"I HATE HER!" Roared Sirius, strutting into the common room, within half a second, all the eyes in the room was focused onto him.

"Who?" Asked Peter.

Sirius didn't seem to hear him. "SHE IS SO ITTIRATING, I TOLD HER TO LEAVE ME ALONE, FOR AS LITTLE AS THREE MINUTES! AND SHE JUST LOOKED AT ME WITH THOSE BIG, GREEN EYES. HOW COULD I SAY NO TO THAT?"

For a moment, everyone turned their heads and examined Mary MacDonald's eyes, after all, Sirius and her did have a on-again-off-again relationship. The audience held confused expressions, Mary's eyes were brown, not green. And surely Sirius wouldn't rant about Mary with her in the room, at least before consulting her.

"Siriu-" Interrupted James.

"-I'M FALLING HEAD OVER HEELS OVER HER, AND I'M AT MY WITS END! AND SHE JUST DECIDED TO SHOVE MY HOMEWORK ALL OVER THE BED AND GROUND AND SHE LIES IN MY LAP NA STARTS NUDGING MY NECK! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?"

Remus stood up at that and left the room, muttering something about homework being left in the library.

"SIRIUS ORION BLACK!" Shouted Lily, who had caught the tail end of that last sentence as she had just walked into the room.

James looked to Sirius, then to Lily and Sirius again.

He nearly fell off his seat.

"What is it now, Evans?"Sirius rolled his eyes.

"What on Earth are you on about?" Asked Lily, a sharpness in her tone.

"THAT FREAKING STRAY CAT THAT HAS INVADED MY DORM! SHE'S A PEST" Whined Sirius.

"Oh my Merlin." Breathed James in a well-deserved sigh of relief.
