96 Reviews and 100 alerts, I am so proud of this fiction. It is still the most reviewed fiction I have. I'm so happy so many people like it. And I like it as well. That's one of the main reasons I brought it back. I like it. While I had ended it with a good ending... I didn't feel the story was over. No happily ever after yet. Because I have big plans... big plans. Time for the roller coaster to start moving again, with ups and downs... and here comes a shocking down... or a amazing up? Hmm... that would be giving it away. Read on to find out.
Oh and I still don't own Fairly Odd Parents. Big Shocker right? I about freaked when I found out I didn't own them. I mean like... I just thought I did you know. But seriously, I don't own them, never will unless I hit the lotto... or some of you help donate to allow me to buy them. Imagine if I was writing the scripts for the cartoons... Yeah... you'd love it... consider it. Kidding, read on and enjoy.

This was the worst fight ever... She didn't think she'd ever seen him that angry before. She wondered why what happened happened. She had only walked to the convenience store at the corner to get a couple sodas to go with their lunch. She tripped and fell and skinned up her knees... it wasn't because she didn't have that stupid freaking cane. It was because of a rock she tripped over. She tried explaining that she would have tripped even with the cane... but he wouldn't listen, and that made her angry. She'd told him she hated him... That wasn't what she meant though. She meant to say that she hated him being angry... but she didn't finish the statement. The look in his eyes... stopped her in her tracks. No matter how much she wanted to finish... how much she wanted to assure him that it was just the actions she really hated. Her throat had refused to work... In those few short seconds, he had left.
Now, and hour later, Vicki sat on the floor in the same spot she was, when those words fell out of her mouth... where the uncompleted sentence had been uttered, crying softly. Maybe she thought by staying in the same spot, she could finish the sentence and everything would be alright again. But would it ever be alright again? She could have sworn she had heard his heart shatter... watched his eyes turn blank... That was what really had caused her to not be able to finish. The shock in his face... the hurt in his eyes before they went blank and emotionless.
He MUST know that she loves him. He had to. He wouldn't think her words were true. Even if she had meant to say those words... and she didn't. He knows what she can be like sometimes. She had changed a lot, but inside was still the same scared teen she used to be... the same scared little girl.
"What have I done?" she whispered to herself as she slumped forward onto the ground.

Now it was past midnight, and still he hadn't returned. She'd checked the roof, in hopes that he would have been up there again sleeping. She luckily found his friends numbers... none of them had seen him. And Tootie wasn't answering her phone... then again Tootie didn't really stay up late and when she was sleeping, she was pretty much dead to the world. So no doubt she'd have to wait until morning to see if Tootie would even be interested in helping her... if Timmy didn't return by then.

