Something short and sweet… Given that Season 7 is around the corner….
Still working on There's Us… Making some massive changes in the next chapter of that story.
"I want another one."
Tara shifted and looked at Jax.
"You want another one?"
He nodded and kissed her forehead. "I missed so much when Wendy was pregnant with Abel," he shifted and sat up. "When I was inside, the thing I regretted the most, was missing your pregnancy. I wasn't there for the ultrasounds and decorating of the nursery. I missed the first kick and the birth." He hung his head low.
"Shit, I wasn't even there for my son's first birthday party."
"Hey, hey..." Tara sat up. The sheets that were covering her bare chest fell around her waist. She placed her hands on his face and forced him to look at her. "Don't you dare feel sorry for any of that, baby. You did what you had to do to keep your family safe and get rid of Stahl. You weren't here physically but you were here in every way that matters." She placed his hand above her heart. "You were here, Jackson. In my heart. In Abel's heart. You were here, Jax."
He felt the tears burning in his eyes. "I love you so goddamn much, Tara."
"I love you too, baby. So, so much." She leaned over and kissed his sun-kissed face.
He grabbed her face and deepen the kiss, his mouth seeking entry to hers.
Since coming out of Stockton, Jax has made it his business to make up for lost time. Their sexual appetite has always been intense but lately, all they did when the kids were either sleeping or with someone else watching them, was make passionate love. Non-stop.
"Are you swore?," he mumbled against her lips. He palmed one of her breasts.
He was going to leave to a bike show in a couple of days and just the thought of him being away for a few days had her core aching. She took his hand and gently placed it over her clit.
"Make love to me, Jackson."
"At this rate, by the end of the year, I will get pregnant again," Tara panted as she tried to catch her breath.
"And it will be a girl. Beautiful and smart, like her Mommy."
Tara laughed. "Imagine you with a daughter, Teller."
Jax looked at Tara. He smiled at seeing her so content. "How about two girls? And one more boy."
"That's a lot of babies, don't you think?"
Jax shrugged. "I always wanted a big family with you, Tara. I want to live in Oregon or any other place you want, babe and raise our kids. Raise them away from all the club bullshit and away from this poisonous town. I want a big house with a big yard and a porch where you and I would sit at every night and talk about our day. I want us to get married by a tree and a lake with our sons giving you away to me. You wearing the most beautiful, long dress, with a flower in your hair. I just want it to be you, me, our sons and a priest. I want to look into your eyes when we say 'I do.' A year later, I want to be in the delivery room when our daughter is born. I want to be there when our kids graduate junior high school, high school and college. I want us to grow old together with a bunch of kids and grandchildren and great grandchildren. I want all of that, Tara. All of that and more. It's all I dreamed about while I was at Stockton. It was what kept me alive for those 14 months, babe."
He gently wiped her tears with the pad of his thumbs.
"How about three girls and one boy? Three of each," she leaned her face into one of his hands and closed her eyes, visualizing the dream.
He wrapped his arms around her and Tara straddled his hips. They held each other until they heard Thomas's cries come thru the monitor.
"Looks like someone wants a shot at my puppies."
Tara laughed. "Your puppies? Now, don't get greedy, Teller."
He laughed as Tara pulled away from him. She stood slowly and walked out of the room, completely naked.
He heard her voice thru the monitor, whispering gently to their son, who had stopped crying all together moments after Tara walked into his nursery.
Nothing made his heart swell more than hearing Tara with his sons.
She was the best mother he had ever seen and together they would have four more kids. It was his dream. Their dream...
