Through the rest of the week nothing really happened, Ali had been a bit nervous to go to school; but I told her everything would be fine. We end up going, Noel had done what he said and bought her a box of chocolates but as I thought Ali told him it wasn't his fault and accepted the chocolate; because what girl doesn't accept chocolates. The rest of the week had been pretty plain Mike had said yes to coming to playing basketball with us but wouldn't come back with us to Noel's cabin. It was now Saturday I was in the lounge room with Ali just waiting for Noel to come pick me up and Ali was waiting for the girls to come pick her up to go out shopping.

I hear a knock on the door, I say "I'll get it," I stand up from sitting next to Ali and head over to the front door.

I opened it to reveal both Toby and Noel standing there, I say "Hey guys."

Noel replied with "Hey, thought we would give Toby a lift as well."

I say "Makes sense."

Noel asked "Are you ready to go?"

I answered with "I am but the girls aren't here yet and I don't want leave Ali without knowing there here."

Toby nodded and said "We can wait."

I say "Thank-you, come on in," I stood back from the door and held it open for them to come in. Once they were both in I lead them into the living room where Ali was sitting waiting for me to come back in.

Noel said "Hey Ali."

Ali looked up and replied with "Hey guys," I sat down next to her again and the guys sat down on the lounge chair across from us.

Ali said "You don't have to wait with me for the girls."

I replied with "I know but for my sanity I'm going to."

Ali smiled and said "Okay for your sanity."

I replied with "Thank-you."

Ali asked "How have you two been?" we both looked over at Toby and Noel waiting for their answers.

Noel replied with "I've been good thanks, still feeling bad about the whole situation this week."

I sigh and Ali said "Noel it wasn't your fault, yes it started with you but I saw him all over the place."

Noel replied "I know but."

I say "No buts, it wasn't your fault dude."

Noel replied with "Okay."

I smiled and Ali asked "Good, how about you Toby?"

Toby answered with "Yeah I've been doing very well, I think I'm starting to settle into this town really well."

I said "That's really good, how's Jenna doing?"

Toby replied with "I think it's harder on her not being able to see what is around her but people in this town have been nice to her."

Noel said "That's good; you are a really jerk if you're mean to a blind girl. I still don't understand why someone would do that to her, Emily filled us in on what happened; I can't believe someone could do that to someone as nice as Jenna."

Toby nodded his head and replied with "Yeah Jenna has her faults and wasn't the nicest person in the world but she had to become nice since she needs a lot more help."

Ali said "Still doesn't excuse the person for doing what they did."

Toby replied with "No it certainly doesn't and I hope she behind bars for the rest of her life."

I add in "Here, here."

Ali smiled at me before asking "Do you know what she's doing today?"

Toby answered with "I think she was just going to be practicing the flute for the play all day, why?"

Ali said "I was just wondering if she would like to come over and go out shopping with us."

Toby smiled and said "I think she would absolutely love that but will you be able to handle looking after to her."

Ali replied with "There will be a lot of us, so I'm sure will be able to manage her."

Toby said "Alright, I'll go see if she wants to go."

I say "I can go if you want?"

Toby asked "Are you sure?"

I answered with "Yeah I am, if you don't mind?" I looked to both Toby and Jenna asking them both.

Toby replied with "No issue here."

Ali said "Same thing here, go and get her."

I smiled at both of them before looking at Noel and asking "Are you okay with waiting even longer?"

Noel answered with "Yeah it's fine, I was going to wait for Mona to get here anyway," I watched as a big goofy grin came up on his face.

I say "Cool, I'll be back as soon as I can." I stood up from my place on the couch and quickly kissed Ali on the top of her head before leaving the house; to walk down to Jenna and Toby's place. Arriving at the house was pretty quick since it was only a few steps away; I walked up to their front door and rang the doorbell.

Standing there for a bit, I then hear Jenna voice asked "Who is it?"

I replied with "It's me Emily," I hear the lock click back and soon the door is open to reveal Jenna standing there not wearing sunnies.

Jenna said "I thought you would have left by now, since Toby was picked up a few minutes ago."

