Deidara's Words

Fleeting

By Zero Assassin

To the early morning light,

The butterflies wings flutter.

Around the sunlight sight,

Does the whole world shudder.

From this day we think of the ways,

To fight out our battles.

Until one dies on the fields of grays,

Sounds of thunder over the rattles.

I once told the flight,

To our worlds wonders.

Only for it to end on a fight,

Against our soul founders.

Should we be free of the mess we caused,

Or lay on earth until the rain drops.

Was it all just a weakened pause,

Or did we have a choice in our sobs.

I saw a flower petal today.

It was a lovely color indeed.

For it was pink I say,

And I was very pleased.

To see a lucky sight.

Did I ever remember of the butterflies wings.

For when it did take flight.

The petal danced and it seemed to sing.

It was a rare sight for sure,

A lovely surprise.

Touched me to the very core,

Watching the sun dance and rise.

Such a fleeting state of mind,

On such a weary day.

It was oh so very kind,

To not think of the gray.

Art is truly in a beauty,

Always ever so fleeting.

To a point where it shouldn't be,

Oh so pretty sitting.

Watch it's colors drift away,

To ones of momentary happiness.

See it's colors sway,

In wonders of shortness.

Will away the bad thoughts,

Until the colors return once again.

And don't think of what it costs,

Until it goes out of your life's end.

Oh so pretty it was,

Until it's only a memory.

Watch what was there,

Until next ceremony.
