I am not the first person to do something like this, look up the author Enjia to see what i mean. I got inspiration to write a/n's from her fics!
Onto lighter things, I am so sorry for the angst I've been causing lately! I know I really need to work on Eponine's temper but no one is perfect.
***Warning I cried while writing this chapter because I drew up on my personal emotions so be prepared for some feels****
I love you all!
Btw I am going on vacation for awhile later this week and I will be out for 10-14 days so I won't be updating, but I will have a surprise for you guys :D
Thank you! Please continue reviewing and reading
Courfeyrac was sitting lazily on his living room couch watching some new show that had come on TV. It was about a bunch of undercover cops who lived together in some house in California. Shows like that usually weren't his style but he had to admit he liked it, it was funny plus some of the girls were hot. From the corner of his eye he could see Gavroche sitting over the dining room table filling out a worksheet for homework. He had only been in his house for a few months but the kid had already made himself at home. He was usually very independent and Courfeyrac let him go on his way, something that benefitted both of them. He turned his attention back to the TV where he saw one of the characters -the one who seemed oddly familiar to him- shoot at a bunch of giant stuffed teddy bears dressed as cops. It was a gruesome sight seeing that bear guts were flying everywhere.
"Kids look at these crayons, kids look at these crayons, I make art!"
The sound of his phone ringing caught his attention and with a groan he reached for the remote to pause the show and pick up his phone. He didn't even look at the caller ID before answering.
"You reach Courf." He said into the phone
"Courf!" exclaimed the voice on the other end of the line, "Where's Gavroche?"
"Enjy is that you?" Courf asked as he sat up
"Please don't call me Enjy," he groaned
"Well then what am I supposed to call you?"
Enjolras let out a sigh, "Courfeyrac I really don't have time for this. So I will repeat, where is Gav?"
"Don't get your panties in a bunch." He replied with a tinge of annoyance, "Gavroche is fine. He is here with me."
"Ok good! Just make sure he stays there, and if Grantaire and Azelma come over tell me."
"Sure thing but you are sort of scaring me man."
"Don't worry about it, just make sure Gavroche never leaves your sight and don't go anywhere! I need to make sure of somethings."
"It's Saturday night what am I going to do?" Courfeyrac answered back, "Oh wow I'm lame!"
Over the phone Enjolras let out a loud groan and Courfeyrac swore he could feel Enjolras shooting him eye daggers.
"Just make sure you and Gav stay where you are." He replied coldly, "I'll call you later."
With that the line went dead.
Courfeyrac rolled his eyes before turning back to the TV and calling out to Gavroche, "Gav I'm going to order a pizza!"
Enjolras sighed as he hung up the phone and slipped it into his pocket. Tonight had been a stressful and he knew it was nowhere near over. Eponine had gotten mad at him yet again but he knew what had to be done. She had not told him anything about what happened and while Enjolras didn't have the most street smarts he could put two and two together. He remembered back when Eponine had revealed to him that her father was abusive, the bruises on her body showed that it happened often and with a lot of rage. After she had called Azelma and begged her to leave the house something clicked in Enjolras' head and he knew exactly what was going on. As much as he wanted to keep his promise to her from her before, he just couldn't after seeing her so beaten up and scared. He cared for her more than anything and he simply could not allow her to remain in danger.
Letting out another sigh he ran a hand through his thick hair and leaned against the wall. Marius and Cosette had excused themselves to the screening room to watch some TV to get their minds off things, they had invited Enjolras but he decided, stating that he'd rather wait for Eponine in the front of the house. In all honesty he just wanted to be alone as well. Everything had been like a roller coaster and he needed a moment to himself to process it all.
He heard some rustling coming from the back door and turned to see Eponine leaning against the railing separating the back of the house from the garden. Her back was too him but even from her spot he could sense the tension radiating off of her. Before he had a time to process what he was doing his feet led him outside until he was stating right next to her. He didn't know what he was going to say to her, or even what he wanted to say, all he knew was that he wanted to be at her side. He had to admit he was mad at her as well, if wasn't fair for her to always get mad at him and run from him when he never meant to hurt her. However he also had to admit Eponine's quick wit and fire was one of the reasons he fell for her.
Eponine glanced over at him but stayed perfectly still. She took a deep breath and stared out across the patio and onto the vast lawn in front of her. She really didn't know what to say. After all Enjolras had done for her she had done nothing but get mad at him. Enjolras stood next to her, sending her an expectant look that only made the butterflies in Eponine's stomach flutter faster.
