Power
Kisame leapt into the air over Samehada who hissed at him as Fu swung it, then landed in a roll under a swarm of Shino's bugs. Since Mangetsu had branched off when Hiruko began demolishing the force fighting him Kisame had practically had it easy. Granted Samehada made it a bit difficult to fight but Kisame was able to ignore that since he was able to regenerate his Dark Chakra quickly when he was far enough away for Samehada to have no effect. Samehada himself seemed to be reluctant to absorb the Dark Chakra and wasn't giving any to Fu, instead simply releasing it into the air where it faded.
Kisame darted forward, slashing at Fu who blocked with Samehada before Kisame jumped back from a swipe of Shibuki, Mangetsu having finally returned. Mangetsu grinned and sprinted forward, attacking him again but Kisame blocked the sword, shoving it away before it could explode. He slashed at Mangetsu but Fu blocked it with a Chakra hand then flipped Kisame over, smashing him into the ground. Just as she did, it began to rain. Mangetsu laughed and held his arms out, spinning for a moment before water began to streak toward him both along the ground and through the air. Fu and Kisame watched as Mangetsu absorbed the water, body turning transparent and fingers growing into claws. Then, he stopped absorbing the rain. He darted forward, slashing Kisame easily across the chest then spun and slashed both legs then up his front. As kisame began to reform, Mangetsu grabbed his leg and spun, dragging Kisame with him before letting go and sending Kisame crashing around the ground, leaving pieces of himself behind. Kisame stood, reforming before a seal spread over his body and he lost the ability to move.
"Gotcha," Mangetsu laughed holding a hand out and displaying a contagious paralysis seal on each of his claws.
Kisame glared at Mangetsu as more Dark Chakra flowed into Kisame and he stood up straight again, brushing dust off of himself as the seal faded and Dark Chakra began to leak from his mouth, nose, and gills like smoke. He looked at his hands and body for a moment, the ninjato in his hand disintegrating, before he grinned wickedly, holding out one hand. A pulse of Dark Chakra launched both of his enemies away. Fu entered Version 2 and blurred toward him, swinging a punch as Samehada was lying on the ground where she had landed. Kisame snorted in amusement and caught the punch, a sonic boom sounding as the ground under them all but exploded, cracks running along it for hundreds of feet before it sank into a crater.
"Nice try," Kisame laughed slamming one knee into her stomach and launching her back.
She crashed down beside Mangetsu who looked at the seals then sighed and crouched, crossing his arms in front of his chest with his palms flexed and facing kisame with his claws all pointed at Kisame.
"Time to stop holding back," Mangetsu growled noticing Suigetsu adopting the same pose a distance away where he had been fighting Kiba with Hinata. "Time to use that one, huh Suigetsu?"
Jiraiya crouched, his hair spreading over his body and hardening into spikes as Orochimaru wrapped his arms around him. Orochimaru hissed in pain, yanking his arms back and spitting several senbon at Jiraiya. Jiraiya leapt away from them, knowing they were poisonous. Just as he got airborne, Tsunade's fist crashed into the ground and send a massive fissure at Orochimaru, dropping him in before Tsunade literally pulled the ground closed. Just as she finished, Orochimaru's White Scaled Snake form exploded out of the ground. As it did, Orochimaru noticed a teleportation seal on a stone Jiraiya had tossed onto the ground.
Just as he saw this, Minato appeared in front of him, a Rasengan in hand. Orochimaru hissed and Minato shoved the Rasengan down Orochimaru's throat. Orochimaru slammed his mouth shut on Minato's arm. Minato disappeared in a cloud of smoke and the Rasengan exploded, blasting Orochimaru into a hundred pieces. After a moment he reformed and hissed angrily as Dark Chakra surrounded him before flying sideways into Danzo. Orochimaru hissed in rage just as Minato slammed a second Rasengan into him, this one filled with sealing jutsus. Orochimaru manage to escape his body before Minato could seal him and stood, picking up a katana nearby and glared at them.
