Lily Evans was doing her nightly patrols around the halls of Hogwarts, she was a Prefect you see. She was going around in a reasonably calm manner, until she heard a laugh that was so distinct that it could only mean one thing.

"Sirius." Called out Lily to the pitch black corridor outside the Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom.

"Well hello there..." He paused for theatrical effect, the flickering candlelight making his face look gaunt. "Evans."

Lily turned around swiftly to find Sirius Black leaning casually against a painting of a young man reading a very long book. She frowned.

"Where'd you come from?" She asked, eyeing him off suspiciously.

He laughed heavily and deeply, rising his arms a little higher with every 'ha' after the first 'mu'.

"I'm always here, Evans. Always." He tucked in his chin, making his face look rather evil, like a villan from the horror movie made in the 1930's. The illuminating candle highlighted his cheekbones in a most unattractive and horrifying way.

"No really, where did you come from?"

"Oh, I was just crawled up in the corner over there." He then pointed toward a dark corner that was full of cobwebs.

"That explains one thing then." She nodded.

"Which is?" He raised an eyebrow.

" The cobwebs in your hair." She said, and plucked several from his tangled black locks.

"Oh."

"Still, it doesn't explain why you were here." She crossed her arms in a sense to arm herself against the strange story that would follow from Sirius.

"Oh, well you see… Remus is a Prefect too." He said, grinning.

"I'm aware of that." Said Lily. Sirius couldn't help grinning whenever Remus's name was mentioned, it's a surprise that Sirius's boyfriend wasn't down here with him. If he was here they'd be snogging no doubt.

"And I said to him that he is never able to catch students that were out after curfew. And then he was all 'I can so!' and then I was all 'Well you never find me, Wolfboy!' and then he was all 'But you never hide from me…' and then I said 'Well tonight I will hide from you and you'll have to try and find me'." Sirius then had to pause for a second to catch his breath. "And then he was all 'That's fine with me.' And so that's why I sat in the corner there. Oh, and then I said I'd snog him if he found me within an hour, then he grinned and went off to Potions."

"Sirius?" Asked Lily, she look terrified.

"Yes?" He sighed.

"How long has it been?" She stood bravely but her eyes were scared, as if she were on top of the Empire State Building and told to jump.

"Forty minutes." He said, checking his watch.

"And what does it mean if I was the first one to find you?" Her palms were sweating.

"SHIT! SHIT, SHIT, SHIT! I don't want to snog you!" Exclaimed Sirius, throwing his arms into the air. "We never thought of this!"

"This never happened." Muttered Lily.

"Agreed Evans." Said Sirius, on the verge of hysteria.

"So you're just going to go back to the corner?"

"Pretty much yeah." He shrugged.

SEVERAL MOMENTS LATER

"Remus! You're my saviour! Take me from the Godforsaken place!" Cheered Sirius as soon as he saw the shadow of his boyfriend from the corner of his eye. He ran up to in and collapsed in his arms.

"I don't think that's how this game works, Pads." Remus said, surprised by Sirius's actions but was in no way unhappy about the fact that Sirius was hugging him. "And Godforsaken? You're not even religious!"

"I was cold and alone Remus, cold and alone." Sirius whimpered.

"What in the name of Merlin happened?" Asked a very concerned Remus.

"Lily found me, I have to snog her." He whispered.

"Oh, well, we could always use that polyjuice potion we've got in Peter's trunk-"

"- and then we could get James to pretend to be me!" You're brilliant, Wolfboy. I love you!" He then went in to collide his lips with Remus'. Both tangling each other in the other's hair and jumpers as they kissed with a roaring passion they were both panting and gasping as they struggled to get closer to each other.

THE NEXT DAY

"Lily Evans!" A very Sirius looking James Potter strutted through the heavy doors of the Great Hall, and flamboyantly made his way over to where the red headed teenager sat, who was enjoying her breakfast until he burst in. "I interrupt you toast eating to passionately kiss you. For I, Sirius Black, still owe you a kiss from our encounter last night!"

There were several wolf whistle and wide eye confused stares as James swooped down and kissed Lily Evans hotly. He didn't notice her arms trying to push away in disgust but only wrapped his own arms around her waist.

"Thank you Lily, that was wonderful." He said in a matter of fact tone as James (well, disguised as Sirius) waltzed out of the Great Hall. Grinning at the all around cheers, whistling and reaction of the teachers and students of Hogwarts. Though, the teachers didn't wolf whistle or anything, just sat in shock for several moments and a few laughed, including Dumbledore.
