DISCLAIMER: I DO NOT OWN BLEACH IN ANY WAY NOR AM I ASSOCIATED WITH BLEACH
Ichigo sighed fitfully as his eyes were drawn towards the door where Rukia was supposed to have come out of around fifteen minutes ago. He closed his eyes in pure irritation as he eyed his red haired friend who was going to drive them to the station so they could ride the Bullet Train all the way to Hokkaido. Renji was looking just as bored as Ichigo and both man shared the same sentiments.
Why is it that all women took this long to pack their things?
Just what the hell did they need? It's jut clothes and necessities, what of Rukia was stuffing Chappy shit in the luggage, God knows they two of them can't carry them all. They were just two guys for crying out loud. They couldn't even handle a small bulk of her vast collection of Chappy. The two men finally brightened up the moment Rukia came down with an average sized duffle bag in hand. She seemed to have carried it effortlessly earning the curiosity of the two men in the vicinity.
"What took you so long...?" they asked simultaneously.
Rukia glared at the both of them. "The dry cleaner messed up some of my bras and panties so I had to find the decent ones." she replied as if she was talking about the fantastic autumn weather.
"Is that something you should be saying Rukia?" Renji asked matter-of-factly.
Rukia shrugged as she shoved her duffle bag towards her Ichigo. "Renji, you're my best friend and Ichigo is my boyfriend." she replied smugly.
Ichigo smirked and Renji just sighed while smiling. Renji carried a duffle bag over his shoulder while Ichigo easily carried Rukia's duffle bag. Renji loaded it into Ichigo's Benz and knowing Renji, they could trust him with that because Renji absolutely adored the car. Ichigo hopped in at the passenger's seat while Rukia stayed at the back. Renji revved up the engine and took a small moment to thank God for letting him use this car.
Renji began to drove off while Ichigo leaned into the seat. That was when Rukia was doing her usual OCD double checking. "Ichigo, do you have the accommodation papers?"
Ichigo took it out of his handheld bag and shoved it towards her. "If it makes you feel any better then you keep it." he replied.
Rukia quickly grabbed it and shoved them along with her organized papers like the OCD person she was. Renji upped the heater when he felt the outside cold permeating the glass and the two others were thankful for that. "You have the train tickets?"
"Yeah, it's right here Ichigo."
"Damn... You two sound like a married couple going on a vacation for your anniversary. This was what my mom and dad sounded like the last time I went to Brazil. Nagging each other, seriously..." Renji commented to break the ice and succeeded to do so if the laughter was any indication of that.
"We do?" Ichigo asked in an amused tone.
"Apparently we do." Rukia confirmed with a sly smiled gracing her lips.
"Hey Ichigo, crank up the radio or something. The station for Hokkaido's still far." Renji stated nonchalantly as he carefully followed the road signs.
Ichigo nodded as he opened the radio and tuned into the nearest radio station. A familiar song played out and the two men at the front were enjoying it while the one female in the back was simply tolerating it. Renji saw her sour expression through the mirror and grinned. "What's wrong Rukia? Can't stand a little Bon Jovi?"
"Yeah Rukia, how about Metallica or Aerosmith?" Ichigo mocked alongside Renji.
"It's not that I dislike them... They just don't suit my fancy."
"Yeah right... Did you know Ichigo, Rukia used to be a Backstreet Boys fangirl..."
"Really? What about Westlife?"
Renji only grinned. "That too."
"Oh Rukia, I've never pegged you as the sort of person who would listen to stuff like that." Ichigo teased as he kept his eyes steady on the floor.
Rukia was red in the face. Not because she was embarrassed but because she was literally fuming in her seat. "I did not!"
The two men grinned and began to sing to further her rage. "Tell me why! It's nothing but Heartache, Tell me why! It's
"nothing but a mistake... Tell me why-"
"Yeah yeah! Shut up already." she snapped at them.
The two laughed like boys earning Rukia's respective glares. They merely shrugged them off because they weren't the standard issue Kuchiki glares she normally gave them. "Though seriously... Backstreet Boys is a serious far cry from Coldplay and The Corrs Rukia." Ichigo commented.
"I didn't say anything so stop making assumptions." Rukia shot back defensively.
Ichigo just smirked. "This Christmas, I am so sending you a Platinum Album of the Backstreet Boys."
Rukia grew every angrier. "I said shut up."
"Hey Ichigo, I'm willing to bet you fifty bucks that she has a secret playlist in her iPod. The new iTouch seems to have secret playlist apps." Renji added with a grin on his face.
