Here's a little Mothers' Day themed update for all of you guys! Give it a review and tell me what you think! It's such a delight reading your reviews! :)

With a small smile, Hermione gave a final twirl in front of the mirror as she fiddled the hem of her new green dress. She delighted at the little embossed floral patterns scattered all over the skirt of the sundress while looking quizzically at her small collection of shoes, trying to decide which one will best compliment her dress. The new dress, of course was given by Draco for her to wear to their picnic later on today.

She was a bit surprised to wake up alone on his large four poster bed of the master bedroom that morning for it was one of the rare days that she was given the day off at the middle of the week and probably Draco and Hermione's favorite day. Her hands wandered through the cold sheets still trying to find Draco's warmth when her fingers bumped into a box conveniently situated at Draco's side of the bed. Hermione groggily sat up and waited for her head to stop spinning from her sleep as she gingerly took the box into her lap and spotted a note intertwined with the ribbon that was used to secure whatever's inside.

Granger,

Enjoy the morning of your day off while I run around my office today. Don't even try to look for Scorpius for I already took him with me so I can drop him off that horrible orange building he calls a preschool. Don't worry about him too much, love. I'm sure Looney will take care of him there. Please do us Malfoy men a favor and wear this dress to our picnic later. We'll pick you up in a couple of hours.

Wear something cheeky underneath ;)

Draco Malfoy

Hermione's cheeks blushed a vivid shade of red upon reading the last sentence. It wasn't that she was a virgin or some kind of prude, not really. She's had a few men in her life before but admittedly, none of them were like Draco. He's attentive and sweet and he lets her control just how fast they were taking their relationship. And yes, Hermione can now admit that they have a relationship and quite a good one at that. She had been skeptical at first but now she couldn't even remember what it was like without her two precious Malfoy men by her side. But of course there are still a lot of things that scare her. But for now she's choosing to turn a blind eye at those fears and look straight ahead into Draco's silver eyes. Now if only she could scream to all of kingdom come just how Draco Malfoy is such a wonderful father and lover then she would be content.

Hermione gave a huge sigh and looked at the piece of paper once again, now noticing for the first time that there was another small note at the bottom in Draco's handwriting.

I picked this dress Healer Mione it is green and it is pretty like you. Please wear it.

SM

The loopy letters S and M were signed in magical crayons and were giving off tiny little sparks as they wiggled around the bottom of the page and little hearts danced around the two letters blinking every few seconds or so. Hermione smiled at the little note that Draco had undoubtedly written for Scorpius, except of course for the cute initials at the bottom. She just couldn't see Draco drawing hearts with magical crayons. Scorpius had just started learning about letters at school and had been showing Hermione how he can now sign his initials. Draco almost had a heart attack upon seeing almost every available wall and surface of the manor decorated with large loopy S's and M's. Thank Merlin for magic and industrious house elves who always kept the manor at tip top shape, although it's quite dark and ominous for Hermione's liking. Not that she would tell the house elves that of course.

With a small smile still playing on her lips, Hermione took the lid and ribbon off the shiny green box and lifted the dress in front of her as she admired its soft material. She fingered the small spaghetti straps of the dress and ran her knuckles over the floral design. Her smile only grew wider as she saw the small silver belt hanging around the waist of the dainty dress. Green and silver, figures. A few months with a couple of Malfoys and she's already wearing their school colors. Nowadays, almost all of her things were either green or silver. She was now certain that she owned almost all articles of her clothing in every shade of green the world has ever seen. Draco and Scorpius would often give her little trinkets for no reason at all, provided of course that the color of it was green or that it had a dragon painted or sewn all over it. Sometimes it was jewelry and shoes but most often than not they were clothes. It was like they were already staking their claim over her and they want the whole world to know that she belonged with them.

