." She stammered out.

"God, Jade, didn't you and Beck ever do this?" Tori asked, getting frustrated.

"No, when we were ready, we just had sex." Jade replied. "He wasn't into this kind of teasing."

"Well, then, I'll just have to assume that he wasn't as creative as I am, when I pull the jersey up, just enough, so that I can see one of your pink nipples, and then I blow on it. I want to see how it reacts to the cold breath flowing across it. Then I'd lower the jersey, let you have some modesty, and I start to kiss your face, and then slowly caress your arms, up and down. I'd take my time, because this kind of love can't be rushed. Slowly caressing you, across the arms, and to the legs, slowly towards you're breasts. And I'd... Wait, I thought I heard something." The line went silent for several seconds. "Dad's home, I'll call you tomorrow." Tori then hung up the phone.

Jade, sitting in her room, with her hand under her shirt, was suddenly reminded why she hated phone sex.

:}

I suck at phone sex, in case you couldn't tell.
