Byakuya Togami, Ultimate Affluent Progeny: The Fall of the Togami Empire

Aoi Asahina's body was found near the REC room in a pool of her own blood. Her most obvious wounds were a long and deep cut across her breast and a few deep cuts on her thighs and arm. The Monokuma File didn't list the reason for her death but the amount of blood she must have lost must have been the reason for her death. But in reality Byakuya, the real culprit behind this masterpiece, told Genocide Jack to wait for Asahina around 2:20 AM near the REC Room area so she could "kill" her because Asahina slapped him. Of course Genocide Jack would've done anything for him and so she agreed. The true act of murder already started during breakfast. Byakuya took a bottle of poison which would slowly kill the victim in just 2 hours, a bag of yellowish powder which would cause brutal headaches when sleeping and a package of white powder which would make the person who take it unconscious from the chemistry lab.

First Byakuya prepared two bottles of Protein Shakes and took them to the kitchen. He then mixed one of the Shakes with the yellow powder and placed it on the lower shelf while he placed the other one on a higher shelf to increase the chance that Asahina would get the unhealthy one while Sakura stays unharmed. Everything worked out and Asahina got the right bottle. He then continued with the second step of his plan: He threw away the content of the cure for headaches and filled it up with the white powder. Later that night Asahina awoke due to the pain, got herself a glass of water from the kitchen and made her way to the chemistry lab to get the cure. Byakuya, who never went to sleep, waited in the REC room and noticed Asahina making her way towards the lab at around 0:30 AM. She searched for the cure and finally gulped it down. Only a brief moment later she lost consciousness, dropped the still halfway filled glass and collapsed. Byakuya forced the poisonous liquid down her throat and carried her all the way to the REC room and left her there. At 1 AM he made his way back to his dorm and stayed there for now.
Asahina, who slowly awoke at around 2:18 AM, swallowed the rest of the poison without noticing it and was just on the way back to her bed but the moment she left the REC Room Genocide Jack made her move and started to attack her. They fought for a few minutes and during the fight Jack dealt some cuts and wounds which already caused Hina to lose blood. She again lost consciousness and Genocide Jack thought she was dead so she left her on the ground bleeding like a pig but the real reason for her death was the poison, which finally took her life at around 2:30 AM. Byakuya waited until 3:30 AM to stand up again and make his way to the Nurse Office to gather a blood bag and a knife from the kitchen. He then heads to the third floor and began to mess around with Asahina's corpse by cutting her chest deeply and then spilling blood all over her to make the amount of blood she lost seem deadly. He hid the bottle of the poison and the bottle of the powders inside his room and threw the blood bag away (in the nurse office) so he could say it was Hifumi's old one. His final move was to clean the knife with a handkerchief he had in his room and take it back to the kitchen before he went to sleep and "discovered" the corpse with everyone else.

