"My dark side took the best of me. It kept chasing me wherever I go, like it would never go away. I had to fight it somehow. Even though my darkness didn't like long, not until it went to another. Just like how I got it from someone who once had it."-Riku

It was a tough time going through a lot of hassle. Even though Riku couldn't stand how his betrayal to his own friend felt to him, he felt guiltiness in his heart for he done. Ever since his home got wiped out by heartless and got separated from his friends, he only made things worst. And it was all the nasty witch's fault. He will never forgive Maleficent for what she done, brainwashing him so that he could reach his darkness that was within his heart. It was a bad memory that he tried to forget, so far since the keyblade war end he tried to live everything normal like if nothing happen. He reunite with his old friends and parents. He went to school and stayed focus on his classes. He wonder how he will he live on with his life in the future. Already Sora and Kairi were dating so they obviously were gonna end up getting married and probably have children. Maybe it would be better if he live a life like that too. Beside, he already had enough with his missions with Sora, not to mention going through the Mark of Mastery exam and defeating the Dream Eaters only to end up into Xehanort's trap. The biggest challenge was winning the keyblade war. Then bringing back the missing beyblade barriers that were gone for a decade. It was good that everyone help out including Lea. And boy did it ended well.

Riku went walking home from school while holding his schoolbag behind his back. While having a little stroll through the path to his house, he took a look around his world of home, he admire the beautiful site of flowers that bloom from the grass. The wind blew threw the pine trees making their leaves move along with it. It was so wonderful living a regular life like this. No more battling heartless or nobodies finally. He was too busy looking around the his surroundings that he wasn't pay attention. Without looking he bump into someone knocking both him the person down. He fell to the ground and felt his head as he groan with agony, then book books and papers were scattered all over the ground. It of been from the person her bump into.

"Oh god! My so sorry. Did I hurt you?" he said, before he even caught site of the person.

"That's alright." it sound like a girl's voice. He took a good look of the person, it turn out it was a girl. She had beautiful long white hair, in fact it seem to be really long. It went down to her upper thighs. Her skin was the same color as Kairi's, a lovely light apricot color so creamy. Even in the school uniform she look so stunning. Not like how any of the other girls would wear it at school. Her hips were so curvy and slim. Riku didn't even notice that he been staring for thirty seconds like he was stard out of space.

"Um, excuse me?" the girl waved her hand in front of Riku's face. He quickly blink and and come back to his senses. He wasn't like him to look at that way of girl. Kairi was just someone who made him express his true purpose of wanting to leave out of the island to a better world. He really appreciated Kairi's curiosity and kindness that let him speak of his wonder beyond the world. Shiki however was just too flirty and getto, being all like 'Your just my knight in shining armor.' Even though he wasn't expecting that out of her. And she got into trouble when she ran into Xehanort, but luckily she was saved by Beat. Even though this girl seem different from the both of them.

"Oh sorry, sorry. I-" the girl cut her Riku off.

"Please stop apologizing. I already accepted it. It's not like you meant to knock me over."

"Right, right." Riku help the girl pick up her books and paper. Then organize everything in place and handed it over to the girl.

"Thank you." she said kindly.

"No problem."

"Say, are you Riku?"

"Yeah, but how did you know?" Riku raise an eyebrow.

"You go to Destiny Islands Academy right?"

"I guess you can tell from the uniform. Hold up do you attend to that school too?"

"Yes! I'm transfer student. Me and my family moved here a year ago. So far I like the this place a lot. It's so beautiful and the air smells so nice."

"Well, I'm glad you like it here. It must of been hard moving to a new place where your not familiar about."

"It wasn't too bad. I actually was excited to come here, since I wanted to go somewhere like a vacation land. And this is even better, cause the ocean is so lovely, the town is wonderful and the plants are so beautiful."

"Not as you are." the girl gave out a surprise expression on her face, look like she wasn't expecting that. Nether did Riku he was couldn't believe what he said about her and he just met her. He turn completely red.

"I-I mean, your beautiful. I-I mean! You look n-nice! I-I uh-" Riku was really freaked out, he can't believe he was acting like a total idiot to a girl. She just giggled like it was just a joke. 'Way a go Riku.' he though. 'Now you just became a dumbass in front of a hot girl.'

