During the road on the ship...

Donald took the driver's seat and drove the ship more smoothly, Goofy wasn't a bad driver but it was probably best to let Donald do the driving so no one would get hurt from a crash or something. Yume and Goofy sat in the passenger seat, they had a conversation about Maleficent.

"I just don't get it if the organization are most powerful masters of darkness then how can Maleficent use darkness too. It doesn't make sence." Yume said.

"There's still some that can weild the power of darkness, it's up to the darkness to use it user." Goofy said.

Now that made sence, after all Taision and Raymond were chosen by the darkness, it could be because of their...

"Negativity!" Yume said loudly.

"Huh?" Goofy said confused.

"Think about it, light is a power of positivity and darkness is the power negativity. Those who have a negativity within themselves have chance of the darkness, but those who are positive about things can have greater chance to have good power like light for example. Darkness isn't really harmful but it be use for negativity, when someone is angry they release all of the negativity within themselves and that's how the darkness can sence a negativity within a person and goes straight to that person. That must of been how Taision and Raymond got darkness within them, they were too negative." Yume explain it very well.

"Garsh Yume, you found that out quickly." Goofy said.

"Yeah even your father couldn't figure that out quickly." Donald said.

"It's not that hard, theirs always a reason why people or things are chosen for. Like the keyblade, I had the ability to wield it because of my dad his fate was passed to me, maybe it wasn't destined but I was still chosen to be part of the keyblade heroes that's what really matters." Yume said.

"No wonder you have light within you Yume." Goofy said.

Yume smiled in honored from Goofy's comment it made her feels very special. She was the bright one who could lighten up people's hearts by thinking positive. She's was always so cheerful as she is right now, a girl with a kind heart and mind, who can get rid of the negativity. There is indeed a strong power that can wield by anyone that can have faith.

"Well miss happy-go-lucky is their anything else you like to ask of us." Donald said while looking at the space.

"Nothing now so far." Yume said.

There was a sudden rumble on the ship, could of been from something really hard that the ship hit against. It made everyone shake off their seats.

"Woah! Geez Donald and you said I always bump into things." Goofy said disappointed.

"I didn't bump into anything I swear." Donald said.

"Then what was that?" Yume asked.

"Let me see." Donald got back on his seat and check to see what was out in the space.

"I think that dark force must of hit of us." Donald said. Yume gasped "a dark force?" what could that be?

"Where did it came from?" Yume asked, she walked up next to Donald to see what was going on. They saw a world with a castle on it, it looked pretty evil like an old haunted house.

"It must of been from the world over there." Donald said pointed at it with his feathered finger.

"That castle. Do you think that's where Maleficent is?" Yume asked.

"Yep we've already been there before, but it look more nasty than it was before." Donald said.

"Well what are we waiting for? Let's go." Yume said.

"Hold your horses kid. Just to let you know Maleficent isn't a friendly person, she can really be hasty. And more than that she use her evil powers for anything she wants to. She can even turn into a beastly dragon before your very eyes." Donald warned. Yume gasped at his info, it made her feel al little frighten.

"Really?" Yume said, Donald nodded.

"But don't worry your father defeated her once." Goofy said.

Yume sprit started to lighten up after that statement.

"Oh thank god." Yume said claimly. There was a complete silence afterwards, the trio were thinking if it was necessary to go to the castle. After all it was a while since Sora defeated her as a monstrous dragon. So, would it be necessary to go? That's what they had in their mind. But to Yume it not like they had an option.

"If my dad can do, then so can I. Come on let's go." Yume demanded.

"Alright your the leader." Donald said. He powered up the ship and blasted off into the spooky castle.

A scary-looking crow came flying through the demonic mansion. He flew to it's master's staff and landed on the green orb that, it whispered softly in it's master's ear then she quickly widen her eyes in shock.

"What?! The boy's brat is coming to my layer?!" Maleficent shouted. She shouted so loud that she startled her crow as it away a bit.

