Time jump ahead... Sorry guys. I'm just trying to wrap up this story because I am not sure where else to go with it. I've had sever writer's block with it, but I hope you enjoy!

Chapter 8: 8 months…
Andy was eight months pregnant and on maternity leave. The baby had tried coming at seven and a half months, so the doctor recommended she go ahead and take off work to reduce her stress levels. Sam agreed with the doctor. She had been off for three and a half weeks and she was starting to go crazy. There was nothing on tv during the day and Sam worked.
They had finished the baby's room a while ago. Sam and Oliver painted it a baby blue. The crib and dresser had been assembled along with the changing table. They had brought some clothes and diapers, but their baby shower was next week. They were going to reveal the baby's name at the shower. Andy had picked one while at home, and Sam agreed it was perfect.
They hadn't done the baby's room in a theme because that wasn't Andy's thing. The room was baby blue and the furniture was dark brown. Traci, Gail and Chloe were in charge of the baby shower and Andy was excited. Andy was going to get the cake to keep the baby's name a secret, but she let Traci pick the theme for the shower; rubber ducky.
Next week:
Andy spent the morning of the baby shower laying around the house. The baby had been really active lately and she was tried all the time. She was taking advantage of being off work to catch up on sleep. By two, she got up and got ready for the shower. She got cake and hid it in the fridge. By 4, the girls were at the house setting up.
They had balloons and banners. Andy had begged them to keep the games to a minimum, and they agreed. Traci convinced her to play the dirty diaper game, and they were going to all try and guess the baby's name. Once everyone got off shift at 6, they had the house ready and the food set up.
After everyone ate, Traci and Gail brought out the "dirty" diapers. Dov ended up getting every single one right. After that they began guessing the baby's name.
Traci: Samuel Jerry
Sarah & Gail: Thomas Samuel
Chloe: Benjamin Cole
Noelle: Andre Samuel because it incorporated both their names
Oliver: Oliver Samuel of course
Dov: Samuel Dov
Tommy, Tyler, Frank, Steve, Nick, & Chris didn't guess. Traci wrote every guess down while Andy was getting the cake ready. Sam came in to help her; "Has anyone guessed it?" Andy asked. Sam shook his head no. "Go on out & I'll bring the cake." Andy nodded and kissed Sam on her way out.
"Ok let's hear it Trace," Andy said as she sat down. Traci repeated the list to her. "Well one name is right, but no one got the full name." Oliver sighed, "Come on Andy, I was just sure you were name the little rookie after me." "Sorry, Ollie, no can do." Everybody laughed.
Just then Sam walked out with the cake. Andy got up and walked over to join him. She looked at Sam as she began talking; "Our little boy is going to be named…." She looked to Sam to finish the sentence. He sat the cake down "Jerry Seth Swarek, and we'll call him Seth."
"Guys, I love it," Traci said, and everyone agreed. They ate the cake and Andy & Sam opened their presents. They got several, several outfits, a stroller, several things of diapers and wipes, and blankets.
They were both so thankful for all their friends and family. And they couldn't wait to meet their little boy.
