Read and Review, as always XD The next chapter will be a shocker, I promise you XD

He was onto something he knew it. Or rather, she was onto something. Mousewhisker stopped pacing outside of the nursery. Something didn't feel right. He himself was terrible for even suggesting it, but he had to think logically and outside the box. "But doing that will betray her," he muttered. It was his turn to watch Cinderheart today, maybe he could ask her then... No, no he wouldn't. She would be upset because he doubted her, and probably leave him for even thinking that she had something to do with Sakura's fall.

Mousewhisker glanced inside the nursery. Cinderheart looked distant, but she had a light scowl on her face. 'Maybe she is thinking that I will come and blame her,' he fretted. Quickly he shot off to the fresh kill pile and grabbed a juicy bird and ran back to her. Sunkit was playing with his siblings so they didn't the tom.

"Cinderheart?" He slowly sat the prey down in front of her. Her eyes snapped to him, and she seemed angry to be brought out of her daze.

"What?!" She snapped.

Mousewhisker shrunk away a bit. "I, I just wanted to talk. I know how you feel about S-"

"Take me on a walk."

Mousewhisker sputters. "N-now?!"

"Yes, now!" She hissed. Mousewhisker picked up the bird and slowly lead her out. He caught Bramblestar's eyes and left when the leader nodded his approval.

~ooo~

Back in the nursery Sunkit and his siblings were still wrestling. Flamekit had just wiggled herself out of the pile and was going to pounce when a draft made her freeze. Her eyes widened and she tilted her head. To any at that walked in she would look to be analyzing the best time to pounce. In reality, Flameblood and Killerfang were telling her to be spies.

"But I can't leave the camp," she whispered low enough to that the three other queens in the nursery didn't hear her. "I can't go outside, mama and papa would be angry!" She hissed again.

Squirrelflight looked over to her and grinned, looked over her crouching position and winked. "Lower your tail," she mouthed. Flamekit did so just to avoid suspicion.

"Save the clans?" She gasped silently. Her green eyes blazed with determination. "Alright..." She pounced with a yowl, successfully flattening her siblings. They whimpered and squirmed under her.

"Move Flamekit!" Gingerkit growled.

The ginger she cat shushed them. "Wanna sneak out of the clan?"

Both green and amber eyes widened.

"Are you crazy?!" Sunkit almost yowled, but it was covered by Gingerkit and Flamekit's angry hiss.

"Be nice over there!" Squirrelflight scolded. Her, Sorreltail and Poppyfrost fixed them a warning glare before continuing on their conversation. Every now and then Squirrelflight peeked over her shoulder at them.

Sunkit glared at his littermates. "Are you crazy?!" He hissed lowly.

Flamekit pawed his nose. "Come on, it will be an adventure!"

"But papa will be angry!"

"Mama will be too," Gingerkit agreed worriedly.

Flamekit looked over to the queens, then back at them. "What if I tell you it's to save Jayfeather and Sakura, and the whole clan?"

"Liar! How is going outside going to do that?" Sunkit snapped.

"Just trust me OK?" She pleaded. Sunkit narrowed his eyes at his sister.

"You are talking to those ghost cats aren't you?" He stood, throwing them all off of him. "What are they telling you this time?"

"No I'm not and nothing!" Flamekit growled. "If you don't want to help the clan then I will do it myself!"

Squirrelflight suddenly plucked her from the group. Sunkit was grabbed by Poppyfrost and Gingerkit grabbed by Sorreltail. "If you two can't behave then you will separate," Sorreltail mewed. Flamekit glared at her tabby brother. Sunkit fixed her a look. If she left the clan then he would tell. Gingerkit looked between both of them with a sigh.

Squirrelflight had Flamekit wrapped up in her embrace and settled down with all the queens to take a nap. Flamekit waited until her mother was fully relaxed and comfortable before she slid out. Like she said before if he didn't want to do it then she would do it herself. So the small ginger she kit snuck to the back out and looked around. No cat was watching her; they didn't even know that she was gone.

She ran into the warriors den and froze. Birchfall, Blossomfall, Toadstep and Brackenfur were all sleeping. Slowly the little kit tiptoed pass them. She saw a little hole, but it was right beside Toadstep's whiskers. "Of all the..." She hissed softly and slowly slipped through the hole, leaving quickly when her tail hit the tom's whiskers. She tumbled into a thick bush with a yelp. There she stayed and breathed.

'I got out!' She nearly squealed, had it not been for Killerfang lightly snapping her fangs. Quickly she stood, shook herself off, and walked. She didn't have to go far, because Mousewhisker and his mate were right around the corner. She hid in a small bush and listened.

~outside~

They only walked a little ways away from the camp, back to where they first discovered Bramblestar and the others. Mousewhisker could make out the faint design of Ivypool guarding the hole. He turned to his mate and gave her the bird. "It's scary, isn't it?" He muttered.

Cinderheart sent him a sharp look. "What is scary?"

"Sakura falling, it must be hard on you." He leaned forward and licked her. "She did it to protect you."

Cinderheart sat there and thought really hard about what she was about to say. "I don't care."

"Hmm?"

"I don't care that Sakura fell."

Mousewhisker moved back, jogging a bush. His gasp covered Flamekit's squeak. "B-but..."