"Fine then, let's try this the hard way," Orochimaru hissed.
Danzo ducked between the two older Uchiha then leapt over an arrow from Sasuke who was also battling Kabuto alongside Guren. Danzo landed just in time for Itachi to step past him, slashing his throat. Danzo disappeared, reappearing a distance away and charged at Shisui, reaching for his eyes. Before he could get then, Sasuke hit him with an Amaterasu Arrow and Shisui leapt away from him. Danzo disappeared again, the flames going out almost instantly. Danzo reappeared behind Shisui, taking a swipe for his eye again. Shisui, seeing him with his Byakugan, caught Danzo's hand then brought his heel up into Danzo's groin. Then, he leaned forward and planted the bottom of his foot under Danzo's jaw, launching him into the sky. A moment later, Itachi appeared behind him, placing a hand on his back as a very powerful paralysis seal shot over him from Itachi's hand, leaving Danzo motionless as he crashed back down. A moment later, Dark Chakra covered him and he grinned, Dark Chakra beginning to radiate from his eyes, ears, nose and mouth as smoke.
Just as he began to push himself up, the seal fading, Shisui and Itachi both crashed down on his back, placing two more. Danzo growled in anger, seeing a second cloud of Dark Chakra about to reach Orochimaru and spiked his own, the cloud leaving Orochimaru and being absorbed by him instantly. All three of the seals instantly shattered, the pieces literally flying off before fading and Danzo stood, his body fading to a dull grey before darkening until he was a three-dimensional shadow with his left eye glowing white and the Sharingan all completely red and glowing but with the tomoe inside them.
"Shit," Shisui breathed. "Sasuke! We may need you to switch with me!"
Sasuke looked and instantly appeared between the other two. Shisui turned to fight Kabuto but Itachi caught him, looking over as his Sharingan grew into Mangekyo Sharingan, finally having regained their full power.
Shisui nodded and Sasuke sprinted away, going to help Guren battle Kabuto. Sasuke drew his chokuto, the Susanoo forming the Totsuka Blade and the Yata Mirror while the secondary arms formed a bow and Amaterasu Arrow. Danzo laughed and held his arm in front of him as the Dark Chakra transformed all of the Sharingan into Mangekyo Sharingan, one of a chemical hazard sign, another of a radiation hazard symbol, another opened into a three bladed shuriken that only three small curved triangles of red showed along with a small circle inside, another was a five armed flower, another had three black bars intersecting at the pupil, one was Shisui's, one reversed the colors and formed a six-bladed shuriken with the blades curving clockwise making it look like it should spin counterclockwise, another was a thick black circle with three black bars extending from the top and the two bottom corners with a black spike between each bar, another was a black diamond with a sliver of black between each flat side and the edge of the Sharingan, another was a ring of circles in three sets of four sizes from fairly large to tiny with a black dot in each circle, another was a very thick black circle around a red dot with three black lines spiraling outward from the outside of the ring, and the last was a red ring with six red spikes extending from the outside and six spike extending inward from the inside of the ring but aligned between each outer spike.
"Fuck," Sasuke growled.
Naruto caught both Kumo Nin's fists and bent their wrists until the backs of their hands touched their arms then jumped and kicked them away, using a Chakra Hand to catch the monk's fist and smash him into Ginkaku. Then, he formed a miniature Tailed Beast Ball and darted forward.
"Super Mini Tailed Beast Ball!" Naruto shouted as the three charged him.
He flipped over Kinkaku then blasted him in the back and the explosion caught all three. When they reformed, all three were covered in seals. No sooner had he finished did Madara drop in front of him and smash him back with his Gunbai. Naruto landed on his feet beside the Zero-tails and instantly rolled under a Chakra Hand then spun, punching the Zero-tails and making it release all of the Tailed Beasts it had whose chakra it was stealing, The only two not present were Fu and Gaara.
Naruto spun back around and charged at Madara, deciding to try to finish him off before he could open the seal.