"You mean she's heading to the castle?" Raymond asked. Maleficent didn't bother to answer. The crow came back and whispered more info in her ear.

"And she's looking for me?" Maleficent said surprised, then she started to laugh maniacly and let out a smirk on her face.

"Well, well, well she what's to come play in my castle? Very well I'll be happy to let the little pest come in for a party." Maleficent said sarcastically.

"Yeah Yume thinks that's castle are filled with princesses and tea parties and all that crap." Raymond said.

"She does, does she? I think I can suit her up something like. It will a beautiful dream turn into a horrible nightmare." Maleficent smirk and laughed maniacly again.

Raymond really wanted to help, but he though it was better to stay by Nini. Especially since she was sick, he cared about her more than ever. It would make him a big jerk if he left a friend dieing from illness. That though made him wonder how it used to be back in the island when would brag about himself and make fun of Yume and Taision for being weak. Rhian didn't seem to be bothered by it though, he would always ignored any teasing from Raymond's mouth. Of course it was because Rhian always acted like a smartypants and would like to be a sly fox. Rhian was like the strong slilent who can still be tricky on the inside. Taision was more into being strong and awesome, he even like to be better than Yume, but whenever Yume would cry Taision would baby her a lot. Yume was so cheery and upbeat, she always think positive and had bright smile on her face even at the most difficult times. What made Raymond annoyed by her was that her bright personality got really annoying, he could stand her being a show off.

Then when Maleficent mention that Yume got it from her dad Sora who was one of the legendary Keybade Masters. There must be something about, something that could involve Yume too. Something of that came up to Raymond's head.

"Excuse me Maleficent." Raymond said, he felt kinda nervous since he wasn't that much polite. Maleficent turn to face Raymond.

"Yes?" she said.

"You said that Yume's father Sora, was a legendary Keyblade Master right?" He asked.

"That's right." Maleficent said surly.

"Is there a book about him or something that can research about him?" Raymond asked curiously.

"Why of course, Sora's not the type a person to be ignore. Everyone knows he was part of the Guardians of the Light. There was even a novel written about him." Maleficent went to the library where books were stored in complete selves. The books were kinda dusty like they been in stored for years, and there was a few spider wed strapped on each bookends. Maleficent found a spine of a book that had sliver crown on it, it was defiantly Sora's novel. She pulled out the book from it's shelf and wiped out the dust with her hand. She went back to Raymond and hand him over the book.

"This book talks about Sora's biography, everything you need to know about him is in there." Maleficent said pointing at the book. Raymond nodded, he open the book widely and began to read. He let out a smirk as he read the first paragraph.

The road to the castle already looked nasty as you walk in. Yume couldn't even imagine how awful this place could be, it seemed even worst than a evil tower. Maybe she read too many fairytale books, because things here are a whole another story than the ones you would read in a book. They walked over the path leading them to the castle where it was dark and had a spooky theme, they were bats fluttering around, the rags on the castles were ripped terribly, and the hard-stone ground even looked suspicious from the icky guck. Yume felt totally disgusted by the castle's features. Does the witch evil clean up at least? She walked past two statues of gargoules as Donald and Goofy followed along. They stopped at the front double door where the handles were sliver hoops. She gently grabbed one the hoops and knocked it against the door.

Just then, the door started to open slowly by itself. The trio took a few steps back, so the door wouldn't hit them. The doors opened widely revealing the inside of Maleficent's castles. It look pretty much like and old mansion from the inside, it was pretty interesting for Yume to discover. Donald and Goofy were still shaky of coming back to Maleficent's castle's, they were worried if she would turn into dragon again. The ground was pretty dirty, and had some dust around. There was some spider webs with spiders crawling them.

"Eww." Yume said. She really didn't like spiders since their icky and like to bite too.

"It gives me the creeps to be back here." Donald muttered.

"Let's just hope we won't be here for long." Goofy said.