"Really, I guess I'll check that out later then." Ichigo replied.
"What about my opinions! Don't I have a say in this, you two are talking about my property!" Rukia yelled from behind making the two men at the front wince.
"It's nonexistent." the two men answered almost instantly.
Rukia swore under her breath. "The hell... Even the lyrics are wrong..." she mumbled but the two heard it.
"What did you say Rukia? The lyrics were wrong?" Renji teased.
"Please, every person in the world knows that song just as much as they know Britney Spears. It's 'ain't nothing but a heartache' you dolts, not 'it's'." she snapped at them making the two the them laugh.
"See Ichigo?"
"I hear ya Renji... I hear ya."
"But hey, I know those lyrics just as much as you know the Kama Sutra so that makes all of three of us even." Rukia shot back arrogantly.
Silence ensued while Rukia crossed her legs in triumph. Three seconds later, the two men made synchronized outbursts.
"Like hell I read that shit!" Renji shit back.
"You know better than that Rukia." Ichigo retorted.
"As for you Ichigo, I know you're lying but as for you Renji, I'll just have to ask Tatsuki then." Rukia said with such a smug tone in her voice.
Ichigo flushed read as his attention had suddenly gone to the nearby window. "Who says I'm lying?"
"I say you're lying and after all we've been through, don't think you can deny that so easily." Rukia replied with a coy smile on her face.
Ichigo was already steaming up in his seat before he managed to recover. "I heard that Tatsuki helps you out with your 'research' Renji."
"Wh-what! Well... I have her run a few errands." Renji replied weakly.
"Errands... Right." Ichigo and Rukia replied sarcastically.
Now it was Ichigo and Rukia teaming up to gang up on Renji. If irony allowed it, it would be Renji and Rukia next to gang up on Ichigo. They spent the next of the car ride laughing at each other but it was all good. They just listened to some old and new music and continued to go on about their lives. Rukia looked out the window and watched the people go one with their day to day lives. She spotted a cute high school couple and smiled softly, some warmth found its way to her chest.
This was the kind of relationship you would want.
Rukia closed her eyes as she travelled back to her high school days. It was odd because when she was a freshman, all her fellow freshmen were literally two years older than her. She was immediately stereotyped as an elitist and she was instantly solicited by the popular circles because she was a Kuchiki. Naturally, she declined in the most respectful manner and rarely did she meet any decent individuals. Rukia spent a lot of her time in the mixed cafeteria, the one link between the high school division and the middle school division where Renji and Momo were.
If she was lucky, she'd meet some decent guy in class and date him for a while but it was all just casual dating then. She never really loved them with all her heart and she was sure they knew very well how it was all casual dating. She only got cheated on only once and that was because the guy simply had a bet with his girlfriend.
That was really funny.
Not to mention, Rukia also had her fair share of breaking hearts. College was fun too because in there, there were people who were her age. Momo was able to catch up with her because the Legal Management course took much longer than Psychology did but of course Rukia was the first one to go since Momo had to study some med.
To think that in her Business class, she would find a ruffian like Grimmjow.
She was forced to sit next to him and he had been unbearable considering that he was some gang leader. A few more run ins with him, not to mention that he saved her from some rapist once, and he was the first person to have ever touched her heart. She enjoyed her time with him until that incident with his ex. Sure she was upset, spent a few pints of ice cream crying over him but she got her act together and became the youngest Chief Prosecutor in Karakura history.
All she had to do was stop taking her Business classes, she wasn't immune to everything. No person can bear to see their ex unless you've totally forgotten about them.
Oh, and then there was Kaien. Her first day at work and his overflowing charisma had charmed her. First he was her mentor and she became one of the best because of him but once they were on equal standing, that's when took a different kind of interest in each other. It got serious and they were engaged but here came another incident to ruin things for the next three years.
Ichigo was such a whirlwind really.
He just came like a hurricane and shook everything she knew about love, the foundations she began with about love were shattered. He was simply too much to even explain, he was simply Ichigo.
Three completely different men.
I wonder what Hisana would've thought of her. Would she be proud of Rukia?
Which among the three men would she have preferred?
Rukia had hoped it was Ichigo.
She fiercely wished for it.
"Rukia, what the heck are you staring at?" Ichigo asked.
Rukia smiled and saw his puzzled face through the reflection on the far window. She sighed and shook her head as she continued to look outside the window. "Society."
"Society... Right..."