"Why, thank you." she said. Riku blink to see that if it was his mind playing tricks on him. But it wasn't, she actually said 'Thank you.'

"What?"

"I said, thank you. No ever said that to me since I first came to this world. That's very nice of you." the girl let out a bright smile on her face. Even her smile was so beautiful.

"Um, your welcome."

There a silence for a minute until Riku spoke up to break it.

"Oh by the way, I didn't get your name." Riku said to the girl.

"Aya, my name's Aya."

"That's a pretty name."

"Thanks."

"So, I guess I'll see you at school."

"Sure,"

Aya left and waved Riku goodbye and Riku did the same thing, just watching her swing her hips from behind just give Riku a tingling feeling in his stomach. He never felt this way before.

In the Island

"Wait. Your saying you just met this Aya girl and immediately fell in love with her?" Sora asked as he sat on the palm tree laughing.

"NO! I never said I fell in love with her!" Riku shouted as his face began turn red, Sora started laughing.

"You did say you had a weird feeling in the pit of your stomach." The brunette corrected.

"Well yeah I did say that but I never felt that way of a girl before. It's just so bizarre, she was just so pretty. And she's not from here, she's from another world."

"Wow, she does sound like a interesting person." Sora commented.

"Yeah she sure is. It's like she's a petal from a flower." Riku knew it probably wasn't the best description about Aya, but she was still so beautiful it was hard to put simple complement about.

"Really? A petal from a flower?" Sora said raising an eyebrow, it didn't sound like a usual phrase to him...or to anyone really.

"I can't really say the right words. It's seems like not even words can describe how beautiful she is."

Sora jumped off the tree and landed on the sand, and walk up to Riku put his hand on his shoulder.

"Riku buddy, if you feel within your heart that you like this girl, why not get to know her."

"What do you mean?" Riku didn't quit get what Sora meant unless it had anything to do with the word 'date'.

"You know, like chat with her at lunchtime, get her number, invite her to your house, take her out for sea-salt ice cream."

"You mean out on a date?" Now Riku was raising his eyebrow.

"Well you might wanna try and take it slow. Like hang out with at lunchtime and have conversation with her. Like ask her about her likes and dislikes and then see if maybe she go out for ice cream. Oh! And to make it even better invite to the island here." Riku understood very well, he really like the idea.

"Say thanks. That does sound good."

"Glad I could help."

Lunchtime at Destiny Island Academy

Riku looked around to see where Aya would be sitting, it shouldn't be hard to find her. Since she has a unforgettable appearance, there's noway he could miss her. The outside patio is usual where the girls like to hang out and eat lunch together, but it didn't seem like she was there. Then he check around the bench where most people come to eat lunch. But it seem like she wasn't there ether. He wonder where she could be, obvoiusly she wasn't in the locations where his schoolmates usually eat lunch but before he could give up, he notice a figure sitting in the middle of the flower garden where the person was surrounded by beautiful flower. The figure revealed her face, and it turned out to be Aya! Riku walked closer to get a better look at her once more, she looked even more beautiful surrounded by the gorgeous flowers. It was indeed a prefect place for a beautiful girl like her.

"Aya?" Riku walked up her a little closer so she can meet face to face with her. Her purple eyes shine so bright, her eyelashes made it even better.

"Riku, you came!" Aya said excited.

"Of course I did. Although I didn't know you eat lunch here." Riku sat down next Aya with his bag of lunch and thermos with juice inside.

"Yeah, I don't like to be crowed so much while I eat it feels awkward to me. So I just eat here by the flowers here, it feels more comfortable. No one to bother, being with the pretty flowers, sniffing the beautiful sense of them, and leting the wind surround you with it's touch, And the the singing of birds." Aya said. She seem to have brought a container of rice with chops of chicken in some kind of sauce that look orange. She picked out her fork and pulled out from her lunch bag some soy sauce and squirt it all over the rice.

"Say what's that?" Riku asked pointing at Aya's food.

"Oh this, it's chicken fried rice. The chicken is cover in sweet sauce that orange. And it's mixed in delicious veggies. " Aya pick one of the chicken and took a bite it.

