"You feeling better?" Mavis sat between Hiccup and Rupunzel. He nodded." The nurse said I need to wear this stupid bandage for a month." Mavis winced." Oh that's to bad. Are you going to be aloud to practice your flying?" Hiccup narrowed his eyes." Well Toothless is a cat so I can't really fly right now?" Rupunzel leaned over around Mavis." She means on a broom stick. You need to learn how to fly on a broom to play quitich." Hiccup rolled his eyes." Seriously what the heck is quitich? I know it's a sport but that's it."

"You might wanna ask Merida. She's the biggest quitich fan I've ever seen. You might want to head to class now before you're late." Rupunzel stood up and held out her hand to help Hiccup out of his seat." But I'm not done eating." He complained. Rupunzel pouted and picked up a big biscuit." Here you go. Eat on you way!" She waved to Hiccup as he met up with Guy at the Great Hall door.

"Are we ever going to actually fly?" Hiccup leaned in and whispered to Guy who shrugged. Hiccup twirled his broom around in his fingers."Now lie the brooms on the ground." The coach set her own broomstick in the grass. Hiccup and Guy copied her." Now hold your hand above the broom and say "up". But please no shouting. It's not funny alright." That got a couple chuckles from the crowd. Hiccup sighed." Up." He said firmly. The broom zipped upward into Hiccup's hand. Guy gulped. It couldn't be that hard." Up." The broom instead slanted upward and flew away at full speed.

The class all turned to Guy who watched the broom rolling around in the air as though it was mocking him. The coach groaned and whistled. The broom dropped down and hovered over to her." Why don't you try that again?" She replaced the broom by the boys side. It took quite a few tries but it eventually worked. The coach explained to them how to mount the brooms and hover above the ground." Now land back down." The coach walked between the two rows of students. Hiccup rubbed his prosthetic against his boot nervously. He leaned to land but he was knocked out of balance and he shot a few feet higher into the air." What do you think you're doing?!" The coach shouted furiously.

Hiccup cringed and tried to land but the broom wouldn't listen. His hand slipped and he fell under the broom with all his limbs hanging on as tight as possible. The coach grabbed her boom to get him."" No! No! I'm okay! Let me just-ahhh!" The broom shot forward and twirled into the air. Hiccup shook his head when they leveled out. The coach dropped her broom in shock" Oh no." Hiccup frowned when the broom turned over and dove toward the ground. The class watched as Hiccup struggled to gain control." Just slow down!" Hiccup gripped the broomstick tightly and hooked his metal leg to his boot to keep from slipping off. He lifted himself an inch above the broom and gripped in with what was left of his calves like he did when flying with Toothless. Hiccup smirked and steered the broom upwards." Yes!" He was finally getting the hang of it." He leaned forward gently and headed back to the ground. But the broom was going to fight a little more. It whipped around and headed full speed for a quitich goal. He yelped and stood up on the broom holding onto it with his hands. A couple yards from the ring he jumped over it and landed back on the broom.

But he landed quit awkwardly. The broom went spinning into the grass. Hiccup of course popped back up like nothing happened." Come on that was pretty awesome." He smirked at the coach who glared at him. He pursed his lips and looked away. Guy giggled slightly." Come on." The coach yanked him out of the grass and dragged him back to the building.

Okay I'm so so so sorry for taking so long to update! I've haven't really been writing at all. Major writers block and I've just trying to take a break from my computer in general. But I'm back and I'm going to be updating all of my stories a lot more. Thank you for reading and please review.