"Humans are very interesting creatures after all. If you look to your left, you can see the famous NEET and right next to him are the Notorious Teenagers Sniffing Some Crack." she stated sarcastically.
He rolled his eyes and faced the windshield before scoffing, his arrogance had been cranked up to high. "Get serious midget, don't make me go back there."
She laughed. "I'd love for you to come over here." she said in a voice laced with something that was better left unsaid.
Ichigo shuddered in his seat and had suddenly become interested in the view outside the clear tinted windows of his car, Renji on the other hand just sighed and shook his head as he rounded a corner smoothly with the technique of an experienced driver. Rukia's lips curled into a victory smile as she crossed her legs along with her arms.
"Stop smiling." Ichigo groaned.
"How do you know I'm smiling?"
"I can feel it all the way here."
She laughed at him in her usual light hearted manner. "No points for you genius." she replied, he sarcasm had been turned on a notch higher.
Ichigo smiled as he continued to stare outside the windows. The morning had been unusual bleak, the clouds had easily overshadowed the sun but you now could finally see the bright yellow sun peak out of the heavy clouds. The glow illuminated the nearby buildings and skyscrapers, the glass tower looked especially beautiful whenever the sun hit it. It was like a prism, the building where the light stopped at was full of rainbow colors.
"How long until the station?"
"I've just hit the highway, the central station's still a bit up north. Then again, people from Karakura rarely take the train, we normally fly but the train is a nice change of pace. The station still has it's elaborate design from when the Western side of the world shared some stuff with us, more particularly the Victorian Europeans. It's beautiful architecture and although the trains may look archaic, underneath that all is the speed of a bullet train." Renji said.
"But no one has the time for a train like that." Ichigo commented.
"I've always wanted to check out Central Station but we Kuchikis always fly by planes, we have no time for trains."
"Spoken like a true Kuchiki. The Kuchiki clan is one of the older families, the ones that have been present since the founding of Karakura." Renji falsely praised.
"Shove it Abarai." Rukia snapped at him.
"Take it easy Rukia." Renji appeased her as if he was speaking to well bred poodle.
She sighed as she leaned back against the lovely leather of Ichigo's BMW, it made a small squeak as soon as she shifted her weight but it was comfortable. Ichigo had obvious good taste, picking something classic yet something that could match up to the newer models. Even she had to admit that, through all her external loathing for driving, she enjoyed the feel of this car very much. What she liked the most about it was how this car smelled like him.
She closed her eyes and she didn't even need to try to inhale his spicy masculine scent. It was rather strong in a confined car like this but of course she didn't mind, she loved it.
It took a while and more casual conversations filled the gaps of the trip but the piece of architectural beauty was within sight and Rukia loved it as soon as she saw it. She felt like she was looking at a movie set, it felt Victorian and it was just beautiful really. Renji entered the loading bay and got out to help Ichigo with the luggage while Rukia hopped out of the car. They got the luggage to the side and Renji told them to have fun as he hoped in and drive off to park Ichigo's car back in his basement.
Ichigo had hoped it was safe, that was the first thing he bought when he became an actor.
"Don't worry, Renji loves the car just as much as you do. He'll stab himself if anything happens to it." Rukia reassured him but the lighthearted tone of her voice made him sure that she was doing the opposite.
Oh, this woman loved torturing him.
"I'd rather not have you talk about my car." he replied in a weak voice as he shoved her own luggage towards her, the light ones of course.
Rukia sighed as she held the handle of the bag with a rather loose grip. His face frowned and he crossed his arms with his trademark scowl. "What? I'm already carrying everything. Those are the light ones."
She shot him back a half assed glare. "I know..." that was all she replied as she began to pull the bag and entered the station ahead of him.
He narrowed his eyes at her. "Mood swings I'll bet..." he mumbled as he followed her with the rest of the luggage.
As Rukia walked, she carried a secretive smile on her lips. It was fun to torture him indeed, she was so sure he knew very well that she was torturing him. It was so fun having such a dominant man wrapped around her finger. It was no fun having Grimmjow following her around like a lost little puppy nor was it fun having Kaien pamper her.
It's a hundred times more fun when it's against a man's free will... Right Ichigo?
She snickered softly to herself as she looked back and watched him trudge on with the heavy artillery, she smiled at him and at his half assed efforts. He noticed her looking at him and his eyes softened, he smirked back but it felt gentle. Times like these just make her forget about her problems. Rather, their problems.