"I told you the foreigners were changing us, I told you they had plans for us, did I not?" She hissed. "We need to start getting rid of them, and I for one was eager to get rid of Sakura." She narrowed her eyes. "I hate her."

"Y-you...did you push her?" Mousewhisker stammered.

Cinderheart laughed softly and moved closer to him. She pressed her face into his fur. "Of course I did, I told you we need to save the clan, and the only way to do that is getting rid of the trouble. You were falling for her games too; I had to get rid of her." She looked up at him with bright blue eyes. "Now you can see clearly with her gone and not stuffing things into your head."

Mousewhisker was horrified. Slowly he backed away from her. "You killed Sakura..."

"I wish I did, she shouldn't have survived." She made to step forward but winced. "My stomach..." Everything stopped for Mousewhisker. It came to the conclusion that his kits were much more important than the Moonclan she cat. He was still hesitant to go near Cinderheart, because she tried to kill Sakura.

'The prophecy...we are doomed.'

The bushes shook. Both of them saw Flamekit shoot off to the camp. "What?! How long was she there?!" Cinderheart hissed. At the same time she said that they heard Squirrelflight screech the kits name. Apparently she snuck out.

Mousewhisker went to Cinderheart and led her back to the camp, but as soon as they entered his eyes searched for Flamekit. Cinderheart pulled him close. "If she tells then our kits are in danger, stop her by any means necessary." She hissed lowly. Mousewhisker's stomach dropped. What did she mean by any means necessary?

"Mousewhisker are you OK?" Leafpool asked as she trotted over. Mousewhisker needed to get away from Cinderheart, he had to get away from her.

"Her stomach started hurting." He mewed quickly.

"Oh, let's get her to the nursery quickly!" Cinderheart let out a shocked yowl as she was suddenly ushered to the den. She looked for Mousewhisker, but he had disappeared into the leaders den.

~den~

"Why did you do that Flamekit?! I specifically told you not to go outside of the camp!"

"But papa..."

"Hush! You know better! What if you fell down that hole?!" Squirrelflight fretted.

Flamekit stomped her paw. "I was nowhere near the hole! I was spying on Mousewhisker and Cinderheart!"

"This is not the time for your kitten games, how are you going to be a great apprentice and then a warrior if you can't follow instructions?" Bramblestar narrowed his eyes. "Your apprenticing will be pushed back a moon."

"Papa!" Flamekit wailed, large eyes wide and teary.

"Bramblestar, please don't do this," Mousewhisker begged as he entered the den. Both cats glared at him.

"What do you want Mousewhisker?" Squirrelflight growled.

Mousewhisker looked away for a moment before stepping towards them. "I..."

'Don't tell! Think of your kits!'

'But they all will be in danger if I don't!'

'Think of Sakura...'

'My kits come first!'

Mousewhisker looked into Squirrelflight's eyes. In an instant what she and Sakura said came to him.

"Real mates wouldn't do evil think and force her mate to cooperate."

"She is black making you with your kits..."

"Flamekit, Flamekit did the right thing." He said finally.

"What do you mean?"

Mousewhisker whimpered. "Please don't make me say it; she just did the right thing."

"What happened Flamekit." Bramblestar demanded.

The she kit happily opened her mouth, but Mousewhisker cut her off. "Please don't tell. I'll lose my kits!"

Squirrelflight narrowed her eyes and covered her kit's mouth with her tail. "What? What do you mean you will lose your kits?"

"She will keep them from me, I can't tell. Please don't make me or her tell..."

Squirrelflight stepped forward and he backed away. "Mousewhisker..."

The tom looked at her with pleading amber eyes. Bramblestar growled lowly. "Tell me Flamekit, now!"

"Bramblestar," Squirrelflight hissed. She turned to her mate. "We can't make her tell!"

"Why? And just how will he lose his kits?!"

"I don't know, but he looks scared."

"I don't know..."

"You are supposed to listen to your deputy."

"You aren't out of the nursery yet!"

"Then listen to your mate!" She snarled. "Something is wrong, I can feel it!"

Bramblestar slipped pass her and over to the trembling tom. He forced his voice to be calm. "What is wrong?"

"I can't tell..."

"Have you told anyone else though?"

"Yes."

"Who?"

Mousewhisker looked down. "I told Sakura."

Both Bramblestar and Squirrelflight groaned.

"Alright Mousewhisker, we won't force you or Flamekit." He mewed lowly. "You are dismissed."

"Keep-keep Flamekit away from Cinderheart." The tom turned and left. Both cat then turned to Flamekit. The small kit looked at both of them with wide eyes and clamped her mouth shut.

"Squirrelflight, take Flamekit back to the nursery and act normal. Don't let Cinderheart notice anything." Bramblestar ordered.

"But what will we do about her?" Squirrelflight asked.

"Just like Sandstorm said," he mewed. He walked out of the den.

Squirrelflight looked back at Flamekit with serious eyes. "Flamekit, you can tell me."

"I can't. Mousewhisker will lose his kits and I want new playmates!" Flamekit wailed.

Squirrelflight cooed and licked her quickly. "I promise I won't tell. I won't make us seem suspicious either. I won't even tell Bramblestar."

Flamekit blinked. "Promise?"

"I promise, I won't tell until the need arises."

Flamekit pawed at the ground. "Cinderheart did it."

"Did what?" Squirrelflight urged. Large tears slid down the young kids face.

"Cinderheart pushed Sakura into the hole."