I replied with "Yeah the girls hadn't arrived yet and I wasn't leaving Ali until I knew she had people around her."

Jenna said "That was sweet of you," she does a small smile.

Jenna asked "Do you want to come in?"

I answered with "Sure," she step back a bit and I walked through the door and followed her into the living room.

I looked around and said "So this is the inside."

Jenna asked "What do you mean?"

I replied with "I've never been inside this house before and believe me in Rosewood its hard to avoid houses."

Jenna said "Yeah I feel like this place is like that, very neighbourly or just curious about people who are different."

I replied with "Yes Rosewood is a great place but a nosey place."

Jenna asked "Was there something you wanted Emily?"

I answered with "Yeah, Ali was wondering what you were up today?"

Jenna replied with "Just practicing the flute," she pointed over to her flute but it was the wrong direction.

I grabbed her hand and changed it directions; before saying "It's over there."

Jenna replied with "Sorry, I'm still getting used to everything."

I say "It's cool, being blind would be hard especially when you've been able to see your whole life."

Jenna replied with "Yeah it's a big difference, now why was Alison wondering if I was free."

I say "Right, the girls, Ali and Mona are going on a shopping trip and I think a sleepover after, Ali was wondering if you wanted to go with them."

Jenna nodded her head and replied with "I don't want to be a bother; I'll just be in the way."

I say "No you won't and you'll be doing me a favour."

Jenna asked "What do you mean?"

I answered with "I don't really trust the girls with Ali, I trust Mona but not the others and having you there will make me feel better."

Jenna asked "Why don't you trust them?"

I replied with "You've probably heard the stories about Ali."

Jenna said "Yeah I heard she was kidnapped for two years."

I replied with "That would be the thing, I was only the one who didn't give up on her and the girls not only gave up on her they gave up on me. It's just hard to trust someone after that, I'm trying for Ali's sake but it's harder than it seems."

Jenna said "I get that, I have to start trusting people as well and it's a lot harder to do."

I nodded and asked "What do you say, will you go?"

Jenna answered with "Yeah alright, just for you though."

I smile and say "Alright, do you need help packing a bag and stuff?"

Jenna replied with "Yeah I do, if you wouldn't mind."

I answer with "Not at all."

Jenna said "Okay, now just follow me to my room sorry for the mess, it's hard to clean."

I replied with "All good, my rooms a mess too and I barely go into," Jenna laughed a little before leading me to her room. I opened the door up for her and when I opened it, I was hit with this unusual glow of light. I looked around to see the sun was hitting some snow globes that were in her room and it was just beautiful; I saw that her room was pink.

I asked "Is pink your favourite colour?"

Jenna asked back "Are the walls pink?"

I replied with "Yeah they are."

Jenna nodded and said "I hate the colour pink but I would give anything to see it again."

I replied with "Well your room is beautiful with all the snow globes, you barely notice the pink."

Jenna smiled and said "You're very sweet Emily, most people worry they will insult me but you don't."

I shrugged and replied with "I'm just used to saying what I hell like saying, no real filter."

Jenna said "I can tell; now let's get started in packing," I nodded my head and started doing what she told me to do.

When I had finished packing her bag for her she tried to take it from me, but after shooing her hands away loads of times and she finally got the hint. I helped her lock the house up and once she was already with her cane in hand and sunnies on eyes; we left the house.

I asked on the way "Do you ever get scared when you go out?"

Jenna answered with "All the time especially when it's not with Mum or Toby."

I asked "So I scare you?"

Jenna replied with "No you're actually the first person I really, truly feel safe with. I mean I love Toby and my Mum but they make it this huge deal but you don't."

I say "Well it is kind of a big deal; I guess I make people feel safe."

Jenna nodded her head and replied with "I sense Ali feels safe with you and so do other people, that's why it's easy for me to trust you."

I say "Don't worry; I won't take you somewhere to kill you."

Jenna smiled and said "Much appreciated."

I smile and say "We're here," I turn to the left and started walking up to the front door and I see Hanna and Mona standing there.

