I'm changing Satan City to Heraclopolis instead of Herculopolis simply because Heracles was the Greek and "proper" – if I'm allowed to word it as such – version of Hercules, who is his roman equivalent (and the more well know). Don't stress about it anymore than necessary.

Gokuu stood atop Babylon Tower, a massive spire-like structure that looked down on the city. Hercule had so foolishly declared that Heraclopolis was to be independent from the Ox kingdom, a move that the World Joint Defence Alliance wasn't very happy about that. Gradually, the air began to pressurized as something approached at Mach speed from behind of him. He turned around slightly and eyed his eldest.
Gohan regarded his father with a bit of apathy. He was rather annoyed that he had to bother with these political disputes. He was also annoyed that it was the World Navy was calling the shots. Despite their Admiral being such a nice person - and the only soldier Gohan actually liked, - he had no qualms with treating the Z-Senshi like mercenaries if the situation called for it.
He looked over at his father, who had been monitoring the proceedings for a few hours now. According to him, many of prime ministers and mayors seemed to go along with Hercule as the world saviour, but their Majesties thought differently -because they knew differently. King Fury was absent, but his 24-year-old daughter stood in for him.

[Sometime during the proceedings]
"…That is why Heraclopolis should be independent!" Hercule proclaimed. After expounding on the bloody and barbaric history of the Ox Kingdom, he grandly ended on that note.
The Admiral of the World Navy sweat-dropped and looked to the Secretary of Defence, who, despite knowing where Hercule's delusions came from, found it challenging not to hurl insults at the man.
"Sir Hercule… you do realize that if you separate with the Ox Kingdom, you will have no military?" Sec. Def. then proceeded to try and butter up The Champ, "Even with your inconceivable strength, are you thinking of taking on an invading army by yourself?"
Of course, anyone close to King Furry knew that the secret Z-Senshi, circulated in global rumours as the World Defence Corps, were the ones to defeated Cell. All the older folk knew of Son Gokuu, 'The Monkey King,' and his exploits against King Piccolo, Arch Demon Piccolo and the Red Ribbon Army. No one wanted to mess with him, or his family. Gokuu already hated the minimal attention that the World Navy gave him, anymore and he'd probably kill someone. And more likely than not, it was probably someone in that very room.
Princess Lura's ears twitched in annoyance. She wasn't good with men like Hercule. She considered what he had been saying over the course of the summit: The Ox King was a tyrant hiding the frauds from the Cell Games in his country. Hercule wanted them exposed, but the Ox King instead demanded Hercule leave and only to show his face if there were an emergency. When news that the Ox King was to be succeeded the 'Monkey King', Hercule chose this as the perfect time to strike while the country had its guard down.
Not once had the Monkey King shown up to any of the audiences Hercule requested. For one, Lura wasn't sure if Hercule was even aware of who the Monkey King really was. She glanced at all the world leaders before sighing. "Sir Hercule…Just because you were knighted for the defeat of Cell does not mean you have any authority in how a country is run." She tried carefully. "First, this is the only Port City in the Ox Kingdom. Trying to become an independent state would come off as you trying to control their supply route."
Hercule, try as he might, couldn't refute what the princess had said. Heraclopolis was North of the Mt Paozu mountain range. It was the biggest biome on the planet, whose roots extended far enough to include Diablo Dessert and the Northern Wastelands. Majority of the Southern and Western faces of the range bordered the ocean, but only the city formally known as Orange City was low enough to build a harbour in the massive natural bay, granted, the harbour had its own little province around 30 outside the actual city. It was the world's largest shipping node for freight, and fifth for seafood.
'Hercule probably just wanted to inflate his ego even more.' The princess mused.
"This conversation is over." She said, standing up. She then adopted a more serious tone of voice, "We have more important things to discuss."
At that moment, two individuals seemingly materialized out of thin air. There was an almost unanimous jump from everyone outside on the Ministry of Defence.
"Most of you will recognize them, but for introduction's sake, this is the Guardian," the Princess went on. Said person gave a slight, albeit, reluctant bow, "and his father."
The taller, black haired man a kitsune mask gave a curt nod. At that, Admiral Green snorted to himself.
'Heh, that brat Gohan hasn't changed. He's not even hiding his displeasure of being someone else's subordinate.' Green couldn't blame him though, he'd personally seen how fooling and greedy his father had become as an officer in the Red Ribbon Army. Many humans were still like that today, abusing whatever power they could get their hands on.
Sighing, the Admiral thought that it was a good thing that the boy wasn't as prideful as Vegeta. He cut his internal monologue short as Gokuu began to speak.

