Chapter Twenty: About Damn Time
Bo and Tamsin walked towards Tamsin's truck hand in hand.
"Are you still crying?" Tamsin asked as she snickered.
"Oh shut up. My hormones are all over right now… It was cute. You know you're kinda happy Kenzi has Alex back… This could be the thing she needs to pass her Dawning" Bo said as she smiled and playfully shoved the Valkyrie.
"I know, it was sort of sweet how Alex did that… And it'll definitely be nice not having to babysit her ass anymore" Tamsin said with a smirk as she threw her arm around Bo's shoulder.
"I think Bo's right, this could be the push Kenzi needs to pass her Dawning and with Alex having her memories back, it'll ease Kenzi's stress and fears" Trick said with a grin.
"That, and it means you two will have someone else to protect you from the shit storm coming. Alex is able to control her powers better than the baby fae but she'll also be able to help the new brat to control her flames so we don't have a damn forrest fire" Acacia said as she threw her sunglasses on.
"We're going to head back to the Dal, we will need to see you all tomorrow… do you two need anything before we go?" Trick asked as he prepared to get into Acacia's truck.
"I think we're good gramps" Tamsin said with a smile as she held Bo tightly from behind.
"Are you sure? Bo, have you been feeling alright?" Trick asked as he looked to his granddaughter.
"For now I have been… Still hungry more than usual but overall the vitamins you gave us has helped with the morning sickness. However, I am starting to feel chubby… Which is so not cute!" Bo said as she huffed out a pout, causing Tamsin and Acacia to chuckle.
"That's normal Bo, every mother to be experiences weight gain…" Trick said as he laughed.
"Trick, should we be concerned about the whole Valkyrie charge up wifey over here had during her little battle with the Encantado's mother dearest?" Tamsin asked as she rested her chin on Bo's shoulder and held the brunette tightly around the waist.
"I'll look more in to it, but for now I don't think it's anything we should worry about" Trick said giving a comforting smile.
"Worry?! Hell we should be damn proud the jellybean is already able to use some kind of powers… Valkyrie powers at that! That's my grandkid!" Acacia said as she hopped in the truck and grinned.
"Yeah, yeah said the Valkyrie elder…" Trick said as he rolled his eyes, causing Bo and Tamsin to both start to laugh.
"You're just jealous that our grandkid is already proving to be a badass before a blood sage" Acacia said as she winked at Tamsin and threw the couple a salute before slamming on the gas and speeding out of the field.
"A baby Valkyrie… What have I gotten myself in to?" Bo said as she smiled and turned around so she could throw her arms around Tamsin's neck.
"A whole lot of trouble Succubus… A whole lot of trouble…" Tamsin said with a sly grin as she leaned down and kissed Bo's lips.
"I'm noticing a trend with my Valkyrie wife and trouble seeming to go hand and hand," Bo said as she smiled and kissed Tamsin's lips.
"Me? Oh sweetheart we both know you're the trouble… Plus let's be real, our kid isn't going to JUST be a Valkyrie. It's going to have some of your crazy abilities too… Which means double the trouble" Tamsin said as she winked.
"I think we can handle it" Bo said softly as she slowly walked backwards until her back was pressed gently up against the truck and Tamsin was now leaning forward pinning the brunette against the driver's door.
"We can handle anything this little bundle of fae trouble brings us. The kid is gonna be a badass" Tamsin whispered back with a smile.
"Well our little badass is kinda hungry… Think you can help with that?" Bo said as she started to slowly pull the blonde closer to her lips.
"Mmm… Anything for my two favorites…" Tamsin said softly as she grinned and pressed Bo harder against the door and leaned in kissing the Succubus on her lips as their tongues began to gently caress one another.
Kenzi finally pulled away from Alex and both were now gasping for air.
"Are you sure you're back? Like all of you? You seriously remember me? Us?" Kenzi asked, not daring to let go of her hold on the blonde as she kept her arms wrapped tightly around Alex's neck.
"I remember everything…" Alex whispered as she placed a kiss on Kenzi's forehead, "I remember our teenage make out in the lounge of the Dal when we were trying to figure out if whatever the hell was going on with us was because of T and Bo's bond…" Alex said softly as she tightened her grip on Kenzi's hip and placed a kiss on the younger fae's cheek, "I remember asking if you were going to smack me like a million times… and I remember us making out in the crack shack kitchen and how I was freaking the hell out about where to put my hands when you were kissing my neck…" Alex whispered as she kissed Kenzi's other cheek.
"And, if you are who you claim you are, tell me… what did I say to you?" Kenzi said as she closed her eyes and smiled, savoring each touch of the blonde's lips on her skin.
"You told me to touch you…" Alex said in a hushed voice as she placed a soft kiss on Kenzi's lips, causing the shorter woman to moan softly and smile into the kiss.
"There's so much I want to say to you…" Kenzi mumbled with her lips still touching Alex's, "So much we need to talk about… So much you've missed…" Kenzi said as she let out a soft moan due to Alex moving her kisses from Kenzi's lips down to her neck, "But right now all I can think about is how much I've missed you and… Mmmm… God… How much I've missed this…"
"We can stop and talk if you'd like babe…" Alex whispered as she stopped kissing Kenzi's neck and pulled back just enough to look into those icy blue eyes. "I've missed you… More than you know…Every time I saw you it was like missing something I couldn't remember but knowing I needed… God, you're beautiful…"
Kenzi's facial expression softened as she smiled sweetly to the blonde, "It was so hard not having you here through all of the shiznat that's happened. It was hard seeing you and knowing I couldn't have my girlfriend, which by the way you are totally in trouble for just starting to date me, turning me into a total lezzy and then hitting the delete the Kenz button"
"I know… But I'm here now and I'm not planning on any suicide missions anytime soon and if I'm right we are totally at our one month point right?" Alex said as she smiled.