I say "Mona and Hanna are at the door."

Jenna replied with "Okay thanks for the heads up." I shrug it off like it was no big deal, I see the door was opened up by Ali and she smiles at them but then sees us.

Ali said "I see she convinced you to come," Mona and Hanna look over their shoulder to see us.

We walked up to them all and Jenna answered with "Yeah she did, thanks for inviting me."

Ali said "It's no problem really; you can all come in by the way." Ali holds the door open a bit more and allows us to all come in; I help Jenna with the step into the house and lead her into the living room where I see Spencer and Aria here as well.

I say "In the room is Toby, Noel, Mona, Hanna, Spencer and Aria."

Jenna replied with "Thanks Emily," I lead her over to sit next to Toby since Noel is busy doing other things with Mona. I walked back over to the front where Ali is standing; I smile at her and kiss the top of her head.

Ali said "They're all here now, so it looks like you can go."

I replied with "Looks like it, once Noel and Mona break a part; which will be a while.

Ali laughed and said "I don't mind spending extra time with you."

I replied with "Feelings mutual," we smiled at each other before being broken out by our connection at the sound of someone coming down the stairs; I look over to see it's Jason.

Jason said "Oh I didn't know they were all here yet."

Ali replied with "They all just pretty much got here."

Jason nods his head and asked "Emily can I have a word?"

I look over to see Noel and Mona are still in their bubble and I replied with "Fine, where?"

Jason said "The kitchen will be fine."

I nodded my head and replied with "I'll be back, lead the way." Jason starts walking into the kitchen and follow behind him, I think I knew what this was about but I would let him speak.

Once in the kitchen he asked "Are you drinking tonight?"

I answered with "What do you think? Of course I am."

Jason asked "Why do you need to drink?"

I replied with "I don't need to drink, I just want too and it's really fun."

Jason said "No it's not, it's stupid and addicting."

I replied with "I'm not addicted."

Jason said "Prove it."

I asked "How?"

Jason replied with "Don't drink tonight, come home sober."

Jason added "If you really love my sister you won't drink tonight."

I said "Fine I won't drink tonight and I do love your sister, always have and always will."

Jason replied with "Then tonight will be no problem."

I nodded my head and said "Are we done? I have a basketball game to get to which you will never be invited to."

Jason replied with "Good, I don't want to hang out with those losers."

I said "Don't make me hit you."

Jason replied with "I didn't say anything that wasn't true," he then walked around me and back out to the living room. I followed behind him, I didn't get what he meant by that.

He was about to go upstairs when I grabbed his shirt to pull him back and asked "What did you mean by that?"

Jason replied with "Nothing, I didn't mean anything."

I said "Yeah right, I didn't come down in the last shower Jason."

Jason said "Look if you wanted to go out and get wasted that's your deal, but prove to me that you really love her."

I replied with "I am by not drink tonight and you already know I love her, your just having one of your save everyone moments."

Jason said "I don't need to save anyone and even if I did you to far gone Emily and you don't even need know it."

I replied with "You really wanted me to hit you don't you," we both up in each others personal space but I felt someone pulling me but and saw it was Noel and Jason was being pulled away by Toby.

Ali asked "What's going on?"

I look at Jason and he said "Nothing, I'm going back up to my room," he break out of Toby's arms and goes back upstairs.

Now everyone's looking at me and I say "I love you but your brother is a jerk."

Ali asked "What hell is going on between you two?"

I answered with "It's nothing don't worry about it, we should really get going the guys will be waiting."

Ali said "Okay but we're talking about this when you get back."

I replied with "I look forward to it."

Ali said "Hey just because your pissed at my brother for whatever reason don't take it out on me."

I replied with "Alright," I hold my hands up in defence.

Ali said "Just go."

Noel said "Will take her now and clean her attitude up."

Ali replied with "Thank-you," without a second look at me she just walks away from me and that's when I realise I'm an idiot. I was going to say something but Noel started pulling me out of the house while Toby was pushing me.