Gaara smashed Deidara into the ground for the hundredth time. The extra power from Dark Chakra, while impressive, was proving to be nothing to Gaara.
"We'll handle him Gaara," Ameyuri stated. "You go help the Jinchuriki."
Gaara nodded and turned, sprinting toward the Zero-tails while Ameyuri turned back to Deidara and crossed her swords in front of herself.
"Shall we?" Ameyuri grinned.
"Let's," Omoi smiled just as more Dark Chakra flooded into Deidara.
He laughed once before ripping off his bird's wings and attaching them to his own back before turning the rest of the bird into armor, a shield, and a sword.
"That's cheating," Omoi complained as Deidara flew down at them, slashing at Omoi.
Omoi streamed his lightning chakra through his blade and removed the blade of Deidara's sword then spun, slashing at the undead shinobi but Deidara shot out of the way before spinning, forming the Seal of Confrontation.
"Shit!" Ameyuri gasped grabbing Omoi and leaping away as the blade fragment exploded into a massive fireball. "They're immune to lightning style now?"
"Damn," Omoi growled looking up at Deidara. "I'm going to try the one I almost got you with. Think you can set me up?"
"You got it," Ameyuri grinned. "Watch this."
Ameyuri set Omoi down then scraped her swords against each other, the sparks turning into electricity and shooting out of her blade into the air after Deidara. Deidara avoided it, barely, before flipping and flying at Ameyuri. His sword reformed and just as he reached her, he slashed but she became a cloud of smoke with a small enough electrical charge to make his eyes twitch, and instinctively close for a half second. When he opened them, he slammed his feet down and hurled himself backward, Omoi's sword carving through his chest anyway. Omoi slashed at him again as two more clones appeared around him, all slashing at him. Deidara flew into the air, all three swords tearing through his armor, all of it falling off as he ascended. Then, he looked up as Omoi smashed a sealing tag into his face then staked him to the ground with his sword.
"Got you...you son of a bitch," Omoi sighed standing and pulling out more tags. "Extra insurance."
Mangetsu growled as his body began to change, spikes grew along his arms, large ones grew out of his shoulders, knees, and along his back, then all of them flattened into blades. Mangetsu grew bulkier until he was about the size of Shinno. Then, he turned to Fu.
"Go," Mangetsu growled. "Help the other Jinchuriki with the Zero-tails. They need it given Naruto had to bail them all out. I'll finish this with Shino."
Fu nodded and left and Mangetsu blurred forward, slashing at Kisame and tearing through his body with ease. Kisame growled in frustration and spun grabbing Mangetsu by the throat but Mangetsu simply passed around Kisame's hand, claws tearing through him again. Kisame smashed the ground in front of Mangetsu, tripping him just as a swarm of insects burst out of the destroyed ground, swarming Kisame and beginning to absorb his chakra while some of the bugs inside the swarm began to literally eat Kisame. Shino's bugs released the chakra they stole into the air as Samehada had, but before they had done much, they flew away from Kisame just as Mangetsu slammed him to the ground, beginning to tear into his chest, seals beginning to spread over his body, even as the injuries healed.
"Got you," Mangetsu grinned before spitting and returning to normal, the excess water pouring off of him.
B ducked under a hand then spun, shredding another with his blades. The other Jinchuriki were not doing well. Each of them was held in a Chakra Hand and the Zero-tails was absorbing their Tailed Beasts' chakra. B growled and leapt into the air, pulling his right hand back before smashing it into the Zero-tails' back. The Zero-tails opened a hole where B was, allowing him to crash into the ground instead then grabbed him. After a minute, Naruto landed beside the Zero-tails and it swiped at him. He rolled out of the way then stood, spinning and smashing his fist into its side. Ripples ran over its body before the hands all opened and the Jinchuriki fell to the ground around it. Then, Naruto turned and sprinted after Madara.