"I'm sorry." She breathed finally out, "I know that I get angry a lot and you don't deserve it at all but it's the only way I know how to be. I do it out of instinct now." She admitted, "I lash out because that's what I always had to do. I don't get to be moody and dramatic. When I'm mad my first instinct is to shut everything out and throw everything far away from me."
Enjolras looked at her. She didn't look mad or angry she just seemed uncomfortable. Her eyes looked ahead of her and she her arms were crossed over her chest and overall it seemed as if she was as confused as he was.
"From the time I was young people have let me down. I've learned not to expect the best in people because most times their best is not good enough. Everyone who I have let get somewhat close to me has hurt me in some way and I'm at a point where I just expect it from people. That's what happens when the people who are supposed to love you unconditionally and care for you turn their backs on you and leave you alone to fend for yourselves. Parents are supposed to be the only people in the world who will always be there but mine don't give a damn about me. It hurts it really does." She licked her lips before continuing, "I told you I used to be happy, that my parent's loved me and everything was perfect- well that just makes everything worse now, because I know what I am missing, I don't have to wonder; I remember what it was like. I remember what it was like to have someone hug me and hold me in their arms for no other reason than to comfort me and make me happy and... I miss it. I went from being their little princess to their useless brat. I've tried to push back those memories, God knows I've tried, but they just won't stay down." She said punctuating the end of her phrase.
She paused to blink away some of the tears and poked her tongue to the inside of her cheek
"Growing up I wasn't allowed to be the weak one. I had to be everyone's rock. They needed something to hold on to and I was that something. My mother ranted at me for hours and hours before her hate grew larger than her love and she simply stopped caring; Azelma used to cry herself to sleep while I held her at night and told her everything would be ok. Gavroche would curl up next to me when he was scared or sad because he trusted me more than his own mother. Ten years old and I wasn't a kid anymore. Ten years old and I had to make it out there on my own carrying everyone on my back. I even wasn't allowed to cried because I had to be the strong one. There was no one else so if I wasn't the rock then we would have all sank," she chuckled dryly, "not that we really stayed afloat anyway." She smacked her lips together before continuing, " Have to say it really did hurt when Gavroche asked me why his mommy and daddy didn't love him on his sixth birthday and again when Azelma asked me why we didn't have a dad with us on father's day- it's sort of hard to tell a ten year old that her father rather be out drinking and gambling rather than spending time with his kids on father's day. In all that time I never revealed anything. How I was feeling or all pain I had inside of me. I didn't even tell anyone what was going on at home. I forced it all in because when it came down to it what I felt didn't matter. No one cared to listen and frankly I didn't want to talk. No one gave a shit about be and to be honest I didn't give a shit either. I prefered being on my own- living in a little world where I knew I would be safe and no one would give me any crap. As long as Gav and Azelma were ok so was I." She shifted her body slightly so it was turned toward Enjolras and he could see a single tear streak her right cheek. "To me pushing people is better than letting them get close just to have them hurt you in the long run... I've been let down so many times that I can't afford to let people in anymore. I guess I get mad easily because to me it is better than letting people know how much I'm hurting. When you are angry you aren't the weak one, you're the strong one that no one would dare mess with. No one looks down on you, no one feels sorry for you, no one pities you. It's almost as if you are untouchable."
She looked out at the rose bushes in the lawn and took a deep breath, "Enj you are one of the only people who hasn't hurt me but a small part of me is expecting you to do so. I'm sorry, it's not personal it's just what I am accustomed to. If it were up to me I wouldn't have these doubts. It's just hard for me to trust since I don't trust anyone and not get angry because I'm afraid of what could happen if my walls aren't always up." She looked at his face timidly and bit down hard on her lip, "I understand that I am a lot to deal with and I have all this baggage. I also understand if you have had it with me. I'm not girlfriend material and I don't feel right throwing this all on you. You don't deserve any of it."