Once outside I say "Okay, I can walk the rest of the way to the car," they both take their hands off me and we continue on our way to the car; I know they are dying to ask me what the hell that was.

Ali's P.O.V

This whole Jason and Emily thing was getting out of hand and I had no idea what was even going on, Emily never keeps anything for me but I know there's something she is folding back and I wish I knew what it was. Emily would never speak to me like that, she just seems like Emily when Jason is around and I just don't get it. I heard Toby and Noel pushing her out of the door, she didn't even say goodbye which I thought she would but I did give her the cold shoulder a bit. I sit down on the couch next to Mona and let out a deep breath, I feel Mona pull me into her arms and I don't resisted.

Mona said "Okay what is up with Emily?"

I replied with "I wish I knew, there's something she not telling me."

Hanna asked "Do you have any ideas?"

I answered with "No, she never hides anything from me; especially after being away from each other. We agreed that we would get through everything together, who am I supposed to help her if she won't tell me what's going on. It's like I don't matter to her at all."

Jenna asked "You seriously don't believe that?"

I just shrugged and Spencer asked "Have you asked her about it?"

I answered with "A few times but she just brushes it off or changes the subject to something about me."

Aria asked "Have you spoken to Jason? Because he seems to know but doesn't want Emily to tell you something."

I replied with "No his always busy when I go to try, but I really need to know. Emily never speaks to me like that not even when I was mean to her or would shut her out."

Mona said "Yeah she just doesn't seem herself whenever she and Jason talk."

I nodded my head and say "Enough about this, were all here to shop and that's what we will do; let's go and forget about everything." That's all I want to do was forget about everything Emily had said to me, I knew she would apologize to me; once she realise she was an idiot. I hoped anyway.

Hanna said "Are you sure? If you just want to hang around here, we all would understand." I looked around and watch as they all nodded their heads.

I smiled and replied with "Thanks but I'm sure let's go."

Spencer nodded her and said "Okay, how about we take two cars half in each."

Jenna replied with "Sounds good to me," we all nodded our heads and stood up. Aria went over to help Jenna up and would lead Jenna outside to her car and Spencer's. Jenna and I all hopped into Aria's car and Hanna and Mona got into Spencers car.

The next afternoon I waited patience in the living room with the girls for Emily to come home, I hadn't heard from her all night not one phone call or texted and I was worried. With the help of Jason, Jenna had already gotten home and he should be back anytime soon.

Spencer said "Don't worry they'll be home soon."

Mona added "Yeah Noel texted me five minutes ago they had left," that still didn't calm my nervous down. Emily wasn't the same when she left and it had worried me all night. My head snapped up when I heard the front door open, soon Emily and Noel walked into the room. Emily still looked angry and Noel had a black eye which was defiantly not there yesterday.

Mona rushed over to Noel and asked "What happened?"

I watched as Noel looked at Emily who said "What? Not my fault you didn't move."

Noel replied with "You did an illegal attack."

Emily said "You still could have moved."

I interrupted with "You gave him that black eye?"

Emily replied with "No the ball did," I was confused but Emily didn't look like she was going to fill me in anytime.

Emily's P.O.V

I walked into the living room to see all the girls sitting in there, I wasn't surprised when I saw them there though I also saw Jenna wasn't there; she must have gone home early.

Mona rushed over to Noel and asked "What happened?"

Noel looked at me and I said "What? Not my fault you didn't move."

Noel replied with "You did an illegal attack," it might have been that but he could have moved.

I said "You still could have moved."

We got interrupted by Ali saying "You gave him that black eye?"

I replied with "No the ball did," I watch as confusion came on her and everyone's face but I wasn't in the mood to explain. I was angry at who I didn't know, at what I didn't know and I felt like drinking last night but I didn't to prove Jason appoint. At the sound of the door opening I looked over my shoulder to see Jason walking in.

Jason said "I see you've return."

I replied with "That I have and look I'm sober too."

Jason said "So you are."

I replied with "So you were wrong I don't have problem," I could feel the anger slipping away and happiness sinking in. I realised how much of jerk I had been to Ali and once I finished sorting things out with Jason I would apologise to her.