"Where you'd get that?"

"Actually I cooked it." Riku look surprised for a second.

"You did?" he asked.

"Yeah, I usually whip food for myself. My parent work a full-time job so they usually come at 12:00 at midnight. So I cooked dinner for my brother and sister while parents are working, and save some leftovers for my parents when they come back. I feel sad that they have to wake up so early to go to work and not come back til midnight. I feel like most of the time it's just me and siblings. My brother is always busy with his music lessons and my sister is going shopping with her friends. I feel like I have to be the one in charge of everything. It's so exhausting, but luckily my parents don't work on the weekends. At least I get to spend some time with them." Aya seem to have some sadness in her voice. It like she didn't like to be going through so much hassle by herself. Riku could tell from that a lot. He place his hand on her shoulder.

"Hey, don't worry. I'm sure your parents and siblings appreciate you for everything your doing." Riku hope he sounded convince enough to make her feel better. However she just seem to be more sad. He smacked his palm in his face, he would always make girl sad after all. Take Xion for example she couldn't stand the insult of her keyblade from Riku, Namine got upset over his replica even though it was just a copy of himself, it still had his feeling and personality. Just to think of him made him feel like a total jerk. It's like he didn't how to be with girl, especially someone like her who was so pretty and cute.

"I'm sorry, I-I'm not good at this with girls. I don't know why, but I just I'm just too of a moron." Riku was blushing like nothing, but he try to control himself. Aya just giggle like he was telling a funny joke.

"No it's not you. I was actually having the though, of my family not even noticing my hard work." Riku couldn't believe what he just herd. Did she just say her family never noticing her going through so much manual labor just so they can have a better life. But that's so not right.

"Huh? What do you mean? Your family should be proud of you doing everything for them."

"They should, but they're too busy to even look at the hard work that I do. It's like no one cares about my effort or what I do. It's like I have nobody to care for me, like I'm always on my own."

"Don't say that!"

"Huh?" Aya looked back at Riku shocked by his reaction tours her. She didn't even think someone could be so serious about it. No one ever had a strong feeling of her life before.

"Don't say stuff like that, your family does care about you. Your just thinking negative of yourself, your love ones are concern of you but you just don't see it. You need to talk to your brother and sister, and take a chance to discuss with your parents about what your going through during the day. You need to let you family know about this. Let them know what your going through everyday. And if you ever need help, don't hesitate to ask them."

"Riku?"

"Thrust me Aya, you can't continue this on your own. You need to have companionship, don't do things by yourself if you can't handle it. Get some help you need it."

"T-Thank you, no one's ever given some helpful advise like." Aya was truly convince to hear Riku's statement of help. And he was right, all this time she needed help but she didn't even realize it herself.

"Anytime, I'll be a friendly ear for ya." Riku said pounding on his chest.

"Thank you..." Aya rested her head in Riku's shoulder. Riku felt a bit nervous but he shook it off, he actually liked it. Eventually, Aya fell asleep. From all that he forgot to tell was to get out for ice cream.

After School

"Riku!" the sliver-hair boy look behind to where he was called, the voice could only belong to one person. The girl he could never misunderstood. It no other than her, Aya.

"Aya?"

"Hey, I was just wondering. Do you wanna come over for dinner?" Riku couldn't believe it, he just met her a day ago and now she was already inviting him for dinner at her place? Boy, it seem like she really had caring for Riku. Besides he couldn't say no to a pretty girl like her.

"Sure."

Riku and Aya were walking down the path to Aya's house, since this was the perfect opportunity to the chit-chat part getting to know someone better. Riku was can be a good gentleman anyway.

"Say Aya, is there anything your into? Some stuff you like?" Riku asked the white-hair girl.

"Well, I like to sit in the little greenhouse in the garden. It's very pretty and it's a good thinking place. I also like to bake sweets, since my little sister loves my famous brownies. And I like to sing songs for my brother since he always needs a singer for his song and he even admits he's a terrible singer and I'm not gonna lie he is a terrible singer." Aya laughed at her own statment which made Riku chuckled too.

"Sounds good, is there anything else you wanna talk about?"

"Well, I'm studying to become a photosynthetic and study plants. I even have a scrapbook with all the plants I have collected so far."

