AN: The final scene from "Greek Interpreter" from the elder Holmes's point of view.

Well Met

Single-mindedly the doctor leans over his newest patient, completely ignoring our presence as he goes about his work with determination and focus. Sherlock watches him worriedly, obviously wondering the same as I if our Greek interpreter, who we unintentionally placed in such peril, will pull through. My brother does not attempt to locate the next sign of our quarry's departure, however, but hovers by his friend's side until the doctor curtly begins to call for his tools.

Since I first heard of Doctor Watson I had oft wished to meet the man, but my brother's gift was far more effective than I think even he had ever hoped for.
