I opened my eye up on Monday morning to have blonde hair covering them and I couldn't help but smile. After we had decided to try being together, Ali had decided that we would do homework and work on the play; which meant we got to practice kissing and I didn't mind one bit. We hadn't told Jason or Mrs D that we were together but I think they knew something was different. Moving Ali's hair from my face, I sat up slightly without waking Ali up just to watch her sleep for a while. She had this peacefully look on her face and I couldn't believe that she wanted to be with me. I was finally going to be dating the girl of my dreams and I couldn't be happy; I just didn't want to push her too far. I then felt the bubble pop when I heard a knock on the door and Ali's Mums voice coming through the door telling us if we didn't wake up soon we would be loud; I quickly shout back that we were up. I looked back down to see crystal blue eyes staring up at me; I then looked down at her lips to see her smiling.

I couldn't help but ask "What are you so smiley about?"

Ali smiled even bigger and said "Just at you," I nodded my head.

I asked "Can I kiss you?"

Ali replied with "Of course, why did you ask?"

I said "I just wanted make sure you were still okay with us."

Ali replied with "That's sweet Em but its okay."

I nodded my head and said "Okay I just don't want to push you into anything you're not ready for."

Ali reached up and started running her fingers through my hair; she then said "If I wasn't ready then I would tell you but I am ready, just lets go slow."

I asked "Okay I'm fine with whatever you want. Now just so I know are we telling people or not?"

Ali answered with "I don't see why we can't tell people; just don't make it a big deal."

I replied with "Okay I won't but I'm telling Noel as soon as I see him."

Ali smiled and said "Thought as much," I nodded my head.

Ali then said "Now would you kiss me already." I smiled at her before leaning down and pressing our lips together and Ali kissed me back. I pulled back and opened my eyes to see Ali still had her eyes close and had this massive smile on her face.

Ali said "We've both waited for that to happen for a long time and finally."

I smiled and replied with "I know how you feel, we better get ready or we will be late."

Ali said "Yeah your right, you have to go home to get ready don't you?"

I answered with "That I do, I don't have any clean close here."

Ali said "Okay be ready in 15 and we'll meet at the car."

I replied with "Sounds like a plan, just stay safe."

Ali said "It's sweet that you worry about leaving me in house that my family are in."

I replied with "Sorry I can't help it."

Ali cut me off before I could continue "Its fine Em, I would be the same if I was in your shoe."

I nodded my head and said "I'll see you soon Ali," Ali nodded her head before I pecked her on the lips and got out of the bed to go home to get ready. Once we were both ready we did meet up at my car and I drove us both to school.

Arriving at school with plenty of time left to spare I think surprised us both but we weren't complaining. Walking over to the drama building since that's where we were going to be this morning, we found Spencer, Jenna, Toby, Noel and Mona standing outside the drama door. I wondered where Aria and Hanna were for a second before I saw Noel and Mona walking over to us.

Noel said "Hey you two."

I smiled and replied with "Hi," they both gave me this weird look before Noel started pushing me backwards.

I then shouted to Ali "I'll be back, Mona don't leave her side," Ali smiled and Mona nodded her head really quickly. I then turned around and started following Noel to wherever it is he was going.

I asked "What's up?"

Noel replied with "Thought I'd ask you the same question."

I shrugged and Noel said "You and Ali are too happy for a Monday, what's happened?"

I smiled and replied with "After you guys left last night, we talked."

Noel asked "About what?"

I answered with "About why Jason and I have been acting weird around each other."

Noel cut in with "Yeah I want to know that to," I then realise his black eye was starting to fade away which made me feel really bad.

I say "Sorry about your eye, Jason and I have a past that isn't good. Anyway after talking about that, we talked about something else," I had this big dorky grin on my face.

Noel said "Go on."

I replied with "She wants to try."

Noel asked "Try what?"

I gave him this are you serious look and he said "Wait, you don't mean what I think you mean? Ali wants to you two ago?"

I smiled even bigger and replied with "Yep," Noel started jumping up and down really excitedly before pulling me into a hug and I couldn't help but hug him back.

Noel said "I'm so happy for you two," he pulled back from hugging me and we both had massive smiles on our faces.

I replied with "Thanks Noel."

Noel then said "You know what this means now?"

I shook my head and he said "Double dates."

I smiled and replied with "I can't wait but we're just taking thing slow. I'm going with her to her counselling appointment tomorrow and I wanted to make sure her counsellor thinks she ready; I don't want to rush Ali into anything she not ready for."

Noel said "Understandable but we should plan something for Friday night after your first game especially if you win."

I nodded and replied with "Good idea, I'll think about ideas but we should get back to our girls."

Noel said "Race," I nodded my head and we both took off running at the same time. Sprinting back over to where Ali and Mona were standing surrounded by all our friends Aria and Hanna had both arrived now, I was really trying to beat him but he had bigger feet and got there first.

Noel poked his tongue at me and I said "I hate you," he placed a hand over his heart and looked hurt which just made me laugh at him.

Mona asked "What have you two been up too?"

I answered with "Nothing."

Ali said "Should we be worried."

Noel replied with "Not at all."

