"Are you ready for this?" Kurt asked. We were standing in the parking lot by Kurt's car. I was gaping up at the school with my hands clutching my back pack straps. "Yeah, I-I'm ready." I sputtered. Kurt rested his hand in between my shoulder blades and pushed me gently toward the front door.

There was so may people. Some dude bumped into me on the steps and didn't think twice about telling me to watch it. He ran into me! It wasn't my fault! Kurt didn't let me stop to talk back to him. He guided me toward my locker and took his hand off my back. "Kurt!" I knew that voice. I turned to see Mercedes running toward us. "'Cedes!" Kurt shouted and stumbled backward from the impact of the girl wrapping her arms around his waist. "Blaine?" she grabbed me and pulled me into the group hug. "What the hell are you two doing here?" Kurt glanced at me and I shook my head. "We'll tell you later 'Cedes. I've got to get Blaine to class. I'll see you Glee club." Kurt said. "Fine, see ya boo." Mercedes said pecking Kurt on the cheek.

"Ready for Glee?" Kurt asked. I leaned against the locker next to Kurt's and watched him put his stuff away. "Do you think they'll want me here?" I asked. "Oh Blaine, they're going to love you. But just not as much as I do." Kurt smiled shutting his locker door. I followed closely behind him as he wound through the maze of halls into a small class room.

"Kurt?" A man with brownish hair stood in the middle of the room looking at us. "Hi Mr. Shue." Kurt said. "What are you doing here? And who is this?" he asked walking toward us. "This is Blaine, and I transferred back for personal reasons." Kurt said looking at me. "Okay, um. Well welcome back and it's great to have you Blaine. Do you sing?" Mr. Shue asked. This guy was way too excited. I nodded. "Would you want to audition for us and introduce yourself? Only if you want to though." he asked. I looked at Kurt who gave me a small nod.

I handed my back pack to Kurt and walked to the middle of the room. There weren't many people. Finn and Mercedes were there. A short brown haired girl with a big nose. A boy with thick glasses in a wheel chair. An Asian couple holding hands in the back. Girls in cheerleading uniforms. (Now I understand Kurt's question from back in April.) A guy with a mow hawk.

To took a deep, shaky breath and let it out slowly. "I'm B-Blaine Anderson and I liv- I used to live in Newton. (That stung bad.) I'm 16, play baseball. That's about it. And I guess I'm s-singing for you all." I paused for a moment and thought. What song? I hadn't sung in a while. I looked at the piano behind me. Could I play that? "You can use the piano is you want." Mr. Shue said. I nodded a thanks and sat at the bench. I glanced at Kurt and smiled.

"I set out on a narrow way many years ago. Hoping I would find true love along the broken road. But I got lost a time or two, wiped my brow and kept pushin' through. I couldn't see how every sign pointed straight to you. But every long lost dream led me to where you are others who broke my heart they were like northern stars. Pointing me on my way, into your loving arms. This much I know is true, that God blessed the broken road that led me straight to you." I tapped out the last few notes and look back to Kurt.

He had small tears running down his cheeks. I pursed my lips and looked at everybody else. The girl with the big nose was gaping at me and the Asian girl was sobbing into her boyfriends shoulder. "Wow Blaine, that was amazing. " Shue said standing up and resting his hand on my shoulder. I could feel my face turning red as everybody clapped. "Mr. Shue if I may." The big nosed girl butted in. She didn't wait for him to respond. "Hello Blaine I'm Rachel Berry, lead singer of the New Directions and future Broadway star." She babbled. "Um hi?" I said. "If you don't mind my asking why did you transfer here Blaine?" she asked.

My shoulder tensed up and my throat went dry. "Rachel shut up." Kurt hissed. "What Kurt? I feel we deserve to know a little more about our newest member. Right Mr. Shue?" Rachel smirked. "That's up to Blaine, Rachel." he said looking at me. I looked up at Kurt and just shrugged at me. 'It's up to you.' He mouthed. "No i-its fine." I sputtered. nodded and walked back to his chair.

