Identifying the Enemy
Naruto, the Jinchuriki, and Sasuke were fastest, allowing them to arrive much faster than anyone , it was they who had the pleasure of realizing the full gravity of what the Thirteen were doing. They weren't opening a seal, they weren't summoning more shinobi for back up. instead, they were waiting, very patiently, alongside the Pseudo-Jinchuriki. The Thirteen consisted of Deidara, Hidan, Kakuzu, Kisame, Sasori, the original Zetsu, Kabuto, Kimimaro, Danzo, Madara, and Orochimaru. Out of all of them, the only ones that weren't reincarnated were Zetsu Kabuto, and Madara.
"You're a couple short," Naruto snorted watching the reincarnated shinobi carefully. "Guess counting to Thirteen isn't a strong suit of yours is it?"
"A couple short are we?" Madara questioned as the second group of Alliance forces arrived.
Among this group was the Konoha 11, Kakashi, Sai, Guy, Itachi, Shisui, Asuma, Temujin, Shizuka, Ryuzetsu, Ameyuri, Omoi, Nagato, and Konan.
"Well, I suppose we should rectify that mistake shouldn't we?" Madara grinned. "Allow me to introduce the most essential of our number. I do believe you have met him before."
He snapped his fingers and a familiar purple leach with a noh mask exploded up from the ground behind the other members of the Thirteen, already grinning and staring at Naruto.
"Zero-tails," Naruto growled. "That's...unfortunate."
"Isn't it though?" Madara sneered. "Allow me to introduce those you haven't properly met. This is Zetsu."
He gestured to the white half of Zetsu.
"And this, is Black Zetsu," Madara continued gesturing to the black half. "He's decidedly more of a cynic and more depressing. He's also more likely to kill and torture. This, is Sasori, for those of you who don't know. You'll see his skill soon enough."
"Don't need to," Kankuro shouted as he, the Kage, the remaining Uzumaki, Suigetsu, Mangetsu, Chojuro, and Aoba arrived. "He's a Puppet Master with access to a massive amount of puppets and that is himself the world's most powerful puppet. Or at least, he was. Now it looks like he's completely organic."
"True," Madara nodded. "But that doesn't mean he doesn't have a few tricks left. I'm sure you all know the others. So now, I'd like to ask our final member to join us."
Just as he said this, a clawed hand tore through Karin's side, then Shizuka's and finally exploded from Hinata's stomach, everyone staring in shock at the amount of damage done in under a second. Kiba wrenched his hand back out and Hinata collapsed, Naruto catching her as Kiba leapt over to the Thirteen, landing beside Madara and standing, grinning back at the others, licking the blood off his hand.
"Allow me to introduce our greatest spy, Kiba Inuzuka," Madara introduced. "He allowed us to know where your forces were, what you were planning, who was where, and how much power would be necessary to crush you. Unfortunately, we didn't count on the Jinchuriki arriving as soon as they did when we summoned the Hokage. That was an unfortunate turn."
"Kiba?" Naruto growled as Tsunade, Sakura, Ino, and Honoka both worked desperately to save Hinata while Karin healed herself then allowed Shizuka to bite her, healing her since Hinata was too badly injured for Karin to save her and live. "You're with the Thirteen?"
"Yes," Kiba nodded, grinning wickedly at him as Akamaru stepped up beside Hinata, sniffing her before looking to Kiba. "Get the fuck over here Akamaru."
Akamaru whined and sat down and Naruto looked at him then at Kiba.
"Why attack Hinata?" Naruto growled. "You attacked three people, why only try to kill Hinata? Why not me?"
"You have a use," Kiba growled. "As for Hinata, she chose wrong. You don't deserve her. You deserve to die. If I can't have Hinata, you sure as Hell can't have her."
"That's it?" Naruto growled. "She chose me instead of you so you tried to kill her? Boy, I'm going to enjoy tearing your head off. Temujin, hand it the fuck over."
Temujin handed him the Gelel Stone and it fused with Naruto, allowing him to heal Hinata, barely staying on his feet, before Naruto handed the stone back. Kiba growled in annoyance as Hinata stood and the Jinchuriki all gave Naruto some of their chakra, bringing him back up to full strength and Naruto growled, summoning a pair of chakra kunai. They were the standard type but greenish, as his swords had been. Before he could do anything, Hinata caught his arm.
