"Adam, tell them to wait." Casey requested, on the brink of tears, and the Canadian sighed as all eyes were on him now.

"Casey, it's time. There's no waiting."

"But, Dean-"

"Princess, that baby isn't going to wait for him. He's going to be here soon enough, but you have got to start listening to the doctors." Adam demanded and Casey sighed. He could see the conflict in her eyes, but she nodded and he gave her hand a reassuring squeeze. "Thank you, Princess."

"Thank you for being here with me."

"I made a promise, Princess, I'm making good on that promise." She nodded and he kissed her forehead. "Just push when they tell you to, and don't be afraid to squeeze my hand."

Meanwhile, Dean was on the verge of homicide. Not just run of the mill road rage, but straight up homicide of Casey's best friend. Brad was by far the most annoying person he'd ever had in his car, and he promised himself that he would never drive him anywhere again. The singing, the "body adjustments" that lead to Dean getting his seat kicked, and the whining made Dean want to kill his wife's best friend. All he had to hear was one more "are we close" and he was going to have the Carolinian in a chokehold.

"White-knuckling the steering wheel won't make him less annoying." Roman spoke with a sigh, but pointed to the off ramp. "Thank god."

"Tampa never looked so good!" Seth cheered and Dean grinned as he sped down the off ramp.

"Roman, call Adam and tell him that we're in Tampa and find out what hospital they're in." Dean requested and Roman nodded, taking Dean's phone out of the cup holder.

"Good news, Princess. Dean is in Tampa now." Adam informed Casey and she smiled just before the doctor told her to push again. Adam had no qualms with her tight grip on his hand as she pushed. It was only slightly uncomfortable, not painful in the slightest.

"Oh, good." She breathed, working on her breathing exercises. "I've missed him."

"I've missed you, too, kitten." Dean called from the doorway, bringing an immediate grin to her face. "Tag out, Adam."

"You've got this?"

"I do."

"I'll be out there. Good luck, Princess." Adam kissed Casey's forehead, not caring that she was sweaty from being in labor, then made his leave.

"I didn't think you'd make it."

"I didn't think I'd make it without killing Brad, first." Dean admitted with a chuckle, kissing her cheek as she tilted her head in confusion. "I'll explain later, let's give birth first, okay?" She nodded and he wiped away some of her sweat with the sleeve of his sweatshirt.

"Go ahead and push for me, Mrs. Good." The doctor prompted and Casey nodded, clasping Dean's hand as she pushed.

"That's it, Case. Good job, kitten."

"Talk me through your match. Your coaching is throwing me off." She requested and he chuckled. "It hurts, baby. Distract me."

"You didn't get the epidural?" He asked and she shook her head. "Alrighty, tough girl. It was me and Titus. He wanted to be all technical and shit, but I didn't have time for that..." He continued to tell the story and she listened intently, squeezing his hand when necessary and breathing like she was taught to.

Adam was pacing while rapidly texting Kathy, Brad was humming a tune all too familiar to Seth and Roman, Seth was tapping his feet in anticipation, and Roman had settled to doing push ups in the hallway to ease his mind away from throttling Brad. It was an odd sight for the nurses at the nurses station, what made it worse was when Nikki and Brie ran down the hall with John Cena and Daniel Bryan in tow, all still in their ring gear.

"She's pushing?" Nikki asked, almost frantic, and Adam nodded.

"Did she get the epidural?" Brie asked and Adam shook his head and he could've sworn that all movement ceased.

"She's such a tough bitch." Brad chuckled and everyone glared at him. "You were all thinking it!"

"Our parents are headed for the airport, now. I'm going to head to the airport to pick them up in about an hour and a half." Brie stated and everyone nodded.

"Aren't you all cold?" Seth asked and the twins shrugged.

"Casey and JJ are top priority. And remember, nobody tweets about this until Casey does." Nikki reminded and everyone nodded once again.

"I'm going to head to the car and get some sweats. Ladies?" Daniel offered and they both nodded.

"Just grab whatever looks comfortable." Nikki stated and Brie nodded.

"Nothing in your suitcase is going to scar me, right?" Daniel asked and Nikki pushed him playfully.

"Get out of here, ass."

"It's goat, not ass. There's a difference."