And now that Hermione had gone home to her own house and was deciding on a pair of shoes to match her dress, she couldn't help herself but pick the silver ballet flats that Draco and Scorpius had given her just a couple of days ago. They proudly told her that they had bought it at a muggle store with muggle money while wearing muggle clothes. Hermione barely believed it as they told her the story but immediately changed her mind upon seeing the famous muggle brand that screamed at her from the black paper bag. Yup, she may not know a lot about muggle fashion but she sure does know Chanel. She even asked Draco not to buy her anymore gifts but he only laughed and shook his head.

"Not a chance in hell, sweetheart." He replied with a kiss. Scorpius only laughed at her as well when she tried to tell him the same thing.

"Silly Healer Mione." He giggled.

And as much as she enjoyed opening gift after gift almost everyday she still believes that it's quite impractical. But what made up for all of it would be Draco and Scorpius' faces whenever they see her wearing one of their gifts. Scorpius' eyes would get wide and a huge grin would overtake his face while Draco's face would always take on a look of predatory gaze as if he was already envisioning how to take her clothes off. So needless to say, she now always wears the clothes that they give her.

Hermione took a seat in front of her small vanity mirror and proceeded to style her hair into curls with a few chosen spells. As she was about to finish, a soft crack sounded just a couple steps behind her.

"Well, would you look at that. Isn't Healer Mione pretty, Scorpius?" Hermione smiled as she gazed at Draco's smirk through the mirror.

"Very very pretty." Scorpius answered while running to Hermione's lap and giving her a hug and a kiss. Hermione of course hugged him back and kissed him all over his cute chubby face. And when she was about to let him go and set him on his feet, Scorpius only buried his face deeper into her hair and held on tightly. Hermione looked at Draco questioningly as if asking him if something was wrong with Scorpius. Draco's stare was pained and a little confused as well as he helped Scorpius off of Hermione's lap.

"Hey buddy, why don't you go downstairs and watch some of those shows for a little while. We'll be leaving in a couple of minutes just as Healer Mione's done taming her hair." Draco convinced Scorpius as he came out of his hiding from Hermione's hair. And with a kiss from Hermione, Scorpius trotted down the stairs into Hermione's living room.

"Is something wrong with him, Draco?" Hermione asked nervously.

Draco avoided her gaze as he answered, "It's nothing, love. But maybe you should talk to him later, you know, to brighten him up. He's been asking for his Healer Mione since I picked him up from preschool."

Hermione offered him a smile and stood up to face the full body mirror one last time before they headed out. Draco's eyes zeroed in on Hermione as she did a little twirl for him.

"Didn't I tell you that green is definitely your color?" Draco whispered as he started to nibble down Hermione's exposed neck.

"But I think your neck is a bit bare, yes?" Hermione looked at Draco through the mirror with dancing eyes. "Don't you dare give me a hickey, Draco Malfoy! I think I have enough of those for the next day or two! And we're going out in public for Merlin's sake." she laughed.

"Good thing I didn't put them anywhere they can be easily seen huh?" Draco smirked as Hermione only blushed and slapped his wandering hands. "I was thinking maybe you needed a bit of sparkle." Draco said as he opened a velvet box containing the most beautiful necklace Hermione has ever seen. Her eyes devoured the dainty golden chain slung upon the most magnificent pendant of a golden dragon, its scales sparkling even in the poor fluorescent light in her room, each dent and curve of its scales were gracefully crafted and unhurried. Its tail was coiled over a sizable red rock. A ruby perhaps. And on its eyes lay the same red rock as it twinkled expectantly at Hermione with its teeth bared, ready to pounce.

"Red and gold, Draco?" Hermione smirked. Draco only shrugged as he fastened the necklace behind Hermione. "To pay homage to my little Gryffindor lioness." Draco replied with a quick nip on Hermione's neck before turning her around in his arms and leaning in for a proper kiss. Hermione laughed as she angled her face away from Draco's demanding lips.

"Draco, I told you not to give me any more presents. Seriously, first the dress and now this. Two gifts in one day!"

