"Moony!" Sirius yelled in that casual voice of his that makes him sound as if he doesn't care about a thing and that everything is for his pure amusement.
Remus, knowing that Sirius had been in completely idiotic mood since Tuesday, had decided to ignore him and to continue writing. He still hadn't been able to get the violent blue stains out of the bed sheets.
"Remus John Lupin!" Sirius screamed even louder than he had previously. James pondered whether Sirius had ever yelled that loudly ever before in recorded history or his memory. Which was excellent, mind you.
Rolling his eye coolly, Remus kept his head down.
Sirius was a lion crouching in the thick grass eyeing off an antelope before he dived to kill. His whole body had tended up and then, leaning into his chair, he began to sprint.
It took Remus half a moment to realize what exactly was going on. Thankfully, he had hastily picked up his things and dashed off in a run that would easily beat Sirius'.
"Remus!" Sirius cried out desperately with laughter bubbling on his tongue. "Come back so I can love you!"
Remus, being a wise person, kept on running.