Mona and Ali looked at each other and said together "We should," Noel and I just laughed.

I said "I was just telling Noel some things," I smile at Ali who automatically knew what I meant.

Noel replied with "Yeah, I'm really happy for you two," he walked over and gave Ali hug before standing back behind Mona.

Spencer asked "What's going on?" That got everyone attention and they looked at both Ali and I. I smiled at them all before smiling Ali, I walked over to her and placed my hand on her cheek and kissed her on the lips for everyone to see. As soon as we started to kiss her heard squeals and Toby explaining to Jenna what was happening but my main focus was on kissing Ali, I felt her hands in my hair getting tangled.

I pulled back and said "Did that explain things?" Both Mona and Hanna squealed at the same time before pulling Ali into a hug and Toby and Jenna came over to me,
Toby patted me on the back and Jenna hugged me.

Spencer asked "How? When?"

Ali replied with "After you guys left last night, we did some talking."

Aria asked "So that means you're actually ready to date Emily?"

Jenna hugged Ali before Ali answered with "Yeah I'm finally ready," both Aria and Spencer pulled Ali into a hug while Mona and Hanna hugged me and told me they were really happy for me. After all the hugs and congratulations were over, we just talked about different things before the bell finally went and the teachers arrived. Mr Martins gave out instructions for today Noel and I were going through our lines with him, while Mona and Ali went over the final touches on her costume and others got told what they were doing but I didn't hear; I still couldn't believe we go on at the end of next week.

Ali's P.O.V

I watched from where I was standing waiting for Mona to get back with my costume as Emily read her lines and got feedback from Mr Martins. I felt someone standing next to me; I looked to my right to see Jenna standing there.

Jenna asked "You're watching Emily, aren't you?"

I answered with "Yeah, how did you know?"

Jenna replied with "I sensed it. Congrats on you and Emily getting together, she pretty amazing."

I looked back at Emily who was mucking around with Noel making Mr Martins mad, I said "Yeah she is."

Jenna said "Emily is the first person I actually fully trust right now."

I looked at her and asked "You don't trust Toby?"

Jenna answered with "No I do, it's just a different kind of trust. Emily doesn't make it a big deal where everyone else seems to."

I nodded and said "Yeah," Jenna smiled at me before walking away and back over to her flute. I wasn't surprised that Jenna trusted Emily the most; it was the same for me when I got back. Emily was really supportive and didn't want anything bad to happen to me and when you are around that it's easy to trust.

I heard Mona's voice saying "Found it," I tuned around to see her holding it up. It was a navy blue dress that Mona had actually made herself, it was a beautiful dress.

I said "Mona this is a really beautiful dress."

Mona smiled and replied with "Only for the beautiful girl," I smiled at her kind word.

I said "Thank-you but don't let Emily hear you say that she might get jealous."

I then felt arms wrap me and a voice say "Who might get jealous?" I would know this voice anywhere and would never forget it.

I smiled and said "You, Mona called me beautiful."

Emily nodded and replied with "Well you are beautiful and I know for one Mona doesn't swing that way so it's all good." I felt Emily lightly starting to kiss my cheek before poking her tongue out on my cheek which made me laugh.

I asked "Aren't you supposed to me running line with Mr Martins?"

Emily answered with "I was but his helping Noel with pronunciation of some words and you were standing here looking all huggable and I couldn't resist."

We both heard Mona go "A'ww you to are so cute," I felt Emily smile even if I hadn't I knew she would have been smiling.

Emily said "It's all her Mona," Emily kissed my cheek before placing her head on my shoulder I could feel her taking a deep breath. I looked to see what she was smelling to see she was smelling my shoulder, I didn't understand but I let her be if she was happy then so was I.

Mona however asked "Emily what are you doing?"

Emily stopped and replied with "I like the smell of her scent and well yeah," I smiled at Emily cuteness and weirdness.

Mona just said "Okay."

We then hear a voice say "Emily can you please come back over here and let them get back to work, we go on in a week and I don't want it to be disaster."

Emily replied back with "Of course not Sir, right away Sir."

Emily said to me "I have to go."

I replied with "Sad face, I was getting use to have my arms around me."

Emily said "Me too but cheer up, we have plenty of time for snuggles later."

I smiled instantly and replied with "Yeah you're right."

I wanted to say more but was cut off by Mr Martins saying "Today Emily," I heard Emily quietly groan while I giggled quietly.

Emily then mumbles under her breath "Get to kiss my girl, get to kiss my girl." I couldn't help but laugh at her, I knew she was only doing it because I was the lead and she wanted to kiss me. I felt Emily relax against me before saying goodbye and waling back over to where she was, she swayed her hips a bit just for me.

I smiled up at Mona who said "You seem to be happy."

I replied with "I am, I have wanted this for so long and finally it's happening."

Mona nodded her head and said "Come on Juliet let's go get you ready for your Romeo." I smiled at her reference since the play was a bit like Romeo and Juliet just a different version of it and with this century lines. I felt Mona dragging me back to where the changing room where so I could get into the dress and have her do the pin up stuff to make the dress look like it has been painted onto me.