"Hurry up you lazy bum." she shouted at him.
He merely rolled his eyes as he came nearer and nearer to where she stood. Once he finally reached her, he placed a hand on her head and ruffled her hair playfully. He knew she hated it whenever he did that to her and her hair. "Well this lazy bum has arrived your Chappiness."
"Good." that was all she replied.
Kaien's face had been a mess just as he had thrown the last empty bottle of beer against his apartment wall. He gritted his teeth as he watched the glass crack to the ground infinitesimally, his pale blue eyes stared at the pieces and he barely blinked. He clenched his fist as he walked up to the wall and punched the wall as hard as he could, his hand instantly bounced back in recoil and he couldn't feel anything. His knuckles transformed into a painful shade of red despite how pale he looked.
He literally looked like shit.
He backtracked to his couch like a recently revived zombie, he crashed into the soft furniture and he began to stare into the ceiling absentmindedly.
"Fuck."
He closed his eyes, it was only now that he could feel the sensation of his knuckles throbbing in pain. He pressed the same bruised hand against his face and began to inhale and exhale deeply.
"What kind of clichéd movie is this? I'm suppose to do my part yet here I am obsessing over someone who doesn't love me anymore. Then again, I'm that asshole who took her for granted when I had her, I wasn't looking at how great she was or how smart she was. All I saw was that she was still that clueless girl I mentored, I didn't see her change. But maybe it's because I didn't want her to change, maybe I wanted he to continue admiring me."
He paused his monologue before starting it up again.
"I can barely recognize her now... I can finally see the woman that she is. I can see the strong independent and beautiful Rukia but... This all happened because of him. Thanks to him, she has turned into the real Rukia while I'm being overly jealous right now. I can't stand seeing her living without me."
It wasn't a monologue due to the other voice in the room.
"I can't help you there." the voice said.
He looked back and gave the person a lopsided smirk. "I know you can't."
The person sighed and crossed their arms. "I'm glad you understand that much because I personally feel that I am in now way obligated to help you. You sent her into a wave of depression after all."
"I know that." he replied.
"Job description aside, I'm just here to make sure you don't go out of turn. Or at lease that's what the big boss told me... But here's advice from someone in the loop here. All I can tell you is to move on, clinging onto something that never existed can't be good for her and for you. So if you're planning to keep her, you have Byakuya Kuchiki's wrath to face. He loves his wife fiercely and will do anything for her little sister."
"I'm not that stupid."
"Oh I know you're not stupid, you mentored the youngest Chief Prosecutor after all. My problem with you is that you're still clinging into that image of her, truth be told... I've never really liked you and I preferred that Grimmjow more than I prefer you but sadly, I needed to respect her wishes since you were a pretty decent guy."
Kaien sighed. "Then what brings you here if you dislike me so much. The door is over there you know." he said as he gestured towards the door.
The person became rather irritated. "Yes well I'm here because the big CEO told me to. I just need to check on you and to think I was on a lovely vacation."
"Well I'm sorry."
"Like I'll ever accept such a half-assed apology. Looks like you're messed up, just don't get yourself killed. Rukia would hate to see that happen even if she doesn't love you that way anymore." the person scoffed as they approached the door.
The person stopped again, hand on the doorknob. "If I'm not convincing enough for you... Know this. Every single time she looks at you, she would look at him. No matter what you do, she would call out his name by mistake and never yours. She would spend everyday wishing that the ring on her finger came from him and not you because you were just one level she needed to surpass in order to become the real Rukia Kuchiki she had lost due to the death of her sister. Rukia was never such a submissive person, she was strange around you that's why I know that wasn't her. She didn't put much of a fight with Grimmjow either."
A quick slam was all it took for him to be alone again.
He closed his eyes again, his knuckles never ceased to throb.
"Is this what Rukia felt towards me back then? If it is then it sucks."
"Ichigo!"
Rukia yelped as he suddenly grabbed her thin waist from the aisle where she was walking. His strong arms came from nowhere and took her by surprise, now she was seated right next to him. They were sitting extremely close to each other now and like an old fashioned train, they had their respective cabins. In other words, they were all alone and they had privacy.
"What?" he replied as if he had done no wrong.
She rolled her eyes at him with much disdain and crossed her arms in a stubborn fit. She didn't enjoy being jumped in public transportation albeit they were in the first class section of the train. That was no excuse to just suddenly grab her though, of all the men to fall for, she had to pick the brash, impulsive and unreasonable one.
