Chapter Twenty Seven: What the Hell?!

"No.. Freakin'… Way…" Kenzi said as her eyes wandered up and down the Valkyrie before them in the slutty french maid costume.

"Tamsin?!" Bo said again as she walked closer to the blonde in front of her.

"Have we met madam?" Tamsin said sweetly with a smirk.

"I… Uh…" Bo said keeping her eyes on Tamsin's.

"Come, let us eat. Tamsin, can you grab the wine from the cellar?" Kenzi's mother said with a smile. "Shall we adjoin to the dining hall? There is much celebrating to do for our darling daughter's engagement!"

"Oh-kay…" Kenzi said as she looked towards Bo, who was practically drooling over the sight of Tamsin.

"Come on babe" Alex said as she grabbed Kenzi's hand and followed her soon to be in-laws into the dining room.

"Bo Bo?" Kenzi said hesitantly.

"Go ahead Kenz. I'll be there in a minute, I'm gonna help Tamsin with the wine" Bo said absent mindedly as she followed the gorgeous blonde down the stairs.

"But I… Great…" Kenzi said as Bo ignored her and proceeded to walk away.

"You okay honey?" Alex asked as she stopped walking and turned around so she could look at Kenzi.

"What? Uhm yeah… Yeah I'm good…" Kenzi said as she scratched her head and looked at the vacant door where Bo had just exited through after Tamsin.

Suddenly Kenzi squealed as she felt her body being spun around and before she knew it, she was facing Alex and was in the older Ember's arms.

"Don't lie to me, something's up. We've been together for years, I know when your cute little ass is full of it… Now what's up? Cause this is supposed to be our night to have fun and celebrate with your wack job parents!" Alex said as she gave a smirk.

"I just… You're going to think I am crazy…" Kenzi said as she gave a nervous chuckle and her best innocent face.

"Oh baby, I already think you're crazy" Alex said with her nose scrunch as Kenzi shook her head and laughed. "See, there's that laugh that I love so much!"

Alex brought her hand up and cupped Kenzi's cheek and leaned down giving the shorter baby fae a soft kiss on the lips.

The contact took Kenzi's breath away. She kept trying to remind herself that this was the Dawning and that she needed to focus but kissing Alex, damn if it wasn't amazing.

"So, how about you tell me what's got you freaked out before your mother comes back in here smothering me with kisses and shit and me not setting her on fire" Alex said as she leaned back, but kept her hands on Kenzi's hips.

"Just… UGH! Holy shit my parents right now! Like Alex I have no idea what is going on and Bo is all types of thinking with her magic lady dick and following your hottie sister downstairs to the wine cellar and probably taking her slutty maid outfit on but this is crazy and I am so panicking right now because I am worried I am going to devolve! I'm supposed to be this bad ass Ember and pass my Dawning so we can totally protect our future niece and nephew and just WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON WITH ME RIGHT NOW?! This Dawning business has me mind fucked! You're well.. You but my parents right now totally okay with us getting married? And Tamsin… THE MAID?! Your sister is so not the cleaning type! And now I'm here and I have no idea how to really use my powers because I JUST learned some shit and no one knows a damn thing about an Ember's dawning. Alex I'm going psycho…." Kenzi said as she took a quick deep breath from her lack of air during her rant. "Wait… did you say light my mom on fire?"

"Uhm yeah?" Alex said as she raised an eyebrow.

"So that means you're still fae in this crazy alternate reality right now?!" Kenzi said as she jumped up and down.

Alex scrunched her brow and gave a light smirk as she flashed her eyes red and snapped her fingers letting a blue flame appear.

"EEEEEK!" Kenzi squealed as she lunged forward hugging the blonde.

"Hell yes! Okay so what the hell should I be expecting from my Dawning right now hot stuff because mama is so confused" Kenzi said as she hopped off the blonde and crossed her arms.

"Kenz… You aren't anywhere close to entering your Dawning, we talked about this with Trick. You still have 20 years or so…" Alex said as she gave a confused look.

"What? Alex no, I'm IN my Dawning!" Kenzi said in protest.

"Kenz… I know you're a little freaked about the wedding and trying to , but I promise you… We have awhile before your Dawning" Alex said with a smile.

Just as Kenzi was about to argue, her mother interrupted "MacKenzi! Alexcia! Come now, the food will get cold!"

"Come on, let's go get this over with" Alex said with a smile as she grabbed Kenzi's hand.

"But wait, can you tell me about your Dawning?!" Kenzi said quickly as she was being dragged towards the dining hall.

"For the love of Freya YES baby I will tell you but can we please get this shit over with? Your mother will be the legit death of me" Alex groaned as they entered the dinner room with fake grins.

"Tamsin…" Bo said as she walked into the wine cellar.

"Have we met?" Tamsin said with a genuine smile as she turned around with the bottle of wine in hand.

"Oh yeah, we definitely have…" Bo said as she tried her best not to let her eyes flash blue. It had been hours since she had fed and the way Tamsin was looking right now had her craving that sweet Valkyrie chi.

"I don't think so" Tamsin said with a chuckle. "I'm pretty sure I'd remember someone like you"

"Well let's just say it's a very unique situation at the moment…" Bo said as she slowly walked closer to the blonde.

"Oh really? Is that so? And would you care to share this oh so unique situation at hand that has me NOT remembering you?" Tamsin countered as she grinned and walked towards Bo.

"You wouldn't believe me even if I told you" Bo said as she was now only feet away from Tamsin.

"You could always try…" Tamsin said as she scrunched her nose.

There it was, Bo's weakness, the infamous Valkyrie nose scrunch that made her knees buckle.

"There's something else I would like to try…" Bo said as she lunged forward, grabbing Tamsin's cheeks and pulling her in closely as their lips clashed together with such passion that it took both of their breaths away. Drowning in the kiss, Bo realized she couldn't hold on any longer in controlling her hunger. As Bo started drowning chi from Tamsin, there was something off… the taste… What was this… This was not her delicious Valkyrie chi…

Bo quickly shoved Tamsin away, "HOLY SHITBALLS YOU'RE HUMAN?!"

Tamsin was in a love struck haze from the Succubus's influence and was in no state to really answer, all the blonde could do at the moment was giggle and smile as she brushed her fingertips over her lips.

"Oh no no no NO!" Bo said as she threw her hands over her face.

"Tamsin dear! Where are you at with our wine? Is Bo down there with you?" Kenzi's mother yelled from the steps.

Bo quickly answered, "We're coming!"

Bo grabbed Tamsin's wrist and yanked her up the stairs as the blonde giggled and bit her lower lips.

"So not good… Damnit Kenzi, your Dawning really had to do this to me?!" Bo mumbled as they raced up the stairs to meet the rest of the family in hopes of finding what the hell was going on and how Bo and Kenzi were going to get to the next phase of her Dawning.
