I do not own Naruto Shippuden or any of the characters. I couldn't remember for sure but I think Naruto says it at least once a chapter for most of the story so it's the one I went with. Also, I decided to give Suigetsu and Mangetsu a badass cheating ability. sue me.
Begin
Naruto and B darted forward, attacking the Pseudo Jinchuriki as the others charged their chosen targets. Naruto, fighting three Pseudo-Jinchuriki had trouble keeping up. B was fighting Fukai as hard as he could but they were too perfectly matched for B to make any progress. Naruto ducked under an attack by the Kumo brothers then caught the monk's demonic hand, spinning and smashing him into Ginkaku, then jumped kicking Kinkaku away. Just as he landed, Ginkaku swept his legs out from under him then flipped, his foot smashing Naruto into the ground. Naruto grabbed the foot and threw Ginkaku then leapt out of the crater and directly into the demonic hand silhouette of wind that was the monk's signature jutsu. He smashed into the ground again just in time for Kinkaku to smash down on his face. Naruto kicked Kinkaku into the air and stood, wiping blood from his nose and growled in frustration.
"Shouldn't have tried to fight three Pseudo-Jinchuriki while Kurama's trying to recover his chakra," Naruto growled just as his clone released its jutsu allowing Naruto to enter Sage mode. "Better."
The monk slashed at him with his claws and Naruto ducked under the attack then threw a punch at him, the chakra around his fist blasting the monk away despite him having dodged the punch. Naruto jumped, spinning and kicked Kinkaku away then landed and exhaled a dozen Air bullets at Ginkaku. Ginkaku drew a silver sword that looked like it had horns on the tip and slashed them out of the air just as a glowing gold rope wrapped around him, holding him still.
"What the-" Naruto growled looking back to see Kinkaku grinning with the rope wrapped around his right arm.
"Bind and draw out, Kokinjo," Kinkaku growled and Naruto felt something forcing its way out of his mouth.
He doubled over, heaving but all that came out was a ball of chakra connected to him by a tin stream of chakra.
"Curse, Shichiseiken!" Ginkaku shouted as he cut the chakra stream, the wisp of chakra flying away from Naruto.
"Record, Benihisago!" Kinkaku shouted and the wisp was sucked into a gourd held under Kinkaku's left arm.
"Shit!" Kurama raged. "Those are the weapons of the Sage of the Six Paths! Your most frequently used word is now taboo. if you say it you will be sealed inside the gourd. But if you remain silent you will as well. You have to get that sword. It'll have your word inscribed on the blade!"
Naruto pushed himself up, creating two clones who began to have a conversation with each other using words they very rarely used while Naruto sprinted forward, grabbing his fallen sword as he passed it and slashed at Ginkaku. Ginkaku blocked it and shoved Naruto's sword away then leapt back from a second slash.
"Try this one then," Naruto growled raising his sword over his head and beginning to move it in a circle, an afterimage developing instantly.
Then, he darted forward, Ginkaku instantly being disoriented by the afterimage. Naruto moved in a zigzag for a moment before speeding up as much as he could, shooting around behind Ginkaku and removing the hand holding the sword before curving his swing and bisecting Ginkaku. He caught the sword and looked at it as he leapt away from Kinkaku. The blade read one word: Shit.
"Simple enough," Naruto grinned as his two clones began to fight the monk. "You done yet?"
"Nearly," Kurama growled.
Naruto threw the sword into the ground, creating another clone who helped him form a Rasenshuriken then sprinted to Ginkaku, placing dozens of paralysis seals on him. The moment he did, Ginkaku entered his Version 2 form and all of the seals faded. he killed the clone then swung a tail around and killed both the other clones before smashing the Rasengan Naruto had thrown into the sky where it exploded harmlessly.
"Sh...I mean, damn!" Naruto shouted, catching himself before he could screw up.
"Done!" Kurama shouted and Naruto instantly tapped into his chakra.
B jumped over a punch from Fukai just as a Rasenshuriken flew into the air and exploded.
What was that? B thought. Did he miss?
"Naruto is cursed by the Sage of the Six Paths' weapons!" the Eight-tails warned. "You need to finish up so you can help him avoid being sealed."