During the class trial Toko was the prime suspect even though she had no clue. After all Genocide Jack was the one who killed her and they don't share memories.
"Toko...", Sakura began, "We know you killed her. We know you killed Asahina! Just confess already!"
She looked very tense and anger colored her face in red as she slammed her fist on the wood in front of her.
"I... but...", the strange girl only stammered as she faced everyone who were sure she killed her.
Byakuya smiled. He knew his plan was going perfectly and this class trial would end in no time but Kyoko was not convinced.
She looked at Toko and tried to memorize something she saw that day.
"I have a question", she finally said as she faces Monokuma, "Do you take care of the trash and evidences we used before? After all you took care of the corpses. And Hiro's broken glass ball was also gone after the trial."
The three colored bear looked at her and giggled.
"Looks like Kyoko remembered something. Yes, yes, yes I take care of the trash just like I take care of the food. That means I also take care of the evidences and make them disappear after the trial. They could be used to fake the upcoming trials and that would be no good."
She smiled at switched her glance to Toko, who shivered in fear.
"Toko", she slowly said, "Would you please switch with Genocide Jack. I have a few questions to ask her."
"But... but...", the purple haired girl stutters as she "hugs" herself in disgust, "I d...d...don't l...like her! S...S...She will o..only cause more tr...trouble!"
"Please. I need to talk to her to make clear that neither of you is the culprit here but someone entirely else."
These words got to her and she started to tickle her nose to sneeze and switch personalities. The Ultimate Murderous Fiend took the stage and greeted everyone.
"Nice to see all of you here... Or should I say most of you. Looks like someone didn't make it to this trial. I wonder what happened", she said mockingly and laughed.
Yasuhiro finally decided to say something and pointed his finger at her.
"We know you killed her!"
"No. We only know she attacked her. We can't say for sure she is the killer."
Kyoko had enough of this and decided to do this on her own since Makoto doesn't seem to be of much help. He isn't a detective after all. She quickly stated her facts and why it couldn't be Jack who killed their friend.
First: Genocide Jack only killed boys so Asahina, clearly a girl, would not be interesting for her.
Secondly: It was obvious that not all the wounds were dealt by her special scissors but by knife. She also claimed that she only wounded her thighs and arms but the deep cut was not dealt by her or her scissors. It looked clearly different.
Thirdly: The amount of blood was not likely for the wounds she suffered. Most likely the real culprit wanted to make it look obvious why she died.
Fourth: There were bloody trails on her lips and chin. The wounds on her arms and thighs would have not made her vomit blood but poison could.
Lastly: There were three things missing from the chemistry lab. One of them was a deadly poison. She knew that because she was there before and checked the shelves.

"But where does that take us?", Sakura asked her.
Kyoko smiled and looked at the Ultimate Martial Artist and revealed her intentions.
"To the true culprit! Byakuya Togami! We were in the lab together and he even told me about this poison. I also found these bottles in his room. Monokuma opened the door for me so I could investigate. And finally: He was the one who suggested we should look if the blood bag Hifumi used was still there to make sure no one would doubt the reason of death. There is no way anyone else knew about this poison because it was a rare type of poison which never got released!"
The room went silent and everyone turned their attention to Byakuya who looked... defeated. His smile was gone, his eyes were closed and he had no comeback prepared. He lost.

"Nothing to say? That's a rarity for you", the Ultimate Detective added insult to injury but Byakuya only laughed.
"You don't really think someone like Byakuya Togami can lose? My empire will live on! The Togami Empire will live on!"
He clearly lost his mind! Losing the game was not something Byakuya even thought could happen. Losers like them could never defeat a Togami! But reality had something else in mind as the bear's hammer made contact with the red and deadly button.
"You... fools..."

Togami can be seen in a room that could easily be his own. Expensive security cameras and the best security system on the planet protect his luxurious home. He looks out of his window and an army of Monokumas surround the giant mansion, destroying everything in their way. But Togami only smiles and presses a button on his nightstand, which activates a number panel on the wall next to his giant closet. He enters a password consiting of 8 numbers and the closet moves aside, revealing an elevator made of steel. The steps of Monokumas can be heard but he stays calm and gets into the elevator, which closes behind him and moves downwards. He reaches a secret room underneath his house, a buncer so to speak to protect him if something is after him or about to kill him. At the same time the countless Monokumas take over his room and destroy everything they find but they can't find his secret elevator. A security camera films them and shows this footage to Byakuya, who moves closer to the screen and laughs. He thinks he is safe but a beeping noise behind him catches him off guard and he turns around in horror. It sounds like a bomb and that's exacly what it is. A Monokuma has a bomb attached to his belly and it begins to count down from five, leaving Togami with no way of escape. He drops to his knees and just stares as the numbers as they decrease steadily.
The camera cuts back to the Togami Mansion, which is now the Monokuma Mansion. The outside is now black and white and a flag showing Monokuma's face on it is blowing from the top of the building. Suddenly the entire building explodes, leaving no living being behind. The Togami Empire is no more...