"No way you get your memories back and totally know that!" Kenzi said as her jaw dropped.
"Dude… You really think I wouldn't have a million reminders posted all over the damn place about this? Come on… It's you, and I knew when we started dating you'd be all about this sappy shit. I felt it when Bo and Tamsin were all mushy and crap. You're a hopeless romantic and I'm a heartless pyro who didn't cry during the Notebook" Alex said as she rolled her eyes.
"You aren't heartless… You just have zero taste in good emotional films… But I can't believe you posted reminders all over just because you knew I'd want something cute for our anniversary. Does this mean I'm like a princess for a day or some shit and you have some awesome Ember 'I survived my first month dating the awesomest Kenz evaaaaa' gift planned?" Kenzi said as she raised her eyebrows and smirked.
"You shall find out soon enough sparky… Come on… Let's go find the horny hump queens and get out of here" Alex said as she reached down and grabbed Kenzi's hand.
"So that we can then have some much needed alone time for our totally massive and monumental one month knocking boots?" Kenzi said as she gave a massive grin.
"All hail my super awesome girlfriend and her noteworthy romantic terminology" Alex said as she fanned her hand out in a bowing motion.
"Oh hush, you love it… I may the romantic sap but you sure as hell aren't so we both know you think the way I describe our relationship is not only adorable but it's also freakin' awesome… Now kiss me ass hat" Kenzi beamed as she stopped walking and pointed to her lips.
"Such a demanding girlfriend I'm stuck with…" Alex said as she scrunched her nose and kissed Kenzi's lips quickly before the continued to head towards the truck were Bo and Tamsin were still making out.
Kenzi and Alex both grinned and shook their heads at the sight of the Succubus and Valkyrie drowned in their heated kiss as Bo was pinned against the truck, running her fingers through Tamsin's blonde locks as the Valkyrie had her hands firmly gripping Bo's backside.
"We leave you two alone for five minutes and you're already about to make another baby on the fucking truck I bought you?" Alex said as she and Kenzi walked up closer to the two.
Tamsin backed out of their kiss and turned her head slightly to give a wink and shrug to her sister and moms, "What can I say, she's one hot mama…"
"Sluts…" Alex said as she rolled her eyes.
Bo couldn't help but laugh as she gently pushed the Valkyrie off of her and walked forward, giving Alex a tight hug as Kenzi's smile grew wider.
"We missed you too Alex" Bo said as she squeezed the blonde Ember.
"It's good to be back sis… How's my niece or nephew doing?" Alex said with a smile as she kissed Bo's cheek and looked down at the brunette's stomach.
"They're good… Growing faster than we thought and already a 'badass' according to your sister" Bo said as she grinned.
"Kid is gonna be a little shit kicker" Kenzi said as she high fived Bo and smiled. Bo laughed as she pulled her best friend in to a tight hug and ruffling her hair.
"Baby Dennis shit kicker is already showing they are a Valkyrie, can't get much more badass than that" Tamsin said as she smiled and walked towards her sister.
"Psh, you're right… Unless the kid comes out throwing flames, then we can say they're a total bad ass hell raiser" Alex said with a smirk as she held her arms out and embraced her older sister tightly.
"Whatever… We both know Valkyrie's are supreme you little shit" Tamsin said as she and Alex laughed in their hug.
"Uhm excuse me… Totally ignoring the fact our baby will be half Succubus" Bo said as she pointed to her stomach and raised an eyebrow.
"Dude not just half of ANY Succubus, half of Bo Bo which means crazy powerful Succu-babe that can chi suck bitches like no tomorrow" Kenzi said as she fanned Bo and grinned.
"Thank you bestie" Bo said as she patted Kenzi's head and the two crossed their arms looking at the blonde's who had finally broken their hug.
"She's got a point…" Alex said with a sweet smile.
"Trust me… I know the only reason our baby is going to be awesome is because it's half of you beautiful" Tamsin said sincerely as she walked forward and picked Bo up, throwing the brunette over her shoulder, "Now that we're all back together can we please go home? Cause this little Succubus mommy to be has some chi cravings I need to deal with"
"Ew… Gross…. I'm back in my body for a solid 5 minutes and I already have to deal with you two exchanging bodily fluids?!" Alex groaned as she covered her eyes.
"You act like we don't know what you two will be doing… AHHHH!" Bo said as she started to laugh from her position of draped over Tamsin's shoulder.
"Ya know… She's right… It has been a month babe, and your oh so adorable baby fae girlfriend HAS missed you… And we do need some alone time to talk and, ya know, do other things" Kenzi said as she gave a devilish grin and started to drag the blonde behind her towards the truck. Kenzi couldn't help but giggle at the shocked looked on Alex's face. "Come on you… I want to enjoy having my girlfriend back before more dumb Dawning training tomorrow"
"Yes dear" Alex said as she grinned and started to slowly walk behind Kenzi where they followed the Tamsin and Bo to the truck so that they could all head back to their house for some much needed time with their lovers.