Enjolras dropped his arms from his chest and stared at her in disbelief. There was a tear stain going down her cheek but she didn't look sad. In the moonlight the scars on her face stood out against her skin. Her face looked like stone but within her eyes he could see the specks of pain and understanding she had gotten so used to hiding. It looked like she was expecting an answer but nothing more. It pained him to see her like that. He always knew that she had been through hell but he never knew what it had done to her. He could never understand what she had been through but he could understand why she was the way she was. He had his own problems that he dealt with in his own way, he would bury himself in school work and extra curriculars because they would give him an excuse for being away from home so he wouldn't have to spend time in a big empty house. His parents were never around either but they provided for him, yet it didn't fill the void. He had never had someone really care for him until he had Eponine. Somehow she helped filled that void. Ever since they had gotten together there had finally been someone cheering specifically for him and him alone, not what he could do for the school or anyone else.. He no longer had to work for some shot at intimate attention, he had it.
A knot grew in his stomach as he realized all the times she must have been stabbed in the back or left alone. He knew what it was like to be second to his parents but he didn't have to care for anyone else in their place. He didn't have to hold the weight of the world on his shoulders. Enjolras had his burdens but Eponine had hers and her siblings' as well.
They stood there another moment and Eponine looked at him with expectant eyes, waiting for him to answer her. Enjolras didn't even need to think before he took his hand in hers and pulled her close to him. He brought a finger under her chin and pressed his lips to her. She automatically deepened the kiss and wrapped her arms around his neck as one of his wrapped around her waist. When their lungs burned for air they separated themselves and Enjolras leaned his forehead on Eponine's. She looked up at him with her chocolate brown eyes looking hopeful and shocked at the same time. He slowly brought a hand up to her face and gently stroked her cheek with his thumb.
"I can handle it." He said softly
Eponine pressed her lips together and buried her head in the crook of his neck. Enjolras took the opportunity to press her closer to him and rub a hand up and down her back. He wanted to hug away all her pain and make her forget everything she had been through. She didn't deserve any of it yet she had taken it all and stood her ground doing so. He reminded her of an oak tree. In the wind an oak tree never budge, instead staying planted in the ground firmly and allowing the wind to take it face on, unlike a weeping willow that bent over when the wind came. Like the oak tree Eponine stood tall and proud when the wind past but she had lost pieces of herself along the way and it would take time for them to grow back.
Standing there with her in his arms so peacefully he almost regretted his next decision- knowing it would change everything- almost but not quite. What he had planned was certainly going to be for the better. He hoped...
The lunar moon stood out brightly against the black sky as Enjolras and Eponine walked into the cafe. Eponine had to admit that cresent moons were her favorites, they gave off a mysterious vibe and she liked it. After staying in Cosette's house for another hour both of them were getting mildly uncomfortable - Cosette and Marius constant PDA didn't help- and decided to head out. It took some convincing on his part but Enjolras got Eponine to agree to go to the cafe. He debated that it was like home to her and the familiar atmosphere would help them relax after the day they had. When that failed Enjolras stated they had the best hot chocolate and Eponine found she couldn't say no to that, plus Musichetta was working that day and some of their other friends were likely to be there as well. As they pulled into the parking lot of the cafe and got out of the car Enjolras pulled out his phone and stayed a few steps behind Eponine texting away. Once they got inside they were met with the warm and happy faces of some of their friends.
"Well good evening you two." Greeted Combeferre, looking up from his book and pushing his glasses up his nose.
"Hey Ferre," Eponine greeted back with a small wave. Beside him sat Joly, Feuilly, and Jehan.
Enjolras nodded at them all and took a seat on the other side of Combeferre, "What brings you guys here?"
"Oh you know the usual," Combeferre answered, "we all wanted to hang out on a Saturday and we just come here. It's nice."
Eponine chuckled, "Can't argue with you there."
Just then Musichetta appeared, "Well hiya Eponine!" She said cheerfully
"Hey Chetta, Mr. Myriel has you working today?"
"Yep, it's just me and him today."
"Oh," Eponine nodded, "Well then I think I'll go say hi to him." She kissed Enjolras on the cheek as she swiftly got out of her seat and waited for Musichetta to take their orders before following to the counter to talk to Mr. Myriel. Enjolras smiled at her and watched her walk away before turning his attention back to his friends. In front of them was an ongoing game of Pictionary.
Enjolras chuckled, "Typical we are high school kids who spend their weekends playing pictionary in a cafe."
Combeferre nodded, "Yea we are just that awesome!"
Jehan laughed, "Oh yeah, awesome is the word I would use."
Enjolras rolled his eyes at his friends when he noticed something in the middle of the wall in front of him.
"Since when does this place have a TV?"
"Oh you mean the plasma?" Joly asked, "Well Musichetta told me that sales have been going through the roof lately and with the extra money Mr. Myriel decided to buy a flat screen for the place. Ironically enough enough it draws even more people to the cafe."