B nodded and ducked under another punch, tackling Fukai and slammed his fists into Fukai's face several times before pulling out a sealing tag and placing it inside Fukai's mouth where it would be nearly impossible for him to reach. Just as Fukai stopped moving, B was grabbed by a black chakra hand.
"Shit!" B shouted as the Zero-tails smashed him into Han. Sorry Naruto, you're going to have to handle them alone for now.
Gaara crossed his arms as sand shot up around Deidara, closing in much faster than their last fight and forming a perfect sphere that hardened until it would break Kimimaro's bones even with the added bonus of the Zero-tails' Dark Chakra. After a moment, the sphere exploded and Ameyuri drove her thunderswords into the ground, having traded back with Omoi again when they were outclassed so easily.
"Lightning Style," Ameyuri growled as Deidara flew out of the hole on a massive clay dragon. "Thunder Gate!"
Three massive lightning bolts shot out of the sky and blasted the dragon, obliterating it just as Deidara landed on the top of the sphere, body turning black as black veins spread over his body.
"I didn't want to use this one again so soon," Deidara growled. "Looks like we win after all."
"Not yet!" Omoi shouted falling toward Deidara with lightning streaming along his sword.
"Damn!" Deidara growled.
Shikamaru ducked under Hidan's scythe, intentionally dragging a foot through Hidan's seal for the hundredth time.
"Would you quit doing that!?" Hidan shouted before spinning and blocking Asuma's Chakra blade.
He leapt sideways as Shikamaru's shadow shot past, attaching to Asuma instead, then grinned before Asuma sprinted forward. Hidan began to slash at him as fast as he could, swinging his scythe as fast as he could but with no success thanks to Shikamaru controlling Asuma's actions. Hidan extended his retractible spear and began attacking Asuma with both. After a moment, Shikamaru made Asuma duck under both weapons and step forward, slashing Hidan across the stomach before decapitating the upper half. Hidan landed on the ground in three pieces just as grey cords shot out of the ground, reconnecting him before more joined him, giving him a pair of wings and a tail, all of which he was able to control.
"Now I think I'll stop holding back," Hidan grinned. "Normal speed is great but now I'll show you my Dark Chakra speed."
Shikamaru blinked and suddenly Asuma was impaled on Hidan's spear.
"Asuma!" Shikamaru shouted making him slash at Hidan who vanished.
Shikamaru released Asuma, sprinting toward him but was cut off by Honoka and Aoba.
"I'll save Asuma!" Honoka stated tossing Asuma's Chakra Blades to Shikamaru. "You and Aoba handle Hidan."
Shikamaru nodded spinning as Hidan's scythe carved through his side. He stumbled away as Hidan licked the blood off the scythe and stepped into his new seal, his body gaining its usual look with the bones that would be in a real set of wings and a real scorpion tail also appearing on the constructs Hidan now had.
"Too late Kid," Hidan laughed raising his spear.
Kakuzu brushed Kakashi's hand aside, the Lightning Blade missing by millimeters, then caught Choji's massive fist and flipped him over his shoulder, slamming him down where Ino had been. Ino, now cradled in Sai's arms, had already transferred her mind to Kakuzu.
"That was close," Ino sighed. "Thanks for the save Sai."
Sai nodded then Kakuzu's body tensed. Ino looked behind herself inside Kakuzu's head to see a mass of black tendrils shoot out of the darkness and wrap around her, holding her spread eagle as more removed the weapons she had hidden about her person.
"Shit," Ino growled. "Release! What the hell?"
"That won't work in my head," Kakuzu's voice laughed. "In my head, I'm in control. Here, allow me to show you."
And with that, the tentacles shot forward, several wrapping around her throat and cutting her scream off midway through.
"Get out Ino!" Kakashi ordered as he sprinted forward with a Lightning Blade again.
"Kakashi no!" Sai shouted.
Kakashi spun but still removed Kakuzu's arm at the elbow and Ino's began to turn black, spreading from the elbow and then traveling down her arm.
"She's trapped!" Sai gasped.
No sooner than he said this did Ino sit up screaming in a mixture of agony and fear, clutching her arm and crossing her arms ing front of herself as she squeezed her legs shut.