They continued walked around the castle, hopeing they would find Maleficent somewhere. Yume entered the dinning where there was a little tea party, and princess were there too. It reminded her of her fairytail stories of princess getting together to have a little tea party. She was so amazed, she started smiling. She wanted to join the princesses and their tea party.

"Guys look, there's princesses here!" Yume said pointing at them. Princesses? Donald and Goofy were confused, they was never any princesses in Maleficent's castle. Beside her castle was too hidious for a princess to be here anyway. Something smelled fishy here.

"That's weird, there's never any princesses in Maleficent castle." Donald said.

"I don't know Yume, it could some kind of trap." Goofy said.

"Aww. How can you call a tea party with princesses be a trap?" Yume asked.

"Um hello! There a group of princesses having a tea party in a spooky castle. Don't you find that a bit suspicous?" Donald asked rationally.

"Hmm, maybe. But it wouldn't hurt to up and ask." Yume said. She thought that princesses were so sweet and innocent, but one thing she didn't knew was that life isn't a fairytail. She walked up to the princesses and join in the party. Maybe it would be ok to be nice and not get into a scene. "I got a bad feeling about this." Donald muttered. Yume waved at the friendly princesses as they waved back. "Hello I'm Yume, it's a pleasure to meet you all." Yume gave out a friendly smile. One of the princesses got up from her chair and walked up to her. "Oh Yume we've been waiting for you." she said. Now it was starting to get a bit out of hand. How did they expected her when they didn't even know her. Yume started to back up a little. "Me? But why?" Yume asked a little startled.

"Well, you are connected to the light. Everyone a princess has a bright light within herself. You are a part of us, you were invited." The princess said. 'What? They invited me?' Yume thought to herself. That didn't made sence, if she was invited they would've gave her and invatation. "Me? No, no, no, no. You got it all wrong. I'm not-" the princess grab her arms, intterrupting her statement. "Don't be shy. We all have the same thing as you. You don't need to worry." the princesses were getting too hyped up already. Donald raised his eyebrown, the only princesses that were connected to the light were the princesses of hearts. That means that they're frouds! "Yume! Get away from them, they're fakes!" Donald shouted then summon his wand. "What are you talking?" Yume asked. Goofy raised his eyebrown at Donald now. "Only the princesses of hearts are connected to the light remember?" Donald whispered at Goofy's ear.

It was clear to them now, those princesses weren't real. Goofy gasp and put his hands on his mouth. Yume didn't like the look of this, maybe it was time to go. "Um...I gotta go." she started to turn away until she felt the princess grabbing her arm. "Let me go!" she yelled, Yume struggled to get her arm out of it's socket, but the princess was too strong. Talk about a tough cookie. "Join us!" the princess voice sound hissing like a snake as she turn into a heartless monster with her hair smoking black swirls, her eyes yellow, and her hands turn into claws. Yume widen her eyes in fright and gasp she tried to pull her arm away until broke free from the montrous hand of the heartless princess. "I told you!" Donald said with his hands on his hips. Yume didn't even bother to argue with him now they had some evil pest to take to care of. She summoned her keyblade and began to fight them off. She kicked the heartless princess in the stomach and stab her hard until she vanish.

"Come on, let's help her." Donald said as he brought out his staff. "Right." Goofy said summoning his shield. They charge into battle, ready to give their all, Donald burn one of the princesses with his fire magic. Goofy protect himself from the sharp snatch of the heartless princess and smacked her in the face. Yume jumped on the dinner table battling another heartless princess, she dodge each of it's attack. Until the princess disappeared in the dark shadows, Yume looked around to see where'd it go. Without notice she felt a sharp claw grabbing her neck and lifting above the ground. Donald quick zapped the princess causing her to let go of Yume. She tried to swing her like a baseball bat, only for it to be dodge. The monstrous princess raised her claw and scratch Yume on the leg at her upper thigh. She screamed in pain from the awful scratch leaving blood dripping from cuts. Yume placed her hand on the bloody leg, she couldn't continue fighting. Donald used his healing magic to get rid of the scratch marks. Yume felt a little better but still felt a little weak since she lost some blood. She fell on her butt right in the middle of battle. 'I have to do something.' she said in her mind. Then at that moment she pointed her keyblade at the demonic princess and use something she should've use a while ago. "Light of Hope!" she shouted, a spark of light came out of her and swirls of a glowing light surrounded all the heartless princesses and the strong light made them perish in thin air. Donald and Goofy had their jaws drop in awe, they couldn't believe what they just saw. Yume used the power light.