The first half of the day went by rather uneventfully, minus Lime mercilessly punching any male who tried to casually touch her. She'd went from being depressed earlier to uncharacteristically sour at Gohan for whatever he left to do. The biggest contributor to her mood, the girls figured, was that Mirai alone wasn't enough of a pervert deterrent, as some of the boys he'd chased away came back, only to be met with Lime's fist to the gut.
Well, they weren't far off from the truth. Lime probably hadn't noticed, but Mirai and other males sure as hell did: the aphrodisiac like scent given off by teenaged saiyans. It was still weak, not producing to effects Mirai's or Gohan's did, but it was noticeable all the same.
The group sat at there usual spot under the big Mahogany out in the courtyard, minus Kem who didn't want anything to do with Gohan's troupe. Growing tried of the awkward atmosphere, Erasa decided to break the silence.
"Ahem, so…did you guys know that all the world leaders are meeting in UN embassy here in Heracropolis?" She asked.
"Hmmm?" Videl stopped picking at the school lunch in front of her, "Oh, yeah. My dad went to make a fool out of himself."
"More than usual?" Lime added, albeit still a bit peeved, 'Is that why Ani is so pissed?'
"He said something about wanting to separate 'The home of the champ!' from a 'kingdom of coward magicians and tricksters'." Her impressions of her father made Mirai choke on his laughter, which made the whole group laugh as well.
"So, do you really think those guys from the Cell Games are hiding in the mountains?" Erasa asked. "You told that you though Guardian was the little boy from back then."
This revelation caused Lime to flinch ever so slightly. She knew Gohan had carefully dropped hints to get Videl off their trail, but that might have put her on step closer to figuring out their even bigger secret.
"He is!" Videl argued, then started listing off on her fingers, "They've got the same hairstyle, the ages match, and he and the big gold fighter flew from that general direction."
'Shit, I sometimes forget this girl works with the police. Her attention to detail is top notch.' The demi thought. It pained both Gohan and her to lie to their friends. For Gohan, these three were the only friends his age outside of Dende and herself, he didn't want to scare them off. There was also Videl's reaction to take into consideration, God knows what this prideful girl would do if she knew her father had lied to the entire world.
Even still, "What do you think of their powers, Videl?" She treaded carefully, not wanting to sound too involved. Videl was already convinced the two personally knew Guardian and Angel, but ceased her questions recently, Lime figured, because of her budding relationship with Gohan.
The blue-eyed girl ran a hand trough her pig tails. She used to think that they were tricks, and part of her still did, but after personally seeing psychokinesis she could no longer be sure. For one, it would mean that the gap between her and the world's strongest just widened exponentially. If not, then she would have to call her love interest a liar and a fraud.
"I…I don't know." She said honestly. "Just the thought of someone having enough power to destroy a planet is kinda scary."
"But your dad defeated Cell, right?" Sharpener pointed out.
'Wrong.' Mirai thought
"There were probably just firework or bombs planted in the ring. There's no way, Hercule would lose to guys like that."
Lime accidentally let out a pulse of energy, causing leaves to fall from the tree. Mirai gave a warning look her way before tuning back into the conversation.
Videl scoffed. Sure, she'd though that at first, but she watched her father get smacked into a cliff face a good 60 meters away. There was no way that could have been rigged ahead of time. 'I've been hounding Gohan for answers so much recently that I've stopped doing research. Tsk, one way or another, I'll find out what really happened.'
