Good Morning
Naruto stepped into the Hospital room with Hinata and Kushina, Kushina because of what he was about to do, and Hinata because Kushina had asked her to be there in case Naruto was too weak after doing it.
"Wait, I don't get it," Hinata sighed. "What are you doing?"
"I lied when I told Shukaku I didn't know how to heal with this, I just hadn't tried it yet," Naruto stated. "I am extremely happy Gaara survived thanks to me as much as Shukaku but Shukaku would have saved him anyway. My father, on the other hand, will live thanks to me alone. Now that I know this works, I'm free to save him. And I'll stay awake."
Hinata nodded and Naruto placed his hand on his father's forehead, sending a pulse into him through his hand. At first nothing except for Naruto going weak in the knees and Hinata catching him happened. Then, Minato groaned and his eyes fluttered open looking around. He smiled at Kushina then saw Naruto and his eyes widened. Kushina admittedly hadn't changed much in the last two years but Naruto had changed quite a lot.
"N...Naruto?" Minato croaked surprising himself at the sound of his voice.
"It's me Dad," Naruto grinned. "Welcome back to the World of the Living."
"I went into a coma didn't I?" Minato questioned.
"Yes," Kushina nodded smiling. "For two years. Welcome home."
Minato smiled and sat up, muscles sore from lack of use.
"Two years?" Minato questioned. "Who's Hokage now?"
"Tsunade Senju," Naruto stated.
"I see," Minato nodded. "Good choice. Anything else?"
"You remember Gaara, I'm sure," Naruto stated. "Well, turns out he's both the One-tails Jinchuriki and now is the Fifth Kazekage. We just got back from rescuing him from the Akatsuki, a group of ninjas bent on tracking down Jinchuriki, apparently including Danzo. Sasuke left the village to train to kill Danzo, who killed Shisui and five other Uchiha. He's training with Orochimaru. Hinata cover your ears."
Hinata did as instructed and Naruto turned back to Minato.
"He and I have an agreement," Naruto stated. "When we're ready, we're going to go after Danzo together and kill him. Then Sasuke is going to return to the village."
Minato nodded and Naruto nodded to Hinata to let her know she could unplug her ears.
"Anything else?" Minato questioned.
"I left on a two year training trip with Master Jiraiya," Naruto stated. "Aside from that just a few things that Mom can fill you in on. Now, the real question is, do you want to take over as Hokage or let Tsunade stay in charge?"
"Let her have the paperwork," Minato snorted. "She knows what's going on right now anyhow."
"You'll have to show her a clone jutsu then," Naruto snorted. "She likes to drink while she works and she's a very emotional drunk."
Minato snorted and nodded.
"True," Minato agreed. "Maybe I'll have mine help. The last thing we need is more drunk Tsunades in the village."
Naruto smiled and nodded and they all left so that Minato could get dressed in the outfit Kushina had brought. Then, he left to rejoin the world.