'Does this mean, I can control the light?" Yume wondered to herself. "Garsh Yume!, you really can use the light." Goofy said. "You think so?" Yume asked. "Well duh, you just use it right now." Donald said pointing at the keyblade. Yume looked at her keyblade once again, but this time to see that it was the same keyblade her beloved father hold, a precious weapon that can even unlock those missing keyholes that lead to other world far beyond where she stands. But also something she can use to cope with light. She smiled at it, this key was worth a lot. "I am worhty." she said softly.

Maleficent watch the whole scene with her green mistical aura spell as her crow stood on her shoulder. "So, she finally found a way to use the light." Maleficent grew a smirk on her face and chuckled. "Yet your skills are so impressive. But do you even know how to use against the darkness?" She walked up to Raymond who was still reading Sora's biography book. "My, my. Your getting lost in that book aren't you?" Maleficent asked. But Raymond didn't say anything he just kept reading. "Well, the good news is that Yume is here and that she has revealed the light within her heart." Maleficent walked pass Raymond who still had his eyes on the book. "And if that's not enough she's should be heading her way here right about now." Those words got Raymond as his idea that he had in mind came to be a part of his special plan. "Really? So Yume is like a mixture of her dad's fate and her mom's light?" Raymond asked. "That's correct." Maleficent said. "Alirghty then." Raymond said. A few seconds later Maleficent turn around and saw that Raymond was gone leaving behind the book. The crow cowed wanting the follow him. "Let him. He probably got something in mind." Maleficent said.

"Man, it's like a maze here." Yume complained. The trio been wondering for 10 minutes, maybe there was a doorway of how to to the main room of the castle. Hopefully Maleficent would be somewhere in this icky place. Yume could imagine how icky this witch must be if her castle was this awful. No, wonder this place was horrible. "It's not so bad once you get use to it." Donald said. "But it is kinda spooky thought." Goofy said. Donald elbowed Goofy's arm. "Ow! What?" Goofy asked rubbing his sore arm. "What are you trying to do scare the kid?" Donald quaked. "It's ok, it's not too bad." Yume wasn't being sarcastic of course. She just didn't let this spooky castle get the best of her. Not even the heartless princesses could scare the daylights out of her. Wow, and yet she was bleeding from the awful scratch she still didn't gave up. Yume stop for a moment and felt her head like if she had a headache, it was the same feeling she felt with Nini back at the secret place. Where was this feeling coming from?

"Yume are you alright?" Goofy asked concerned. Yume didn't anwser instead she focused on the the sence where it was coming from. It must of been something bad for sure, or something familiar. Yume groaned as the pain in her head got worst. "Maybe you should lay down and take a rest." Donald said. "No wait!, I feel something." Yume said. "Huh?" Donald and Goofy said at once. There was a huge door stood right in front of them, as they walked closer Yume's headache grew intense. "Ahh! It's here...!" Yume clencth her hands on her head really tight. Like if her head was goanna explode. Donald use his healing magic to soothe Yume's headache. "Thanks." she said. Donald nodded as a 'your welcome'. Yume gently twist the door and open it slowly, there was...

"I've been waiting for you, dear." Maleficent said facing the opposite way.

Well tell me what you think about it. Oh, another thing the princesses of hearts are able to sence darkness causing them to feel ill and have pain. That's why Yume was having headache from Maleficent's darkness. I read that fact in the Kingdom Hearts Wiki, so it's true.