Draco only smiled. "And I already told you, Hermione that I refuse to stop giving you gifts. Humor me a little, sweetheart. I like seeing bits of myself in you." Draco's eyebrow raised towards the last sentence, emphasizing his innuendo. Hermione blushed and fended off another one of his advances.

"Well maybe later if you're a good boy we can do something about that." She whispered right before slipping out of his arms and running towards the stairs, calling for Scorpius.

Hermione lazily leaned back on their makeshift picnic blanket as she watched Draco and Scorpius run around the field near the lake with Scorpius pointing here and there. Draco had apparated them to a quaint English countryside where muggle tourists were scarce and wizards were almost nonexistent. In fact, the only other people within the area with them would be an old married couple eating their sandwiches peacefully while sitting on a wooden picnic table. And even they were a bit far from where they had set up their picnic. Hermione smiled at Draco and Scorpius as they walked hand in hand towards her wearing their muggle wear of choice. And even in muggle attire, you can still detect the air of sophistication and money that the pair of them exude with every step.

"Healer Mione I wanna show you the flowers over there!" Scorpius remarked, holding his little hand out for Hermione to take. Hermione took his small hand in hers and Draco's hand with the other as they helped her off the blanket.

"Why don't you two go while I set up our food here. I'm quite knackered from all that running we just did, buddy." Draco smirked at his son. With a quick kiss on Hermione's cheek, Draco folded his lean legs on the blanket and gently nudged them off to the direction of the small pier decorating the edge of the lake. Scorpius pointed towards a small cluster of white wildflowers sitting daintily near the pier while pulling Hermione to sit beside him near the flowers. Hermione looked at Scorpius quizzically as the little boy glided his small hand over the soft grass they were sitting on, his face puckered in a pout. She was about to ask him if there was something wrong when he looked up at her.

"Do you think my mummy is my real mummy?"

Hermione's eyes widened as she mulled over Scorpius' question.

"What do you mean, honey?" she asked nervously. Eyeing Draco's guilty expression from their picnic blanket. Damn him! He probably knows exactly what they were talking about which was why he volunteered to stay behind.

"Today in school we made drawings to give our mummies and I asked Ms. Luna what is a mummy and she said that a mummy is someone who takes care of us when we are sick and loves us no matter what even though we are bad and we do bad stuff but they still love us and she said that mummies are always there with us, but my mummy is not here with me." Scorpius said with a huff, his eyes wide as he looked at Hermione's shocked face.

" I only have a Father and a Healer Mione but I have no mummy because she is gone. So she can't do any of what Ms. Luna said so I was sad when I was making my drawing." Scorpius continued.

"But then I remember that you take care of me when I was sick and you give me lots of kissies and hugsies and make me drink my potions with juice and that you never get super duper mad at me when I do bad things but only make me say sorry and you still love me right? And that you are always there for me and you love me. Sooooooooooo I think that you are my real mummy." Scorpius finished proudly.

Hermione's shock was yet to simmer down as she can only look back at Scorpius' expectant gaze.

"I…I…" Hermione stuttered.

Scorpius' gaze lowered once again as his hands started grazing the flowers.

"It's ok if you don't wanna be my mummy. I don't think my mummy wanna be my mummy too because she left."

Hermione's eyes watered at Scorpius' words and finally snapped out of her shock. Gathering Scorpius into her arms she started stroking his feather soft blonde hair as Scorpius readily hugged her back.

"Dragon, never say that! Your mummy would love to be with you right now but she just can't be here. I'm sure she loves you and that she's regretting every moment that she's missing with you and that she's very proud of you. She's probably always watching you in heaven." Hermione explained.

"Soooooo I have a mummy but I don't have a mummy anymore?" Scorpius asked.

Hermione gave out a small laugh.

"You have a mummy, she's just not here right now to take care of you. " Hermione leaned in closer to Scorpius' ear as she whispered.

"You wanna know what I think, dragon?" Scorpius' eyes widened as he leaned in as well and nodded.