What went through her head when she accepted his offer back in the cafe?
Well... constant yearning, depression, happiness, hope, longing, passionate love, lust, tender love, heartfelt love, confusion, conflicting feelings, excitement... Lacking adjectives for the needed nouns.
Point still stands. She couldn't take it anymore and because she listened to her heart for once in her life, she was now sitting with the one person she had wanted to be with this badly. That was enough her, even if she had a ring on her finger which did not come from him, she would continue to wear the necklace he won for her. She would see her husband's face and remember the handsome orange haired actor instead.
If she was shameless enough then she would be more that willing to engage herself in a scandalous affair.
"One does not simply grab people in trains." Rukia berated.
He scoffed lightly as his grip on her tightened, he made it plenty obvious that he refused to have an inch of space between them. He was being his usual arrogant domineering pervy self, scratch perverted, he was downright horny with a boner that almost never rested just so long as she stayed in the room.
He's way too old to use hormones as his excuse.
"Says who?" he shot back competitively.
She narrowed her purple eyes at him and glowered a bit.
"Your girlfriend." she stated bluntly, the straightforwardness would have been enough to take several people aback but not Ichigo. If she had a will made of diamonds then he had a will made of iron.
"Openly stating the fact eh? It's boosting my ego up a bit." he joked.
Rukia sighed and gave up trying to oppose him. He was truly an insatiable human being with no hope but she loved him anyway. She reached out for the door and slid it shut, she locked it and made sure no one could open it. They were already through with cabin inspection, no one was going to go looking for them. She faced him again and he was smirking as usual.
"I swear Ichigo... You are insatiable."
"But you love it." he reasoned.
"Thank you Captain Obvious." she replied sarcastically as he pulled her closer to him.
He smirked that handsome devilish smirk of his before he answered her with his calloused tone. "You're more honest now." he pointed out.
"Am I really?" she replied in a playful tone.
"You're so honest now it scares me." he replied in a deeper and more implicative tone.
"And here I was expecting a subtle compliment but I guess we can't all read the mind of Rukia Kuchiki now can we Ichigo?" she replied with a coy smile on her lips.
At this point, they had been slowly moving towards the wall of the cabin and Ichigo found himself cornered by this tiny yet governing woman. He swallowed thickly as soon as his robust back had come into contact with the cool mahogany. He hated it whenever she was smiling as if she had just won a beauty pageant. Not that he was implying she couldn't, god knows how beautiful and smart and talented she was. It's just that she lacked in height and one should never dare confine her to such limitations, she was beyond pageants.
All that aside, he needed to urgently control what was stirring in his pants.
Plus, she needed to stop drawing strange yet pleasant patterns all over his chest. He needed to remind himself that this was the same prude he had forced a kiss upon back then.
Rukia suddenly closed her eyes in contentment, she let out an amused giggle. It was a very uncharacteristic action but it was strangely suitable for the moment. She opened her eyes again and blew some air at his face as a joke before she withdrew, she was now seated properly on the otherwise of the cabin next to the door. Smirk intact of course.
Ichigo shuddered as he shook his head and began mumbling over how infuriating she was. Some words, he had allowed them to reach her on purpose but even if she did hear them, she showed no indication that she heard them. Playing psychological mind games with her wasn't exactly the easiest thing to do in the world, her brain was a vast maze.
They says women were complicated, what more if said woman was Rukia Kuchiki.
There would be no end to her mind games. Not even NASA's supercomputer was enough to crack the mind of a woman like her. No expert hacker was even capable of touching the defensive wall of a woman in the very least. They expect you to know what they want and they were all just bipolar with extreme mood swings yet men would always struggle just to please women.
What kind of world is this?
Speaking of this world, is this world's train going to start moving soon?
"You look bored." she stated from pure observation, no shit Sherlock.
"I was planning to do something entertaining until someone decided to turn the tables." he retorted bitterly like a child deprived of his toy.
She chuckled in her deep dulcet tones that never cease to mesmerize him. "Alright alright, you sound like you're dying there." she replied as she began to move towards his side again.
He stubbornly glared at the window, his head was rested on his propped up palm. "Like hell I am. Leave me alone." he snapped at her without looking at her resplendent looks.
He was relieved when silence took her place. It meant that she had finally stopped bothering him, she had a rather strange talent. She could be the angry irritated one, turn the tables and voila, he was the angry irritated one and she was the one smirking. Not him.