Enjolras nodded, "That makes sense."
The TV was currently turned out to some news channel and it was fairly easy to tune it out and focus on the game in front of him. He needed something to distract him from his nerves. Joly was just in the middle of acting out some kind of movie scene when Eponine and Musichetta returned with a tray of different orders. Eponine spared no thought in sitting on Enjolras lap and wrapping one arm around his shoulders after passing out the drinks, Enjolras reacted by wrapping his arm around her waist and holding her closer to him. The two of them were put on Combeferre's team and the game continued without a problem. It was a nice feeling being with everyone and having fun, even Eponine looked remarkably happier than before. She leaned against him and rested her head on his shoulder and Enjolras felt very much at ease and comfortable as well.
It took ten minutes for Jehan to comment, "Aww this is so adorable! I feel a poem coming!"
Eponine rolled her eyes playfully and chuckled, "Coming from you Jehan I am not surprised."
Just then the bell at the front of the cafe dinged and they all turned to see four people coming in. Once they took another few steps closer they could tell it was Courfeyrac and Gavroche with Azelma and Grantaire right behind them. A confused look fell upon Eponine's face. She hadn't seen them all day and she certainly hadn't expected them to come to the cafe, but she was happy to see them nonetheless.
"Hey!" She smiled as they came to meet them, "What are you guys doing here?"
"Well after Grantaire picked me up we went to see a movie then he asked if I was hungry and suggested the cafe, so here we are."
Gavroche nodded, "Courf just asked me if I wanted to get a brownie from the cafe and I never say no to brownies."
Combeferre waved them over, "Want to join our game?"
"Sure!" answered Grantaire, taking Azelma's hand and leading her over to the table.
The four of them spared no thought in taking seats by the rest of them and joining Joly's team. The game continued like normal, when you were as close as they were that's how things went. Things were going rather well until Gavroche sneezed without covering his mouth and Joly began hyperventilating. Combeferre tried to calm him down but it wasn't working and Joly kept spurting out random facts about germs and how they are spread and how dangerous they could be. It wasn't until Musichetta came over and kissed his cheek that he finally relaxed and stopped ranting. Gavroche tried to redeem himself by going to wash his hands at Joly's instistance. He tried to protest at first stating that he didn't even sneeze into them but a stern look from everyone at the table made him comply to the odd request; as quick as a mouse he went to the bathroom and came back with freshly cleaned hands. He was about to take his seat by Grantaire when something strange caught his attention.
"Hey Ep is that our house on TV?" He asked loudly
Automatically Eponine turned her attention to the large screen and as soon as her eyes saw what was being shown her heart dropped to her stomach. There on the 9 o'clock news was her house being broadcasted nationwide. She let go of Enjolras and hopped over to get closer to the television. The sight made her eyes widen. Several police cars with blinking lights were stationed outside her home along with a news van and some reporters. As she continued watching she saw everything unravel as one by one her father, mother, Montparnasse, and several other of her father's gang members being escorted out in handcuffs.
The scene changed to a lean female reporter with red hair. "The house being me is home to none other than the man known by Thenardier. He and his gang of layabouts were involved in an attempted robbery earlier today and have been suspected to be involved in many other house robberies and petty crimes around the county. An anonymous tipper informed the police where they were most likely to find them and luckily when they got there the gang was there as well. When authorities arrived to obtain the suspects the K-9 unit also revealed their to be about 10 ounces of marijuana on the premises as well. Thenardier's wife told police she knew nothing about it but not wanting to take any any chances they took her into custody too." She added a dramatic pause as she finished her phrase, "Neighbors state that the Thenardiers live here with their children but when police arrived none of them were present. Well I just have to say I for one feel for this kids. That's all for now but we will keep you all informed with our next update."
The show went to a commercial break after that and a tangible tension filled the room. No one dared to speak. Everyone looked at each other with wide eyes and confused expression. Eponine, Azelma, and Gavroche still had their eyes glued to the TV but they had an empty look in their eyes. Courfeyrac jolted from his seat and turned off the TV but the Thenardier children still stared blankly at with with gaping expressions. This was it, the moment they worst feared. The moment the law caught up with their parents. You would think they would be happy with this, their awful parents finally getting what they deserved, but they were terrified. They had no idea what this meant for them, and they didn't want to find out either. The others sat around awkwardly waiting for someone to approach them but no one knew how. They didn't even know their parents were criminals and now they had been arrested.