B stood, growling in frustration and spun, beginning to attack the Zero-Tails with his swords again as the other Jinchuriki all attacked it with their chokuto, or staff, in Yagura's case. After another minute, the Zero-tails smashed them all away just before sand shot up around it, pulling it to the ground just before Fu appeared over it, smashing Samehada into its back and absorbing the Tailed Beasts' chakra back from it. She threw it to B who held it out to the others. They all set a hand on it and Samehada channeled their various Tailed-Beasts' chakra back into them. Then, B turned, resting Samehada on his shoulder and grinning.
"You assistance is greatly appreciated," B smirked. "But for this fight, make your self domesticated. We'll squash this leech then get to relax on a beach. So sit back, we won't lose, that's just wack!"
He tossed Samehada behind himself then crouched and entered Version 2 at seven tails while the others all entered their Version 2 with one tails less than their max. Gaara had all but his feet covered by sand and once in Version 2, Roshi coated himself in lava, the heat making the other Jinchuriki take a couple of steps away from him. Yugito grew claws as they all charged, attacking the Zero-tails together.
Suigetsu growled in pain as his transparent body grew. It didn't grow spikes like he knew Mangetsu's would and it didn't get nearly as large as Mangetsu's. It did however grow to roughly three times his normal size. Then, he blurred forward, slashing at Kiba and tearing a paper cut in Kiba's cheek. Kiba snorted in amusement, licking his thumb and wiping his cheek before turning and slashing Suigetsu's arm, making his hand fall off. Suigetsu spun, slicing the front of Kiba's shirt open as his hand reformed but again couldn't hit Kiba. After his hand reformed, Suigetsu spun, leaping at Kiba with his arms out to the sides. Rather than going sideways like a normal person, Kiba simply jumped backward, allowing Suigetsu to crash into the ground painfully, wounding Suigetsu's pride instantly.
"Damn," Suigetsu growled. "Still so fast."
Kiba blurred forward, smashing his foot completely through Suigetsu, splitting him in half. Then, he turned toward Hinata. Hinata glared at him for a moment before closing her eyes, her right hand forming the Seal of Confrontation in front of herself with her other hand by her side and her left foot ahead a small bit.
"Don't even think about it," Kiba growled blurring forward.
"Protective Eight Trigrams Sixty Four Palms!" Hinata shouted, arms already blurring around herself.
Kiba skidded to a stop and leapt away as Hinata stepped forward, one of her chakra blades carving through him from left to right, leaving a deep gash through both arms and his chest. He stumbled back Suigetsu reformed, now devoid of the excess water leaving him in his normal form. Hinata, seeing that Suigetsu was back to normal, sprinted at Kiba, arms slowing slightly in the process.
"Now!" Kiba growled, darting forward and catching both of her arms.
He grinned and he leaned forward, squeezing her wrists until she fell to her knees in pain. Then, he grabbed the Sword of the Thunder God and leapt away from her. He extended the blade and blocked Kubikiribocho, the electricity from the Sword of the Thunder God shooting along the massive sword and then Suigetsu. After a moment Kiba shoved the blade away then slashed at Suigetsu. Suigetsu staggered back and the sword carved through his abdomen, the electricity hitting him full force before blasting him away, Suigetsu landing in a heap a distance away. Just as Kiba slashed Suigetsu, he realized he had made a mistake by not keeping an eye on Hinata.
"Gentle Step, Twin Lion Fists!" Hinata shouted sprinting at Kiba, both hands covered by lion-head-shaped chakra shrouds.
Kiba held the Sword of the Thunder God up, blocking the attack and sending electricity over Hinata. Just as it threw her away, however, the blade shattered. Kiba stared at the now useless handle then looked up at Hinata, seeing her sprinting forward with the chakra shrouds reformed but moving much faster than he had ever seen her move.
"Eight Trigrams," Hinata began beginning to hit him with Neji's favorite attack, "two palms, four palms, eight palms, sixteen palms, thirty two palms, sixty four palms!"
Most of the hits shattered the bones wherever they hit but the last added the chakra shroud shooting off of Hinata's hand and through his chest, blasting a hole easily six inches wide through the center of his chest. Kiba stared down at the hole in his chest for a moment before collapsing as Hinata rushed over to Suigetsu and Dark Chakra shot off of Kiba and several others who had been defeated around the same time, all flying to the remaining shinobi.