Suddenly, he felt cramped. Like someone was breathing down his neck, he lost his privacy. It took him another full minute to realize that someone really was breathing down his neck and that made him shudder lightly. His throat moved minutely as he gulped and he felt paralyzed on the spot. Then that's when he heard it.
"I'm sorry Ichigo... Maybe I can make it up to you? What do you say...?" she hummed deeply into his ear.
It was the sensual kind of hum, he knew that tone all too well. To think he would live to see the day where she'd use it against him. How priceless.
Her slender fingers came out of nowhere too when she suddenly grabbed his chin and forced him to look at her, the feeling in his pants was revived. "Who says you're the only one who can jump people?" she asked as she gingerly licked the shell of his ear ever so slowly.
His hand gripped the armrest and he forced himself not to shudder in the slightest, that was a sign of defeat. Rukia moved to further enclose the space between them, it was getting hotter by the minute. The more he looked into her amethyst eyes, the more he couldn't look away but something caught his interest. Her soft pink lips were slightly parted and he could see her tongue, he swallowed thickly again.
She surged forward, her eyes closed on reflex and before he knew it, she was kissing him. Ever since the cafe thing, Ichigo barely stole and kisses from her. It was like she was biding her time yet here she was, kissing him with no hesitation. Why should she hesitate anyway? They were in a relationship, what was the matter with him?
Man, who knew being apart was enough to suddenly transform into a wimp. Oh the joyfully joyful joy.
Her lips were sliding against his, coaxing him to move. Her shook off his thoughts and the hand that had been gripping the armrest flew to grab the nape of her neck. She let out a moan of satisfaction as Ichigo began to dominate the kiss like he usually did, he began to breath heavily as Rukia's tongue prodded for entrance. He let it in naturally and he began his onslaught first.
Rukia was now clutching for his head of orange hair. He smirked and she didn't seem pleased by it, she angled her head and shoved her tongue in harder. He loved it whenever she was competitive, a guttural groan escaped her kissable throat and he was motivated to win even more. This was basically a win-win solution.
Ichigo was about to pin her down but the train suddenly jolted to life. Rukia was thrown back and Ichigo's back ended up connecting with the armrest. They both groaned and they tried to soothe their aching portions, as soon as their eyes met each other, they began to laugh. The scenery outside was alread turning into a massive blue but they could still see certain views and those certain views mattered. Rukia got up from her position and Ichigo stretched his back a bit, they leaned forward and smiled at each other before sharing a swift kiss.
A knocking sound came abruptly and Rukia didn't hesitate to open the door. As soon as she opened the door, her eyes were wide open and he mouth slipped agape. Ichigo wondered who it was and Rukia took a few steps back, her hand covering he mouth. Ichigo was ready to pound whomever it was before a few tears streamed down from Rukia's face. A grin showed up on her ivory face ands he was smiling like a child.
A women entered the room, she was tall and she had a graceful presence about her. Her hair was black and tied in such a clean sophisticated fashion whilst she had this air of fineness as she strode up to Rukia. The woman was suddenly hugged by Rukia and it was tight, she began to stroke her hair.
"Miyako!" Rukia exclaimed.
"It's been a while Rukia... Has it been fifteen years?" she replied in a graceful tone.
"Sixteen." Rukia replied.
Miyako's eyes drifted towards Ichigo and she smiled softly, like she had a secret to keep.
"Hello there Mr. Kurosaki, it's nice to meet you."
He swallowed thickly before he replied hesitantly. "It's a pleasure... And who might you be?" his voice read caution.
The smile playing on her lips made Ichigo unsure of what she was thinking.
"Miyako Kuchiki."
Kuchiki...!
AN: I've been gone for a while have I but I've managed to sort things out so I can go back to writing. I'm sorry if I made you guys think I was abandoning this story but as I've said before, I have no intention of discontinuing this and I intend to finish this first.
I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter, I know it wasn't much and as for Miyako, I made her a Kuchiki instead. As for her role, I'll explain it in the next chapter but you can pretty much guess what I'm gonna do to her.
I wonder, I've been thinking about how different people are in different websites. Fanfiction doesn't apply to AsianFanFiction, the site where my friend writes, and it's hard to give her advice when it's such a different place. It makes me appreciate the crowd here in fanfiction so I'd like to express my gratitude for always reviewing even if it's a little because even the smallest reviews make me smile.
It's her birthday tomorrow so I'm planning a surprise but that's out of the question, I've been coaxing her to come to this side of the world... We have cookies right...?
I'm just joking.