"No," Hinata spoke shaking her head. "You have to stop the Pseudo Jinchuriki and Madara. I'll take Kiba."
"So will I," Temujin growled.
"Count me in," Suigetsu growled, drawing Kubikiribocho. "I'll tear this fucker apart."
"Alright," Naruto nodded. "If either of you lets Hinata be hurt, you're going to join Kiba in the afterlife."
Both nodded and Naruto turned his attention to the Thirteen again.
"The Zero-tails can steal chakra, so we'll need to be rid of it soon," Naruto stated. "The Pseudo Jinchuriki will also be a problem. B and I will take the Pseudo Jinchuriki. After which, I will be going after Madara."
"Itachi, Shisui, and I will handle Danzo and Kabuto," Sasuke spoke up. "If we kill Kabuto, almost all of the Thirteen will be gone by default."
"Right," Naruto nodded.
"Which is why I'll be helping Sasuke with Kabuto," Guren spoke up as she and Gozu landed beside Sasuke.
"Alright," Naruto nodded. "Who's going to be taking Orochimaru?"
"I will," Minato and Tsunade both volunteered.
"I'll help," Jiraiya added.
"Sasori is mine," Kankuro stated. "And I'll have Sakura help since she's fought him before."
"Hidan's mine," Shikamaru spoke up.
"And mine," Asuma added.
"We'll take Kakuzu," Choji spoke up. "Me, Ino, and Kakashi, I mean."
"I will take care of Kimimaro," Lee stated.
"I've got Kisame," Fu stated resting Samehada on her shoulder as Kisame used to.
"I'll help her," Mangetsu stated.
"As will I," Shino stated.
"I'll take Deidara," Gaara stated. "I owe him a rematch."
"Omoi and I will help him," Ameyuri stated. "The other Jinchuriki should focus on the Zero-tails."
"Agreed," Naruto nodded.
Naruto reached for his new sword just as Kabuto slammed his hand down and summoned three coffins. They fell open and Haido stepped out of the one in the middle, Shino out of the left, and a teen with white hair and pale skin, red eyes, bandages over his arms, the lower half of his face, legs, and a long, high-collard white robe with a black belt-like collar stepped out of the one on the right.
"Who's the little guy?" Naruto growled.
"Hiruko," Tsunade breathed. "He shouldn't be that young though. He should be almost our age."
"Right," Naruto nodded. "Guy, you'll have to handle the guy on the left. His name's Shinno and he can open all eight Inner Gates and live. Watch out for his Super Activation Fist. It functions like my Rasengan but stronger. Temujin, forget Kiba, you have to take Haido. Only you can match him. As for Hiruko, anyone that isn't already matched against someone, kill him. Just be careful. If he's strong enough to be revived he's got to be powerful."
"They're not the worst of your problems," the Zero-tails grinned before driving a spike into the backs of the Thirteen's necks along with the three newly resurrected shinobi, and turning their chakra into Dark Chakra. "I must thank you all for all of your hatred and pain. And I must thank Kiba most of all for his final, ingenious trick. Attacking those three truly helped provide me with power."
"He..." Naruto trailed off before slamming his hand into his head. "I'm a fucking idiot. Alright. This just got a lot harder. Everyone be careful."
Madara laughed once before Kiba stomped one foot, the impact forming a massive crater comparable to Naruto's Massive Rasengan.
"Well shit," Suigetsu blinked. "I think me and Hinata may need more help."
"They all got a power boost," Naruto growled. "He's just the weakest of the group."
Kiba snorted then stepped forward.
"I want a rematch Naruto," Kiba stated.
"Too fucking bad," Naruto growled. "I have other priorities."
"Did you notice the Pseudo-Jinchuriki didn't get a power boost?" Gaara questioned.
"Yeah," Naruto nodded. "We got lucky."
"They don't want to taint their Tailed Beast chakra," Yugito guessed. "In case they can't capture you and B."
Naruto nodded and drew his sword, glaring at the Pseudo-Jinchuriki as Madara raised his arms invitingly.
"Shall we begin?"