"That does sound interesting, is there any flowers that you like the most?"

"I am interested in pink roses and lilacs, there so beautiful. And the fragrance was so lovely, my grandmother used to teach me how to make perfume out of flowers. She told back in her days they didn't sell perfume, so they had to make themselves. When my grandma was a little she made her own perfume out of her favorite flowers and she loved the smell. She though me how to do it when I was five years old. And now me, my sister, and my mother made our own perfume without going to the store to buy them."

Riku was surprised how Aya's life was, she loved plants, like to sing and bake, and even make her own perfume. She was truly a unique person indeed.

"What about you Riku?" Aya now what to get to know Riku of course, Riku didn't much to say. He didn't want her to think of him as a total jerk, since he always had some attitude. But he was still a good friend to his pals, especially Sora and Kairi. He could tell her the good things about himself.

"Well, I'm a good fighter and I really like to be by the water. And I'm really interested in the outside worlds. I've been to some before." It probably didn't sound like he had a lot description of himself. But if he didn't wanna all the beans of himself, plus Aya would think he's an ass for sure. No doubt about it.

"Wow, your interested in other worlds too?" that part seem to catch Aya's attention.

"Yeah, in fact I've been to some of them myself."

"Oh your so lucky, I wish I could travel the universe with you."

"Wait, you wish to travel with me?" Riku asked a bit surprised.

"Well Yeah, you seem to be the first I've been so open to. Even if it has been a day or two. I'm so glad I was able to chat with you and discuss I'm life. I was always shy in front of people since I never knew anyone here, but when I met you, you seem different from anyone else. Your someone I can truly thrust." Riku blushed for a bit, but he felt more happy to be with Aya too, beside Sora and Kairi she's another person he can share things with. A feeling within him that he can't even explain it himself. She was making him feel so warm, like his heart was responding to her kindness and compassion.

"Um, Riku are you ok?" Aya asked making Riku jump a bit as he snapped out of his thought.

"Oh..uh..sorry." Riku said studdering.

"You look like you could use a four-course meal. My mom knows how to make a zesty dinner, thrust me you'll love her cooking."

"Cool, can't wait."

Aya's house

The place seem pretty sweet. In fact it was incredible how the living room was huge enough to even fit in a indoor pool, and the kitchen looked almost like a restaurant's kitchen. And the dinning room was amazing with a long table across the room. Riku stood in awe with the scenery of the house, he never seen a house like, it was almost like a rich person lived here, and to make it even better they even had a housekeeper. It was so much like a rich person's house. Riku got to know every member of the family. Aya's brother was cool and calm, and her sister was loud but bubbly. Her parents were really nice as they welcome him, and he was polite enough to call them Mr and Mrs by their surnames. He enjoyed the dinner and love how it tasted, Aya's mom was an excellent cook no doubt about it.

After dinner Riku went to Aya's room, it seem pretty girly with lots of perfumes, pink heart sheets. And flowers by the window shill, it was nice though. She kept it all neat and organize with baskets. The T.V. was cool, it was big enough for good views. Aya already figure it would be better if they go to the balcony instead, since it was a more appropriate place since Riku didn't felt so comfortable. The view was nice and everything, but even with the nice view and blissful wind blowing through the air. Aya seem to have a sad expression in her eyes, Riku wonder what was it that made her so upset. It couldn't hurt to ask of course.

"What's the matter Aya?" Aya lowered her head still depressed.

"My life doesn't right." Riku raised an eyebrow at her statement. How could she say that? She's been to an awesome world before she moved to Destiny Island and has a fancy house. How can she feel that way?

"What are saying? You have an awesome house great view of the island."

"That's not the point."

"What do you mean?" Riku didn't quit understand what was the problem.