Jason said "I guess you do really love my sister."

I said "Of course I do, I don't stay sober for just anyone."

Jason asked "Even to prove a point?"

I answered with "Sure I wanted to prove a point that you were wrong about me but I love her Jason and if this doesn't prove it then I don't know what will."

Jason said "You've proven it to me Emily, just don't hurt her or I will hurt you."

I replied with "Of course Jason," he smiled at me and everyone else in the room before heading upstairs to do who knows what. I turned around to see everyone standing there confused looking at me but my vision only centred on one person; Ali. I slowly walked over to her; she stood up from where she was standing.

I said "I'm sorry Ali, I was a jerk, I was angry at what I don't know your brother for thinking I didn't love you enough to not drink for one night. I don't know I was just angry and I was jerk and took it out you, which was so wrong of me Ali."

Ali looked around at everyone before saying "Emily since returning you have done so much for me, as if anyone could believe you don't love me but if that was something you and Jason need to sort out; then its okay."

I nodded and replied with "That thing with Jason is long gone, we have it all worked out now."

Ali said "I still want to know the details."

I replied with "I know but not with other ears around."

Hanna then said "We are all going to take that as our queue to leave," I looked over to see them all nodding their heads.

Ali said "You guys don't have to leave; we can talk about this later."

Noel replied with "No, Emily is a pain to get things out of so we'll leave you too it," they all said their goodbyes before leaving with all their stuff.

Ali sat down and said "Start talking," I nodded my head and sat down next to her. I knew Jason would be pissed at me telling her that he gave me the booze but it was about time she knew.

I say "When you were gone, I was plan miserable and having no one really there for me wasn't helpful. One night I was walking home when I noticed Jason sitting out of the porch drinking the start of a six pack, I walked over and sat down next to him. He saw the pain in my eyes and saw the pain in his and he handed me a bottle. For the next I don't know how many months Jason would spile me with alcohol, I would go to school drunk or hangover that's why people see me as a drunk at school. Then one day when I went to meet Jason he wasn't there and he never came, I realised he left town and I was furious with him. Because it meant I was going to become sober and would have to start remembering life without you and I didn't like that very much." Through telling Ali everything I stare down at the floor now chancing a look at Ali her face was blank which made it hard to read.

She then said "So when Jason found out you were drinking he thought you were becoming addicted again."

I replied with "Yeah pretty much," she nodded her head slowly taking in the information.

I then say "But I'm not addicted, this is just party drinking and I'm very responsible."

Ali nodded and said "Right, why didn't you tell me?"

I answered with "What just did is illegal, he helped me out and he thought I should repay the favour."

Ali said "By not telling me."

I replied with "Yeah pretty much."

Ali said "But you did tell me."

I said "I know because if I'm going to be with you Ali there can't be any secrets and that's massive one," she nodded her head. What she did next shocked me she brought her hand over to me and moved my head so I was facing her and she leaned forward and kissed me. I was in shock so before when I realised what was going on she had already moved away.

Ali said "I want to give us ago."

I asked curiously "What do you mean?"

Ali replied with "I think I'm ready for a relationship with you." I nodded my head slowly taking in the information, Ali want be in relationship, with me, now, with me and now.

I say "Right, which means what exactly?"

Ali giggled and said "You're cute. What it means exactly that I want us to date, I'm ready to date you and be in a relationship with you." I wasn't finding it hard to believe that Ali was actually saying these things now; she was actually ready to be with me.

I whisper out "With me."

Ali said "Yep," she leaned over and pecked me on the lips again.

I brought my hand up to her face to hold it in place and saying "Where do you think going with those lips," I leaned up and kissed her; which turned into a make-out session. I had exactly no idea what had really happened, all I knew was Ali was ready and now all I need to ask myself was; was I actually ready to be with Ali myself? It was one thing to imagine and dream, it another thing for it to happen in reality and was I actually ready for everything.

I hope this chapter wasn't to rushed or anything like that, I want to take Ali and Emily relationship slow and now that they together, I can start it up and making it interesting.