Finally Eponine got a hold of herself.
"Ok Gav you just stay with Courf like nothing happened, and Azelma you and I are going to have to find a place to crash for the night." She began hurriedly
"That won't be necessary." Called an unfamiliar voice behind them.
Everyone turned to see three police officers accompanied by a professional man in a dark suit. Through the windows they could see two squad cars and a unmarked black four-door parked outside.
Mr. Myriel went up to them, "What is the meaning of this?"
Dark suit shook his head at the elderly man and turned his attention back to the group of teens. His eyes scanned over them all until they landed on the three siblings sitting close together by the TV and honed in on Eponine. "Are you the Thenardier children?"
Eponine raised her head at him unafraid, "Who wants to know?"
The man gestured to the three policemen, "My name is Mike Cutter I am with child services."
Azelma gasped, "What?!"
The policeman approached the children, "Due to some unfortunate circumstances the state of Illinois has mandated that we take custody of you."
"What!? No you can't do this!" Protested Eponine as one of the cops took Azelma's arm and led her away while another took Gavroche. Grantaire and Courfeyrac made a move to go after Azelma and Gavroche but were held back.
"I'm afraid we have to." Replied Mike Cutter like it was nothing but a business arrangement.
"Get your hands off of me!" yelled Gavroche to no avail.
The last cop grabbed Eponine's hand but she automatically snatched it back, "No!" she protested but the cop hold took her by the arm and pulled her. Eponine tried to squirm out of his grasp when a voice called out to her.
"Just go with them Ep."
Eponine shot her head in the direction of the voice to see Enjolras looking at her with a sad expression in his eyes. Realization shot through her.
"It was you." She said in a gasp, "you called them! You told them we would be here and where my father would be." Enjolras didn't reply but the look on his face told Eponine all she needed to know. "How could you? You promised...you promised me."
"I'm sorry." He replied quietly. One look on Eponine's face and he almost regretted it. She didn't look mad or angry or even annoyed, she looked disappointed and hurt.
Eponine stopped struggling so the cop moved his hand to the middle of her back and gently lead her away. Eponine looked back at everyone over her shoulder and Enjolras saw one last sad expression before her face dropped and turned straight ahead of her as she was lead away- leaving a group of teens and an old man to look on completely helpless.
The three Thenardier children walked across the parking lot and were taken to the unmarked black car stationed near the squad cars. Azelma went in first followed by Eponine and then Gavroche. From the cracked window they could hear bits and pieces of sentences between Cutter and the police. Things like 'criminals', 'childrens homes', 'custody', and 'foster care' were being spread around and each one stabbed the Thenardier kids. Out of instinct Alzema grabbed Eponine's hand and Gavroche curled up to her side.
"What's going to happen to us 'Ponine?" asked Azelma in a quivering voice. Eponine looked at her sister and found her staring at her with large dark eyes full of fright that seemed so familiar. For a moment Eponine saw nine year old Azelma looking up to her and felt toddler Gavroche curling up to her. She had been through this all before, the scared faces, the dark car, the uncertainty coursing through all of them. She had to bite down on her lip from crying out in shock. She knew what she had to do. Soothingly she ran a hand through Gavroche's hair and kissed Azelma on the forehead.
"We're going to be fine." She said in the strongest voice she could, "We are going to be just fine."
Eponine sat in some unknown room in some unknown building somewhere in town. After the car ride Eponine had all but begged to keep her siblings next to her, if only for that night. The child service officer agreed and soon they were escorted to a room with two beds and a chair.
That had been hours ago and now the sun was just beginning to peek over the horizon. Even will all that had happened with her that day Eponine found that she could not fall asleep. Instead she sat there staring out the window with her back pressed to the wall as Azelma and Gavroche clung onto her in their sleep. She looked down on them and let her mouth shape itself into a small smile; their faces looked so at peace and that made Eponine feel just a bit better. It felt good to hold her siblings and take in their scent. It was oddly comforting and the only thing that ever made her feel at home. She would need that if worst was to come to worst and they were all separated. She knew once the day began the authorities would come and take them into the system where they could only wait so long before being put into foster care. Who knew what could happen after that. Eponine gulped and hugged her siblings tighter. She looked out at the window and could feel herself begging the sun to stay down, begging it to still be the night for a little longer so she wouldn't have to let go. She had lost so much in the past few years, they all had, but they were the only things they had left.
