This pretty much just talks about all the pain that Lucy's leaving left and all the complications there are.

Natsu

I roll around inhaling Lucy's scent it's all I have left of her now. She's been gone for three months now. I don't know what to do without her. I haven't taken a job in two of the three months and the job I did take was boring. If Erza hadn't taken over then I don't think I would have been able to do it at all. Since then all I do is sit in Lucy's bed and wait for her. Everyday scenarios run through my head of how she will come back or much worse if she doesn't.

I don't like to admit it but sometimes a few tears escape. I don't eat as much as I used to and I haven't been to the guild in weeks. Lucy when will you come back?

Gray

"When is Natsu going to get over the fact that Lucy is gone?" I say as I pace the tables of Fairy Tail. "You know the last time I saw him he bumped into me and didn't even try to pick a fight just mumbled 'sorry' and walked away. What the hell's his problem?" I yell at no one in particular.

"Will you just calm down, you idiot!" Erza yells from her seat across Jellal.

"I'm sure after a few more weeks Natsu will be back to normal. That kid has more fight than anybody gives him credit for," Jellal mumbles.

"Gray-sama please listen to them and calm down. You're making Juvia nervous," Juvia latches on to my arm.

"I just wish he'd get better. He's tearing himself apart."

Lucy

I close my eyes as wind whistles past my ears. I am unable to maneuver my body out of suspended air and back to the ground safely. I wait for the impact that will leave me stunned and fighting for breath.

"Why don't you just give up?" A voice asks finishing the sentence right as my body hits the ground. The man towers over me. His long black hair is drawn into a ponytail to the left side. He holds a wooden stick in his right hand.

My body shakes from the impact and I struggle to catch my breath. A laugh escapes me as I push myself up, "Give up? I don't have that kind of choice anymore." I run back at him pulling back the weapon of my choice. A light sleek sword that's easy to move through the air. I bring it down on the left side of him hoping his hair would make a blind spot but he dodges immediately.

Just using your brain won't get you through this. He brings his stick down and hits me on my head. Let's begin your training tomorrow.