"Ino!" Sai gasped. "What happened? Ino!"
Guy crashed down on his back, a blue mist floating off his body as his white eyes stared up at Shinno who was standing on a massive boulder their fight had already plowed up from their fight.
"You're using the Seventh gate," Shinno noted. "I'm using the eighth. You're too slow."
Guy spun, flipping to his feet and sprinted forward, throwing several lightning quick punches at Shinno that Shinno easily blocked before slamming his knee into Guy's chest. Guy flew backward for a moment before flipping over and growling in annoyance and glancing behind Shinno at the Alliance that was well over a mile away.
"Don't bother trying for reinforcements," Shinno laughed walking toward Guy. "You won't get any."
"I know," Guy grinned running around behind Shinno then placed his two hands together and thrust one forward.
"Hirudora!" Guy shouted as a massive tiger silhouette formed around him then shot forward, blasting Shinno and exploding.
Guy stood up straight again brushing himself off just as a massive boulder shout out of the smoke and at Guy. Guy narrowly avoided it then looked into the smoke as it cleared, leaving Shinno standing where he had been with his let arm down to the bone and his right handing by a single tendon.
"Impressive," Shinno laughed as his body began to ripple and healed itself without him needing to regenerate and Guy stared at the newly restored and slightly larger Shinno. "but that served only to increase my strength. Observe."
And with that, he appeared in front of Guy, his fist extending from Guy's back.
"And I now have the Eighth Gate closed," Shinno grinned.
Guy's eyes widened as he pushed himself backward, staggering away from Shinno. He had seriously screwed up.
Temujin ducked under Haido's fist, spinning past him as he sent a push kick at Temujin. Temujin slashed Haido across the back, swords producing only sparks. Haido spun, kicking Temujin away and Temujin landed on his feet, sending a massive pulse of Gelel infused wind at Haido. When it reached him, it formed a dome around him, sparks flying off of him as blades of wind collided with his skin. After a moment, Haido stepped forward out of the sphere which faded and Temujin gulped.
"Nadeshiko Style, Roaring Gale Chop!" Shizuka shouted blasting Haido in the back with no effect.
"You foolish girl," Haido laughed turning toward her as she staggered back clutching her broken wrist. "My skin is now too hard for you to harm me. You both make me laugh."
"Try this!" Temujin shouted leaping up behind Haido, both blades wrapped in razor sharp wind as he plunged them down into Haido's eyes.
Haido collapsed, Temujin ripping the blades free as a pair of alliance shinobi sprinted forward, immediately sealing Haido with over a dozen seal tags. As they did, his Dark Chakra flew out of his body and into all of the others, strengthening them.
Kankuro jumped over Sakura growling in frustration. He should have known it would be a bad idea to bring her. Sasori had almost instantly taken control of her body and now Sasori was using her to attack Kankuro while Kankuro was attacking Sasori with all of his puppets at once.
"Fuck this shit," Kankuro finally growled as he dodged Sakura for the thousandth time.
Kankuro pulled his Sasori puppet over and used it to cut the chakra chords Sasori was controlling Sakura with then attached a few of his own and pulled Sasori toward the puppet version.
"Shit!" Sasori growled flipping and kicking the puppet away. "Fine. Try this!"
He pulled put a scroll and hurled it into the air, hundreds of puppets shooting out of it holding all variety of weapons.
"Witness the true power of a Puppet Master," Sasori shouted. "Secret Red Move, Performance of a Hundred Puppets!"
The strings attached to the puppets which began to hover as the remaining strings reached into the scroll pulling out two more puppets: Hiruko and the Third Kazekage.
"Shit," Kakuzu breathed backing away. "That's not going to end well."
"Secret White Move, Chikamatsu's Ten Puppets!" Lady Chiyo shouted summoning her puppets as she sprinted over from the bulk of the alliance.
"Me too Lady Chiyo!" Sakura ordered and Chiyo attached chakra streams to her.
"I see," Sasori nodded. "So that's how this is going to be."
"Kankuro, focus on the red puppets and Trying to capture Sasori," Chiyo instructed.
"You got it," Kankuro nodded.