"I have too much of everything. I'm living like a spoiled rich girl. I want to live a normal life, not like this. I want to live with someone who feels the same for me. Someone who knows my pain for being normal, to be with a equal amount of things, not too big not too little. Just a certain amount that enough to live with, not this. I just want a normal life, be an ordinary person. Nothing less of it." Aya rest her cheek on her palm, she looked like she the life she was living wasn't the life she wanted. Sure she had everything she could possibly want, but it wasn't right with her. She wanted to live a normal life, be ordinary like everyone else. It reminded Riku of himself. She wanted an equal amount of things not too much or too little of it. Just like how Riku wanted an amount of energy of light and...darkness! Riku immediately shook his head, he didn't want to go back there. It was enough of trouble back then, he didn't want to bring that hell again. He wanted Aya to be in a happy life, not to be in a harmful position like he was. But at least she didn't have an urge of wanting to do something like he did before.

"So you wish to be in a normal life eh?" Riku said.

"Yeah, when I get older I wanna live in a regular house, and have a family that will have everything they need. They don't have to be so greedy and be grateful for what they had." Aya sound so sincere.

"Is there someone who you feel close to, maybe have an interest?" Riku didn't know how he would feel if Aya's heart belong to someone else. Ether way, he couldn't even believe that he had feeling for her. But could you really blame him? Aya's so beautiful and has a kind and concerning personality, she had a heart of pure love for the ordinary, things that were classic but still were liked. He liked that about, she didn't had a willing of wanting something unnecessary only the basic that were need for everyone. Even if she like someone else he would still like her for who she was. But then he felt a warm head leaning on his shoulder, he stood froze for a second until he realize who it was.

"Riku..." Aya's sweet voice was soft in a melting moment, like if she was falling asleep.

"I can't think of anyone else..." That was all she said. Could it be that, she felt the same with Riku?

"Aya." he wiped the hair off her face and kissed her forehead.

Riku was so happy to have Aya's heart. She was so thrilled when Riku asked her out for the prom, she was so beautiful in her blue dress, she blended so nice with it. And her high heals with same same color was nice too. Sora and Kairi also went out on the prom date together, Kairi were a pretty hot pink dress with frills and flowers on it. The buffet was delicious and everything, and the chocolate fountain was so perfect for the night along with strawberries and marshmallows. And all the decoration made it even better with lights. Riku and Aya had a wonderful dance together, with the ballroom music and everything. They had so much fun with each other, and spend the rest of the night glazing at the stars. Aya pointed one at Riku that was blinking so bright.

"Hey Aya, you wanna know something cool?" Riku told his date.

"What?"

"That up there, those stars are actually whole another worlds." Aya smile in awe at the sky, she always wonder what the stars were really like. It's so fascinating how millions and millions of stars, are actually worlds. Even though you would wonder how a world looks like from a billion miles away.

"I've herd of that before from my mother, she told me it was a belief that was past down from generations. But I never knew if it was real." Even Riku would understand the fact that the theory of stars being worlds was past down for generations. He even learn that story himself, no doubt of it. It was defiantly true.

"Yeah it's true. At first you would think it's a folktale, but then you realize when you look at the stars real closely you can actually see a world from above." Riku told his though to the beautiful white-hair girl.

"I agree, it's very nice how you can see the view from up there." Aya said still glazing at the stars.

"Yeah, somethings are more then they appear. That's a fact that I'll never forget." Riku said as he wrapped his arm. Aya just rest her head on Riku's shoulder and enjoyed the marvelous view of the starry sky.

After senior year, everyone from Destiny Island graduated. They threw their caps high in the air, and ran out the ceremony with their scrolls in their hands. There were cheery and excitement now that everyone was done with school, it was time to chill out and relax. Sora won awards for being an A and B student, and doing well class each day. Riku on the other hand won awards for being a straight A student. Sora was a bit jelouse but at the same time he was proud of him. Sora gave him a friendly bro punch on the shoulder, at least they past the semester and made it out of school. Kairi and Aya decided to celebrate with a girl's night out with manicures, pedicures, and ice cream. While doing ordering some delicous ice cream Kairi and Aya had a chat about their whole year and how they made it out with passing grades.

"Can believe this year has been? Four years of hard work had paid off, now that we're done with school we're free to do what we what." Aya said happily.

"I know right? I can't decide what to do or which college I should go to." Kairi said scratching her head.

"There's millions of colleges and university you can go to, in the universe that is. You can search up the web for other kinds of the colleges in the worlds." Aya suggested.

"I could but I'm just not so sure what to study for, and Sora was probably thinking about the same thing too."