"I think that your mummy chose me specifically to take care of you and your daddy. I think she knows that I will take really really good care of you and love you just as much as she does and that's why she made sure that we meet each other."

After a few minutes, Scorpius leaned back and looked straight into Hermione's gaze and spoke with confusion.

"Soooooo my real mummy sent you to be replacement mummy?"

Hermione shrugged and brought Scorpius back into her embrace.

"I guess you can say that." She confirmed with a small smile.

For a few heartbeats they just sat there, locked in an embraced and when Scorpius' small voice broke their little reverie, Hermione missed what he had just said.

"What was that, my Dragon?"

Scorpius cleared his throat and asked again, this time a bit louder.

"Can I…call you my mummy?" he asked while he was still buried in Hermione's embrace.

Hermione's smile only widened as she kissed Scorpius' head.

"Of course, my Dragon."

Scorpius' answering smile was so wide and happy that Hermione couldn't help but laugh even though her eyes were tearing up a bit.

"Mummy mummy mummy mummy mummy mummy!" Scorpius giggled as he bounced on Hermione's lap.

Hermione was still laughing at Scorpius' enthusiasm when Draco approached them and held his hand out for Hermione to take.

"Come on, Healer Mione up you get!"

Scorpius bounded out of Hermione's embrace and held on to Draco's knees as he looked up at his father still giggling.

"Father that's not Healer Mione! That's my mummy!"

Draco smirked as he gave Hermione a quick kiss when she was finally on her feet.

"Well your father sure did a good job at finding you a hot mummy huh?"

Scorpius only giggled some more and ran with delight towards their picnic blanket. Hermione turned to Draco and aimed a well deserved slap on his arm.

"Damn it woman! Your slaps are quite legendary!" Draco complained while rubbing his stinging arm.

"Oh don't be such a baby! If there's someone who should be complaining around here it should be me. You practically threw me to the wolves with that conversation!"

"Well, he wanted to talk to you about it." He said with a small shrug. "Besides, I don't think it would look good if he ever starts calling me his mummy." Before Hermione could yell at Draco some more, Scorpius came running back to them carrying two pieces of paper.

"Here's my drawings, mummy!" he giggled through the word mummy as he ran straight to Hermione's waiting arms. She unraveled the first paper and saw a drawing of a stick figure dressed as an angel, complete with wings and a halo. All around the stick figure angel were hearts and stars and the letters S and M. Hermione almost laughed at how Scorpius had decorated his drawings with his initials. She should really talk to him about that, some people can misinterpret his initials into not too innocent things. With a shake of her head, Hermione looked at the second drawing and smiled. This one had a drawing of a woman dressed in green with wild curly hair holding a small stick figure boy with white hair wearing a green shirt with the letters S and M. This one had even more hearts and initials than the other one, he even used glitters with this one.

"They're very beautiful, my Dragon!" Hermione exclaimed, nuzzling Scorpius' hair.

"Do you like them?" he tentatively asked.

"Like them? I love them! Tell you what, I'd even put them on the healers' lounge so that I would always be reminded of my little Dragon even when I'm working."

"I wish my other mummy would see this one too." Scorpius whispered as he waved his first drawing in front of Hermione.

Hermione wordlessly took the piece of paper and folded it into a shape of a sail boat. She then took Scorpius' hand and led him to the edge of the lake.

"Why don't we send it to her through a sailboat?" Hermione said as she placed the paper boat into Scorpius' hands. Scorpius' eyes widened as he nodded enthusiastically and carefully pushed the boat unto the water. After a couple more nudges by Scorpius with a stick, the boat finally bobbed farther from the edge where Scorpius and Hermione were standing. Scorpius then walked back to Hermione and held up his arms for her to lift him up into her arms.

"Do you think she will see it?" Scorpius whispered as he settled on Hermione's hip.

"Of course she will." Hermione answered as she felt Draco's arms encircle the both of them and Scorpius started playing with her new Dragon necklace. After a few moments, she felt Draco kiss her forehead and tighten his embrace.