She stared at him sitting at her desk, in the corner of her room. He took a shower here, and even took a pair of her sweatpants and one of her t-shirts. She should have been happy to have him in her room, only wearing her clothes. But the fact that he'd been cuddling up to the she-demon... okay, that was kind of unfair, she thought. Vicki had made a big effort to change... even now, she almost seemed like a completely different person. She realized that at the hospital, when Timmy tried to commit suicide. And okay so she decided then that maybe she only wanted him, because she couldn't have him. Now she was starting to wonder. Was that true, or did she just make herself believe that so the fighting would end?
She looked over at him again. She couldn't deny certain lusty feelings returning. Things were a lot more complicated now that she was older. At first, her feelings used to just want to be around the boy. Kiss the boy. Chase the boy. Now those feelings would come and dump many more feelings at her feet. Not that she didn't like the feelings, but they did make moments like this complicated. And when things got complicated... she tended to get complicated.
"So..." Timmy turned in the chair, looking away from whatever he had been doing and looking at her. "Why are you here again?"
"Does it matter?" Timmy said turning back to whatever it was.
"Well since you sneaked into my house, and into my room, waking me up and scaring the hell out of me in the process. And are in said room, wearing my clothes, using my computer for whatever you're doing, at nearly midnight. And when Vicky has called, you've told me not to answer it, Chester and A.J.'s too. I think you owe some kind of explanation." Tootie said, trying to keep her voice low enough not to wake her parents.
"Well, Vicki hates me." He said, and she couldn't figure out how, with such a bland tone, so much pain could be hidden in it.
"Don't you think you are being a little dramatic? What, she hadn't been giving you enough attention so you assume she hates you?" Tootie figured it had to be something simple as that.
"No, she told me she hated me. To my face. I didn't stay around after that. So I started walking. And I ended up at my old house. Didn't have the key," he stood up, starting towards the door, "so I went to the one place I thought I'd be welcome at. I suppose I was wrong."
"No don't!" she grabbed back of the shirt he was wearing, stopping him from leaving. "Look you don't have to leave... but can you imagine what this is like for me?"
"Fine, I'm sorry I broke into your house in the middle of the night, and scared you. Consider it payback for all the stalking, and the time you tied me up and kidnapped me," Timmy said. "Unless you want me to tie you up before I go, to truly make things even."
"Well..." Even though he was joking, and she could tell in his voice that he meant what he said completely, in a joking way. The thought of him tying her up was pretty exciting. Which lead to other more lusty thoughts. Snap out of it, she shouted in her mind, you -know- that was not what he meant. "...that's not what I meant! I meant, you know... me and you. Then you and Vicki. And now I seem to be the between person for you both. It's not fair. You both come to me when something is wrong... and it's not fair! Why do I have to help fix a relationship that hurts me... Mmmph!"
"Shhhh..." Timmy said putting his hand over her mouth, causing her to release the shirt he was wearing. "If you yell, you'll wake your mom and dad. Then I'll be... I don't know, castrated I think."
"Mmmpft!" she tried talking, but he didn't move his hand. While she was liking the physical contact, she didn't like being silenced. Then his hand was removed from her mouth. "So?"
"Look, I'm sorry Tootie, I know it's wrong. But me and you've been friends much longer than Vicki and I have been together." Timmy said looking towards the floor, then started towards it. "And I just figured you could help me... I guess I shouldn't have."
"Wait..." Tootie said louder than she wanted, luckily not too loud, grabbing the shirt again. "It's late right? I'm sure Vicki is sleeping, so the door will be locked right? And you said you left your keys, which was why you couldn't get into your old house. So you should stay here."
Honestly it wouldn't have been the first time that he'd spent the night, as friends of course. Sadly nothing had never happened between them, as much as she would had wanted it too. It just seemed that no matter what she did, nothing interested him. Which made her wonder, how long he'd been interested in Vicki... without knowing it.
That decided, they settled down into the bed. Both much more stiffer than usual. At one point in time, it wouldn't have been difficult to bunker down in the same bed and be relaxed enough to sleep. They were both friends. She had still been hiding her interest in him, which made him feel safe enough to relax, and of course she had been relaxed... because he had been there. Now... they both were very aware of the tension. Not to mention the sexual tension between the two... or maybe it was all from her. She wasn't sure, but whatever it was... it seemed to engulf the room.

Vicki didn't even need to open her eyes to know that Timmy wasn't in bed. She got up, hoping that maybe he was in his room, or sleeping on the couch. Though nothing awaited her in either room, but the feeling of dread. She picked up her cellphone on her way to the kitchen. Reading the text messages she'd received from Timmy's friends told her that they hadn't seen him. She looked at the clock, four a.m., it was too early too to even be up. What was wrong with her? She couldn't be that dependent on Timmy's being in her bed to sleep restfully... could she be?
She looked out the kitchen window and sighed as the sun hadn't even begun to rise, which only confirmed that her clock wasn't slow... it was really four in the morning. She poured a glass of orange juice, then sat at the table. Once awake enough to sent Tootie a text message hoping that she'd be awake by now.