"This will be the last one, Casey. Push for me!" The doctor called a couple hours later and Casey did as instructed, smiling when she heard the cries of her baby. Their baby. "Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Good, it's a boy. Would you like to cut the cord."

"Of course." Dean breathed, releasing Casey to go cut the cord and it wasn't too long before he carried the little bundle over to Casey. She could see the tears welling up in his eyes and she smiled, accepting the bundle.

"Good evening, Jonathan Michael Junior. You're just as handsome as your father." She cooed, smiling at his bright blue eyes before the nurse took him away to get cleaned up and Dean started cleaning up Casey. "Thanks."

"It's my job. Do you want me to brush your hair?"

"Please. I don't want anybody seeing me until I don't look like a total train wreck." She requested and he nodded, heading for their overnight bag.

"You're still beautiful to me, Mrs. Good."

"You're too sweet, Mr. Good." She complimented as he started to brush her hair out like she liked it. "I'm glad you made it in time." She yawned and he nodded.

"Remind me to never let Brad ride in my car ever again."

"Was he that bad?" Casey asked with a laugh and he nodded.

"An absolute terror. Scoot over, gorgeous, hospital beds are the best." She smiled and complied, leaning into him once he was comfortable. "And, for once, we're here for a good reason. I want to savor it."

"I love you, Jon."

"I love you, too, Case." They shared a sweet, chaste, peck on the lips before the twins entered the room.

"There is no way that you look that good after giving birth!" Nikki gasped and Brie laughed.

"Nicole, that's so rude!"

"It's a compliment." Casey decided with a smile as everyone else filed into the room. Casey was happiest to see her parents and that Adam was still there. "JJ has quite the welcoming committee."

"Only the best aunts and uncles in the world!" Seth cheered and everyone high fived.

"Let's not forget grandparents." Nikki added and Kathy playfully swatted at her daughter.

"Hush, you, or I'll make it so that you hold him last."

"Is anybody else concerned with how many John's are going to be at Thanksgiving?" Cena asked and Casey laughed.

"The only confusion will probably be with you and dad, because the little one will be called JJ like we have been, and we call Casey's Jon Dean, anyhow." Brie figured and John nodded.

Everyone had left except for Adam, who was waiting for Casey to wake up before he left. He was texting his mom about the baby, who was currently in a little plastic bin surrounded by other babies in another room. Jon was in the bathroom and the room was getting way too quiet for him. So he got up to leave just as Jon exited the bathroom.

"I thought you were waiting until she woke up."

"I am. The room is too quiet. I was just going to walk around a bit."

"Let's take a walk, then. I want to talk to you, anyways." Adam only shrugged and walked out of the room with Jon, keeping his hands in his pockets. "I wanted to thank you for being with Casey this past week, for being on top of things, and for keeping her calm while she waited for me to come. I felt a million times better knowing that she was with you than when she was with anyone else."

"Really?" Adam asked, looking over at the shorter blonde.

"Yeah. You may be Casey's ex that she's still really close with, but that doesn't make me uneasy at all. I know that you'll keep her calm, and make sure that you understand the situation so that you can be helpful to her. I trusted you alone with her more than I trusted her sisters together with her."

"I would, too." Adam chuckled and Jon laughed, stopping and looking in through the window, trying to find his son amongst all the babies.

"Northwest corner." Adam informed, pointing out JJ and Jon nodded.

"Do you ever think that if Casey and I hadn't met, that you two would be together now and maybe that would be your baby, and not mine?" Jon asked and Adam shrugged.

"I have once or twice. But it doesn't do me any good to dwell on that. She's yours, you can see it in her eyes that all she wants is you. Only a real ass would try to spoil that."

"That's another reason why I trust you. You're honest with me and I appreciate that."

"He has your smile, Case." Jon mumbled to Casey, looking over at his wife.

"But he has your everything else. Hopefully not that attitude." Casey teased from where she laid beside him in bed, JJ laying on Jon's chest and half asleep.

"My attitude dampens all the panties."

"You wish." She yawned before closing her eyes and he let her drift to sleep while he took JJ to his crib to lay him down, Parker hot on his heels.

"Don't you start fussing, sir. Your mommy will kick my ass." Jon spoke softly with a smile as he laid down his baby and watched him sleep for a moment. The kid slept just like he did. That was his son, alright.
