CHAPTER 89

Shan had left the institution in a bad mood. Nothing... He had gotten nothing from that man. He had answered Sen's questions. Even told the man how Ryoma was doing despite trying to tell the man the other day that the boy was dead. He seemed pretty happy that the boy was coping. What really struck him was when Sen had asked why he needed to find the scientists. He told the man that his son, the one he almost killed needed someone who knew how to cure him. Sen had laughed. Telling him that the answer had been staring him in the face.

After he started talking about Ryoma... Well, his beauty again. Saying how he was smarter than he acts. That his beauty knew how to help the children, but lacked the things to do so. Instead his beauty had done the next best thing. He got rid of the suffering. Shan left after not wanting to hear any more about Ryoma killing the other kids.

Mitsu got woken to the sound of clicking and seeing small flashes directed his way. He groaned, grabbing the pillow that had his and Gen's heads resting on used it to cover himself from the annoying light. "Gen turn the light off." Mitsu shifted, pushing one of his legs between Gen's and rubbing his crotch. "How is it that you're so hard in the morning?" Mitsu muttered as moved again to try and help Gen with his problem.

"Oh for god sake!" Mitsu froze and lifted the pillow only to see Gen staring back at him. Slowly they both looked over towards the door. Tomo stood there camera in hand with a frown on his face. "You know both of you were the picture of innocence just then. I didn't want to know about what was going on under the covers." They didn't say anything and just stared at the butler. "What?"

"Why the photo's?" Gen asked feeling slightly startled about the whole Tomo taking pictures of them sleeping thing. He sat up letting the covers fall down to his waist. Mitsu rubbed his eyes as he pushed himself up only to see Tomo smirking and chuckling.

"How else do you think I can get Keigo to wash the dishes? Me and him made a bet that if I could get a picture of both of you two asleep he'll do the dishes for a month." Both sighed wondering how they couldn't of guessed Keigo was some what involved. "Anyway, I was at first coming in here to wake both of you up. It's already 9 and everyone else has left for school. In fact I think all of them are in lessons." Gen and Mitsu exchanged looked before scrambling out of the bed and grabbing their clothes from their draws.

As they were about to get changed Tomo stopped them. "Stop!" Both of the froze on the spot. "Now calm down. I already phone your schools saying you'll be late. I want you both to have showers and get ready properly. Then you'll sit downstairs and eat breakfast like civilized human beings. After I'll give you both a lift to your schools. Okay... Good. Now I'll start breakfast while you get ready." With that Tomo left two teens standing only in underwear feeling completely shocked.

Mitsu glance at Gen before going back to grabbing his uniform. Smirking the Seigaku captain spoke just loud enough for the other to hear. "At least your problem has disappeared." Mitsu glanced down at Gen's boxers. The vice-captain with his school uniform in hand walked over to the door and looked back.

"Maybe you should check that bruise. It's seems to of gotten bigger." Gen left for a shower while Mitsu brought his hand up and touched his nose, wincing slightly.

"Ryo-Chan." Sei whispered into the boy's ear as he leaned his head on the cat's shoulder. Ryoma was sitting on the blunette's laps and doing a typing game on the computer. Which consist of typing what the objects are in hiragana. "You know. I thought you knew all of them by now." Sei looked at the screen as a 15% of the answers right came on to it.

"Write them, yes. Know what they mean... No." The blunette sighed as he rubbed his face in the crock of the cat's neck. "But I know that one is 'Ka' and that one is 'Wa' and last is 'Nu'." Pointing at the different keys. Sei watched the boy as he carried on typing who knows what on the computer.

"Ryo-Chan, what did you do about the homework the headmaster gave you to do?" The blunette closed his eyes and inhaled the boy's scent.

"I get distracted easy and so I haven't been able to start it." The 18 year old thought it over. He had to admit the cat didn't really get much time on his own and if he did he was normally so tired he would just sleep in the hours he gets to himself.

The lunch bell rang and rumours had already gone round the entire school about Mitsu's face. Even random story have been made up to go with the bruise. Some were saying that he got beaten up, others saying his girlfriend caught him cheating and hit him. The Seigaku captain didn't want to know why some student thought he was seeing a girl. Then again not many actually knew the way he went when it came to relationships, so he couldn't really blame them. Besides he didn't want anyone to find out how he got it in the first place. With a shake of his head to clear his thoughts he made his way to the cafeteria to eat lunch with the other third years.

Sei had told the cat that he was going to join Syu for lunch and for Ryoma to go ahead to the principles office. So the boy made his way to the office to eat by himself. As he opened the door he almost walked into the headmaster himself.

"Ah, Ryoma!" He said slightly startled. "There's someone in there at the moment. But you're welcome to go in anyway. They hopefully shouldn't bother you." The cat nodded and passed Tanaka. Looking in he could only hold his breath. He just had to hope Horio was in a nice mood today.

Horio was standing in the middle of the room looking around in boredom. It was when he saw the cat in the door way did he stop and smile. "Ehh, Ryoma." The boy gave him a hello before sitting on the sofa and bring his lunch out of his bag. "Hey, what do you think you're doing? Ryoma... You can't eat lunch in here." The cat ignored him and was about to start eating when the door opened again and Tanaka came back in.

"Wow, Ryoma." The cat looked at the man. "What do you have for lunch today?" Ryoma held up the box for the principle to take a look. The man laughed and placed a hand on the boys head. "Tomo sure knows what to put in a lunchbox." Ryoma after months or so had finally gotten use to the principle some what. The man can now have a conversation with the boy and even give hit a pat on the head. Of course things tended to be easier the better the mood of the said cat.

Ryoma brought the lunch back down to his lap and grabbed a rice ball. Taking bites of the food he happily became oblivious to his surroundings. Even when the principle had told the two 16 years olds that he was going to go find the tutor for Horio. Seeing as it seems that the unibrow had been failing nearly all his classes and being sent out more for not being able to keep quiet for more that 5 minutes.

As soon as the door shut Horio turned to Ryoma and smiled. Making his way over he stood in front of the cat and waited till he noticed him. When he decided it wasn't going to work he called for the boy. "Ryoma." The cat glanced up with rice on the edge of his mouth and his third rice ball in hand. "Can I have one?" He froze. Ryoma had a thing about giving his food away. Sure certain people he didn't mind, but most he just couldn't. He may shove his food down his throat like it was a last meal, but he was always afraid that it really could be. After all he had been starved for a long time. The after effects never really disappear.

It was like when he was living in America at first and he would always save about a sixth of his dinner and hide it under his bed. So if one day Shan wasn't there anymore he knew he could survive that much longer. It was when the food started to go off, it made the house smell like a sewer. His guardian sat him down and talked to him about it. Telling the cat that he was never going to be left on his own like that again. That someone will always be waiting for him along with telling the boy it was better to eat food while it was still good and not on the verge of growing a farm of deadly bacteria which could possible make him very sick.

So after that Ryoma had a habit of eating everything on his plate plus extras and even other peoples in fear that it could be his last and he wanted to enjoy the taste till the very end.
