Chapter 10:
The little girl kneels at the water's edge. Her hand submerged under water as she played with the fish. Giggling when one would come up and nibble at her fingers.
Spyro sat next to her. Looking around the surroundings. He let out a bored yawn. "Man they should have been here by now."
"Spyro!" Hunter said waving to the dragon fledgling.
" Hey little buddy how you doing." Elora said hugging the little dragon.
"Elora! Not in front of the new kid!" Spyro huffed. Embarrassed.
Elora looked over and spotted the little girl. "Oh hello! You must be Fayra. Everyone's been talking about you."
Fayra responded with a shy, "Everyone?"
"Well ya. Your the first human to come through one of the old portals!" Hunter said. Fayra just shrugs. Confused on how to respond.
"There's no need to be shy." Elora said softly. Offering her hand. Fayra took it and stood up. "Why don't we show you around."
Fayra smiled. "Sure!"