God on high, hear my prayer. Please don't let them get taken away from me. Please! I don't ask for much and they matter to me more than anything.
A few tears streamed down Eponine's face and she had to take a deep breath to calm herself down and stop the shaking going on in her chest.
She didn't know how much time had passed when the door to their room swung open and the lights were turned out. Eponine's eyes squinted involuntarily in the sudden light and Mike Cutter revealed himself. She could feel Gavroche and Azelma waking up as well.
"Good morning children." He stated simply. "Please follow me."
They did as they were told and followed him down the wide hallway to the front of the building. They were rounding the corner and all of them braced themselves for the moment they knew was coming. However when they came around they were met by a sight they didn't expect to see. Mr. Myriel was standing there signing some papers and from behind Gavroche could make out the outlines of Enjolras leaning back in a chair. Mr. Myriel finished signing and set the pen down as the childs watched in confusion.
The secretary skimmed through the papers and nodded, "Everything is in order."
Cutter smiled, "Well then children I release you into the custody of Mr. M Myriel here."
The three of them looked over everyone in shock. "Are you serious?" Azelma asked
Mr. Myriel gave them a warm smile, "Yes, I'm your new guardian."
"He has taken custody of all three of you." Cutter reassured
Relief flooded through all three Thenardiers and none of them could refrain themselves from charging at the kind man and hugging him tightly. Mr. Myriel chuckled in delight.
Eponine couldn't contain her delight and let out a tear of joy before shutting her eyes. "Thank you! Thank you!" She whispered. When she opened her eyes she saw Enjolras looking at her from his seat on the chair. Eponine gave him a small smile and her eyes glisten with unshed tears. "Thank you." She mouthed to him.
He nodded, " You're welcome."
A/N: Well I hope this makes up for everything! (I don't really know how foster care and child services work so sorry for that)
Enjolras: Ep how many more people are coming to the barricade?
Me: *shrug* As many as I deem fit
DangerGirlRed2011: Hey Everybody! My name is Kay D, though everybody just calls me DangerGirlRed2011! Eponine thanks so much for letting me join you here!
Me: Not a problem. I love having you all here!
Grantaire: so tell me Kay D, are you crazy like the others?
Me: Grantaire!
DangerGirlRed2011: Grantiare! OMG I absolutely LOVE listening to you sing while I'm at work! And Courf... You are amazing! I am soooo excited to finally meet you! *runs and hugs them both* And to answer your question Grantaire, I like to use the term slightly insane, but that could be from working overnight five nights a week.
Me: I feel like most Fangirls either have a fave ami they came to meet or they simply come to annoy Enjy
Enjolras: I've noticed
Grantaire: What do you do if you don't mind my asking
DangerGirlRed2011: I work at McDonald's and trust me it could drive anyone insane! But Enjy I think you are hilarious. In a stuck-in-his-ways kind of way! So I'm ready to fight for Patria, just as long as I'm next to Grantaire and Courf.
Grantaire: Yea that does sound like it would drive you insane
DangerGirlRed2011: *Taking out something from my bag* I have something for you R! *hands him a can* I swear I just think he reminds of one of my best friends
Grantaire: what's in the can?
DangerGirlRed2011: In that can is what I like to call my lifesaver when I've been up writing and then have to work. It's called Arizona Tea with honey and ginseng! Keeps me awake for HOURS and only because I'm not allowed to drink energy drinks or coffee because it makes me act like a lunatic!
Enjolras: sounds much better than coffee
DangerGirlRed2011: Tastes better too
Grantaire; that's debatable
Me: R we talked about this! You need to get off the alcohol. This might just be the thing to help
Grantaire: stop trying to change me!
Me: I'm not changing you R. I just you to be healthy!
DangerGirlRed2011: Oh Enjolras, my boyfriend and friends are fans of your cause so they sent me with a note. They will be sending me back later with some more weapons and ammunition. So I really would love to stay longer, but I am needed to return to mi amour before he worries. Though I have a message that I need to tell you something as well. *Pulling Enjy to the side and whispering in his ear* Don't you even think of hurting Eponine. Our I will find a way to make you miserable beyond belief, after all the D in my name stands for Devil. *Walking back to the others* Well I must bid you all a farewell, for I've got some work to do. *Gives out quick hugs, then takes out a Colt from my bag and bolts from the barricade.*
Me: Bye! She was nice right?
Enjolras: yea lets go with that...