He took a deep breath, wrapping his arms tighter around the body in front of him. He couldn't help but think things were going pretty well. He took another deep breath enjoying the scent in front of him, then opened his eyes. The black hair confused him a moment... Oh yeah, he thought. He had spent the night at Tootie's. Well this was more awkward than it had to be, he thought as he slowly and gentally tried to untangle himself from Tootie. He must be so used to sleeping with Vicki, he pulled Tootie close to him during the night.
Once free he moved to the computer chair, hoping that Tootie hadn't woken up in the middle of the night, to find herself pulled into his arms. That was one conversation he didn't want to have. Why not, he wondered. Vicki wasn't doing anything to help herself stay safe, and Tootie had always been more than devoted to him. Hadn't she? She had, and he had to admit that she did look pretty cute sleeping. But that was the problem. He saw Tootie as cute... and she was. But she wasn't like Vicki.
He sighed. No matter what he loved Vicki, and he couldn't even entertain the thought of being with someone else besides her. Even if it made his life a bit easier. Vicki was abrasive... but he liked that about her too. She was blunt, and honest. More to the point... she was there for him at his lowest. Using the notebook on the desk, he wrote a quick note to Tootie to let her know he was going home. Yes he was still mad at Vicki, but he couldn't let her stubbornness bother her. He loved that about her.

The sun still hadn't risen when he made it to the front door of the apartment. He'd woken up close to four, after having only been asleep for a couple hours. He wanted to curl up with Vicki while she was asleep and get a bit more rest. Rest that he knew that he would need, for the coming argument that was going to come, because he didn't come home. Honestly he didn't blame her, he should have said something to her.
He remembered that he didn't have his keys... he reached down to the handle... it was unlocked. That's not right... it should be locked. Maybe she noticed the keys on the table and left it unlocked for him. He'd have expected her to lock him out. He'd deserve it, and he knew it. Oh yeah, he was going to be yelled at later. All the more reason to get in some sleep while curled up with Vicki, he thought as he opened the door and walked in. He closed and locked the door as quiet as he could.
"Timmy?" Vicki's voice from the kitchen. Crap... well there goes a bit more sleep.
"Yeah, it's me." What else could he say. If he didn't answer she might come out with some weapon... she might realize it's him. Then again if she was angry, the same could happen by saying it was him. No reply came. Oh this was going to be bad, he thought.
He was looking at the floor when she came around the corner, without her cane. But he wasn't going to bring that up... only a fool would bring it up right now. He couldn't see her face, about mid torso down. The black underwear she wore would have brought him to his knees... if he wasn't sure she was about to knock him out. His eyes roamed over her lovely legs. One still noticeably a lighter color than the other, due to the cast. His eyes lingered on the scraped knee, it didn't really bother him so much. Accidents happened right? He watched her arms raise out of his view. Shit, here it comes...
"I'm so sorry Timmy." What? He flinched when her arms wrapped around him. A few minutes passed with her face buried in his neck, before she pulled away and he finally looked into her face. She looked like he felt. Like she barely got any sleep. Maybe that's why he woke up sleeping in Tootie's bed... now that he thought about it. It felt weird holding Tootie, he couldn't get comfortable. The shampoo she used was a different scent than Vicki's... everything had been wrong. That must be why I couldn't sleep, he thought to himself.
"No Vicki. I'm sorry. You could have tripped even with the cane. I-I was just being... I don't know." he looked down. When she fell down the stairs in the beginning he'd been so worried, when he saw her wheeled into the ambulance. He didn't want to see her hurt. He loved her. "I love you Vicki. I really do... I just over reacted, because I got scared."
"I should have had the cane. Next time..." She started.
"Next time," He interrupted, "we'll walk together. And you won't need the cane, because I'll be there."
"Timmy?" He watched her look towards the bedroom. The same thought had crossed his mind more than a few times since he started walking here.
"I'd love to go back to bed. I barely slept at all." Her eyes lit up, and he doubted she'd admit how much she was happy at those words.
He helped her into bed, even if she didn't need help. She didn't fight him about it. He shed his clothing, except his boxers. Something else he couldn't do at Tootie's. And sighed in relief as he wrapped his arms around Vicki, who in turn sighed as well. He wasn't sure why his body molded perfectly with Vicki's He didn't care why, as she turned her head and he kissed her. There didn't need to be a reason they fit well together, they just did. And he loved her.