I crossed my arms over my chest and looked at everybody. "Well um Kurt was actually my exchange student last year and he lived with me for a few months." I glanced up at him again. "Then um Kurt ended up being my boyfriend." A small wave of murmurs went through the room but nobody said anything to me. I kept going. "M-my father's a preacher and he wasn't happy with the fact that I-I'm g-gay." I sputtered. "Wait, your parent's kicked you out? The bogus dude!" the guy with the mow hawk shouted. "Let him finish Puck." Finn yelled and shoved him.

"Cut it out guys. Blaine, is this true?" Mr. Shue asked. "Y-yes sir." I whispered. "I'm so sorry Blaine." he whispered. I nodded and walked over to where Kurt was sitting. I dropped into the seat next to and he rested his hand on my knee. I placed mine on top of his and intertwined our fingers. I didn't listen the rest of the hour. I felt kinda numb. Kurt pressed and soft kiss on my hair behind my ear and whispered, 'I love you.' softly.

"Hey Blaine!" Kurt and I were almost to his car when somebody called after me. I turned to see the blond boy from glee running after us. "Nice to meet you dude." he said sticking out his hand. I shook it and looked at Kurt. "Want to introduce yourself so Blaine knows who you are?" Kurt asked sarcastically.

"Sorry man. I'm Sam Evens. I'm really sorry to hear what happened to you Blaine." Sam said looking down. "Thanks." I whispered. "I wanted to say, and Kurt may kill me for this but, thank god there's another country dude in Glee. I was dying up here." Sam sighed. I laughed a little. "I got your accent a little, where're you from?" I asked. "Kentucky. I moved here last year." Sam said. "Cool." I shrugged. "The guys we planning on hanging out at Artie's house on Friday after practice. Do you wanna come?" Sam asked. I looked at Kurt surprised. He laughed and nodded at me. "Um y-yeah I'd love to Sam." I said. "Cool. I'll see you later dude." Sam said running to a truck.

"So you got invited to guys' night on your first day, impressive." Kurt smiled. We were sitting on Kurt's bed upstairs after dinner. He was lying down with his head propped up with pillow and I had my arms curled around his torso with my head against his chest. "Is this like a big honor?" I asked. "Sam wasn't invited to guys' night at Artie's until a month after he moved here. It's a big deal." Kurt laughed. I shrugged and curled in closer to Kurt. "Wait whose Artie?" I asked. "Hand me the yearbook over there." Kurt said pointing to the red book sitting on his desk. I slowly rolled out of bed and grabbed the book and gave it to Kurt.

I leaned my head on his shoulder and pressed my lips gently to his cheek. "This is Artie." Kurt said pointing at the boy in the wheel chair I had see earlier. I nodded and pointed to a small blond girl. "That's Quinn. She's a long story." Kurt sighed. I moved my finger to the 2 girls in cheer uniforms. "That's Santana and Brittany. Even longer story." Kurt laughed. "Wanna tell that story?" I pouted and kissed him again. "Santana's a total bitch but she stood up to Karofsky a few times last year. She's not that bad really. Then there's Brit. She's sweet but most of the stuff she says makes no sense." Kurt trailed off. "There's something you're not telling me." I smiled.

"Brit was my girlfriend." Kurt said turning red.

I burst out laughing and wrapped my arm around Kurt's neck. "You suck Blaine. It's not funny." Kurt pouted.

"I'm not laughing at you. Why are so embarrassed? It's funny."I laughed.

"It's so not funny. I don't know what I was thinking." he groaned and buried his face in my shirt.

"Okay let keep going, um who's this dude?" I asked pointing at the Asian boy I had seen earlier.

"Mike Chang, he's an insanely good dancer but he can't sing a note to save his life. His father's really strict. He got an A- last year and his dad had him tested for drugs. Way to enforce Asian stereotypes." Kurt rolled his eyes.

"Hey I'm Asian!" I shouted.

"No you aren't!"

"I Am!"
"How the Hell are you Asian?"

"My great grandparents are for the Philippines! My mom's half Filipino!" I laughed.

"You're seriously a quarter Filipino? What's the rest of you?" Kurt exclaimed.

"My dad's family's Irish."

"Very diverse." Kurt smiled.

I laid my head back on Kurt's shoulder and smiled. "How did I not know you're Asian?" Kurt laughed. "It's not like I look it." I smiled.

"I love you ya dork." Kurt laughed.

"Love you too Kurt." I sighed and pressed a kiss on Kurt's neck.