"Speaking of which, have you though about...you know..." Aya raise her eyebrows twice.

"What?" Kairi didn't quit get what Aya's was talking about.

"Well you know, you and Sora are dating. Have you ever though about moving together and being married and having children." Kairi gave a big blush so hard her face was turning red. She had been dating Sora for a long time. But they weren't of going that far yet, they were thinking of getting into a university than they could spend their lives together. If she wants to go to a university with Sora and possibly share a dorm with him. Then maybe they could make plans for their future.

"We're don't wanna go too far yet, we wanna get into a university before we can do anything about our future. Although I was thinking of having a family with Sora. It would be nice to a cute little baby." Kairi admitted.

"See? It's not so bad to have a family with Sora, especially since he's hot, and is worth the baby-making, am I right?" Aya raised her eyebrows again, Kairi pushed her away making Aya laugh hard.

"Aya! Don't mention that out loud, we're in public you know." Kairi was already embarrasses since people were staring at her and Aya.

"Oh don't be such a drama queen, everybody already knows about it. Haven't you ever have it before?" Kairi blushed a bit, she was silent for a while.

"Oh god, did you..?" Aya covered her mouth with both of her hands.

"It was a one time thing! It was after the prom night, we though about maybe we could spice up our relationship. You know." Kairi said while blushing.

"No sweat gal pal, I totally understand. Everyone needs some spicy sauce on their relationship sandwich, if you know what I mean." Aya gave Kairi a little nughe on the arm with her elbow and wink at her.

"Yeah, I get'cha. Let's not talk about it anymore please." Aya giggle a little, making Kairi scowl and turn even more red than before.

Riku and Aya became more closer than ever before. They actually find out that they had more in common, they both like to be nice and quiet places. They both are into active things like sports and fighting, Aya was really good at it when she told Riku how she beat her bother in a play-fight before. She like gathering flowers to create some beautiful fragrance of perfumes. Riku wasn't even sure if Aya was possibly the one. The one who can possibly be the girl of his dreams, that he always dream of having. But how though? He never even though about having a relation with a girl. Even though he never even though about having lonely time when he grows up. Like his mother told him that he doesn't have to be alone as an adult. He could have a beautiful wife and lovely kids with her. And his father told him that there's lots of hot girls at there just waiting for him to hang out with, which made him realize now that he's older he can choose how he wants his future to be. Whether if he wants to be a husband or a father, or if he wants to be alone in his grown life without having a relationship with anyone.

He wouldn't mind having company in his life and to have love too. One thing that Sora tough him was that he doesn't have to do things on his own. Which was true, since he's done so many things by himself without any associates. And to be the opposite of Sora who had Donald and Goofy to help him. Which is why he didn't want to be like the jerk he was before. That made him realize that Aya was the perfect girl for him, there was no one that could understand him better than Aya she listen to everything he had to say. She understood how Riku felt whenever he was upset about something. He decided that now was the perfect opportunity to have the best future on his life.

When he ask Aya out on a date she agreed, Riku deep inside was so joyful that she said yes. All he needed was a pair of fancy clothes, like a collar dress shirt with a tie. Some khaki pants were good enough, it though enough already since Riku wasn't so good at dressing appropriately for a dinner date. Good thing Sora was there to help him out since he already been on a date with Kairi. The dress shoes were the perfect footwear to complete the look. There was a nice restaurant called Destiny's Fancy House. It was nice indeed, it was the only fancy restaurant in Destiny Island. He and Aya talked about most of their likes and dislikes, Riku mention how he hated Sora being all goofy, that made Aya giggle as she mention it reminded her of her brother. They both laughed, talk and ate dinner while the moment last. At the end of the dinner, they went to the shore by the water and look up at the night sky. The moon shine so bright, it was perfect to end the lovely day.

The moon reminded Riku of Aya's lovely hair. So bright and shiny, the purist color of all. Aya's eye bright purple eyes looked up to Riku green eyes. They knew what was gonna come next, the kiss. Riku didn't had any hesitation, slowly he kiss Aya soft lips. It felt so warm, the taste of her lips were so sweet. It was official, they finally got into their feelings for each other, they never though it would come to this.