Kabuto ducked under Guren's crystal blade then spun under Itachi's ninjato. Itachi kicked him back and Kabuto flew backward a hundred feet before landing in a role. Just as he came to a stop, Guren slammed her hands into the ground and crystal shot forward, forming a ring under him before shooting up around Kabuto's freshly shed skin. Kabuto landed on his feet a short distance away, laughing.
"You can't beat me," Kabuto laughed. "Sakon, Demon Twin Jutsu!"
As he spoke, a snake extended from his stomach and the upper body of Sakon grew out of the snake. Then, Kabuto made a few more hand seals.
"Kimimaro, Macabre Bone Pulse, Bracken Dance!" Kabuto shouted as Kimimaro bent down, placing both hands on the ground and spikes of bone shot out of the ground in a path leading toward them but staying small.
Itachi and Guren leapt into the air over the bones before landing among them, careful to avoid impaling themselves as they looked to Kabuto who was grinning. In place of the snake and false Kimimaro was Orochimaru's snake form. Orochimaru shot toward Itachi but just as it neared him, his Susanoo activated and formed holding a sword and split the the snake's head in half. Then, the Susanoo's other hand slammed it down.
"You're too slow," Itachi stated. "And now I'll end this. Even if it costs me my sight."
Kakuzu leapt into the air, tentacle wings keeping him airborne as Kakashi streaked past underneath with his Lightning Blade. He shot sideways out from under Choji's hand then glared at Ino who froze, not catching him with her jutsu like she had been about to. Instead, Sai's Ink Giants leapt into the air and smashed him into the ground. The moment he hit, three clouds of Dark Chakra met around him, fusing with him just before both Ink Giants exploded and Kakuzu stood, skin pitch black and Dark Chakra rolling off of him in thick streams of smoke.
"Crap," Kakashi groaned. "I'll never land a hit now."
"No, you won't," Kakuzu growled appearing behind Kakashi.
Kakashi's eyes widened as blood sprayed out of the gash in his side. Just as he staggered away and Kakuzu reached toward his chest, a shadow attached to Kakuzu's and he froze, shadows piercing his skin instantly. A moment later, more shot up forming hands and wrapping around him.
"Kakashi, Go help Naruto with Madara," Asuma shouted as he sprinted forward while Shikaku and Shikamaru restrained Kakuzu.
Kakashi nodded and turned, sprinting toward Naruto and Madara's massively destroyed battlefield.
Shikamaru blocked Hidan's scythe again as Aoba stepped past Shikamaru and slashed at Hidan. Hidan leapt back, wary of the paralyzing poison he knew was on the sword thanks to having been hit with it when he tried to stab himself after cursing Shikamaru. If not for the power boost from Haido, he'd have been sealed. Now, he was fighting the two using his scythe and spear, barely able to keep up while also avoiding Shikamaru's shadow.
Shikamaru sent his shadow at Hidan again. Hidan spun under it and slashed at Shikamaru but he leapt back. Before he could turn to run, a black katana sprouted from his chest, the poison on the blade spreading through his veins and paralyzing him. Hidan's eyes widened as Asuma ripped the sword out, hurling it back to Raido who had thrown it to him to use on Hidan. As Hidan struggled to move again, beginning to work through the poison thanks to his doubly immortal body, Aoba stepped forward and stabbed him, fresh poison surging through his blood. Dark Chakra suddenly shot out of the sky, but before it could reach Hidan, Asuma placed a sealing tag on Hidan that left him barely conscious and unable to move. The Dark Chakra changed course, Hidan's own Dark Chakra going with it.
Just as it did, Kakashi's blood splattered across the ground. Asuma and Shikamaru both sprinted forward instantly, Shikamaru using Shadow Stitching as soon as he was close enough and Shikaku using Shadow Strangle a moment later, also arriving to help.