Lee ducked under a kick from Kimimaro then staggered sideways throwing a kick that was nowhere near hitting Kimimaro. Kimimaro instinctively leaned away as Lee dropped to the ground and spun, sweeping Kimimaro's legs out from under him before driving a knee up into Kimimaro's back. Kimimaro coughed before his skin bleached white and cracked falling away as bone fragments.
"I must commend you for breaking my Bone Clones," Kimimaro clapped. "Unfortunately, your alcohol has worn off and you now have to deal with the real thing."
"You're right," Lee sighed reaching into his pouch with hands that were stained with his own blood.
Kimimaro was no longer slow enough for the Fifth Gate, Drunken Fist, and no leg weights to keep up with. He was only in his first Curse Mark Form and already he had been able to outpace Lee. But now, Lee was forced to fight him without the distraction of clones. Which meant Kimimaro wouldn't be spending energy to keep them around but at the same time wouldn't be able to make him fight a pointless battle.
Kimimaro laughed as Lee pulled out a jar of what looked like water.
"Thirsty?" Kimimaro laughed. "Go ahead, take a water break."
"Water?" Lee questioned opening the jar and letting out the massively strong smell of ninety nine percent alcohol. "No my friend. This is the most disgusting medicine in history."
Lee drained the jar and Kimimaro instantly shot forward, slashing at Lee who leaned back until his head bounced off the ground before standing up and head butting Kimimaro so hard Kimimaro flew backward. Kimimaro stood up growling and charged again, extending bone spikes all over his body and beginning to spin and slash at Lee rapidly. Lee evaded the attacks for a few moments before punching a bone spike and shattering it.
"I see," Kimimaro growled regrowing the spike before entering his Curse Mark Level Two form. "Let's try this again."
Kiba spun out of the way of Suigetsu's sword, shoved Hinata's arm aside so that the Sword of the Thunder God hit Suigetsu's sword, then tripped both and smashed them both into the ground. This had been going on for several minutes so it was nothing new. However, it was getting annoying. And dark. Everything was getting dark Suigetsu noticed.
Am I dying? Suigetsu thought. No, can't be. I hurt, everywhere.
Then, lightning flashed before his eyes and he grinned wickedly.
Please God yes, Suigetsu thought.
Then, it began to rain, hard. Within seconds they were surrounded by puddles and Suigetsu was laughing, as was Mangetsu a distance away who was battling Hiruko.
"What's so funny?" Kiba demanded as Suigetsu stood, spinning with his arms out to his sides and face upturned.
"It's my favorite whether," Suigetsu said stopping facing Kiba and driving his sword into the ground.
Water began to race across the ground and arch through the air as it fell toward the two brothers, both of them absorbing it and becoming transparent, looking like three-dimensional silhouettes made of water. Both discarded their weapons and set their water bottles with them then grew their fingers into six inch claws. they still looked like water but they looked like their fingers were stretched and pointed. Then, both blurred into motion, sped up massively by the amount of water they had absorbed. It continued to rain but they both had already absorbed their fill.
Suigetsu sped past Kiba's first slash, raking his claws diagonally down Kiba's back. Kiba spun and slashed at Suigetsu again, his arm splashing through Suigetsu who reformed instantly and slashed Kiba's left leg then his right. Hinata watched as Suigetsu tore into Kiba, easily outpacing him and wounding him severely with every swipe. Finally Kiba smashed his hands into the ground, cratering it. The force of the blast splattered Suigetsu across the ground. Suigetsu reformed just as more Dark Chakra, courtesy of Haido, covered Kiba, flooding into him as his eyes turned black and darkness began to seep from his mouth like smoke.
"Much better," Kiba growled. "I dare you to try that again."
Suigetsu sprinted forward, swinging at Kiba who caught his transparent hand and ripped Suigetsu's arm off, spinning and smashing it into Suigetsu's face. Suigetsu sped past, arm reforming then attacked him again. Just as he did, Hinata appeared behind him, slashing at him with the Sword of the Thunder God and Kiba zipped out of the way. Suigetsu narrowly dodged the sword before yanking Hinata's arm out of socket pulling her out of the way of Kiba's claws.
So fast! Suigetsu thought. Better stop messing around.
