I was reviewing older fics and came across this line, for a bonus challenge, can anyone tell me where the line came from?

Orochimaru felt dread fill his very soul as he found a small black scroll tied with red tape waiting for him on his bed. There was only one group in all of the Elemental Nations that used that particular scroll. They had found him after all these years, bodies, and attempts at immortality.

He had managed to hide from Them by hiding his bases, never staying too long at any one of them, and yet They had managed to find the sleeping quarters he was moving into for the night. He knew that They would know if he ignored the scroll on his pillow, so he did possibly the smartest thing possible given the situation. He picked up the scroll and undid the tape to expose the reverse-summoning seal inside.

Seconds later he found himself staring at the overly cheerful smiling mask of a bunny ANBU, wearing bright yellow smiley pins, in a pink office filled with smiling cats hanging from branches encouraging him to hang in there. He knew this office, it was one of the most dreaded, feared, and unspeakable horrors that had ever been unleashed onto the worlds.

"Welcome to the ANBU IRS division Mr. Orochimaru," Bunny stated in a chipper voice as a large stack of folders appeared on her desk. "We appreciate you taking time out of your day to visit with us over a few… discrepancies in your last filing with us. This audit should not take long…"

Before he could make an escape, his arms and legs were bound to the chair with chakra steel cuffs and various seals around his seat started ensuring his chakra was too low to make an escape attempt. "Please, make yourself comfortable."

The only thought that passed through his head at the moment was that perhaps he should have just sold his soul to that tax preparer when he'd been asked. Sure the red skin, horns, and smell of brimstone had warned him against agreeing, but it would have been far more pleasant than this. "Now… on line 123A of Form 1040EZ, you claimed your summons as both expenses for work and dependents… Yet, on line 23214B you failed to list them by name, species, and uses. Now if you could fill out those in triplicate on form 13412AAD and form 31312XYZ so they can be submitted to the appropriate parties, we can move onto the failure to attach an acceptable address on Form 1040EZ line 3c-"

It was about this point that Orochimaru's mind slowly started curling into the fetal position to escape the mean, mean bunny, and her evil words.
