Katherine thought about everything.

She was sure that everything was going to go right this time. She had thought of everything that could possibly go wrong. Now that the special order was placed, she had about 5 weeks ahead of her to figure out the details of how she was going to get them to the girls.

The hardest part of her plan had been to steal Mickeal's body. The hybrids were much stronger than she was and she didn't want to confront them on her own (or at all) but thankfully she was smarter than they were and this was a very important aventage. All she had to do was shoot a dart of super-concentrated vervain and wolf's bane and they were out. Then she reached them and snapped their necks so she had more time to get away, she erased every traces of her presence there and she was off with the body. As she went, she also had to make sure to erase all her traces while leaving the hybrids' and it wasn't easy but thankfully she managed to do it, another proof of her superior intellec, she thought. She also sprayed some nature scented deodorent behind to hide her own scent.

It had been hard but it was well worth it. Even ruining another good pair of heals was worth it given what she had gained. The diamonds made of Mickeal's body would bring such power to the bracelets... It would allow Mickeal and Esther to connect with the bracelets she had made and to enforce the spell Bonnie put on them. She knew it was a low blow to attack the girls connected to the people she wanted to hurt but it was their fault for caring in the first place.

Rachel was really the golden one since her dying with this will hurt Damon, Stefan and Klaus. Rebekah will hurt all of the originals and Damon. Sage will hurt Damon and some of the originals but mostly will keep her out of the way. If she lived, she would have been one hell of an adversary to go against after Rachel's passing. Santana was simply added to the mix because she was friend with Rachel and might have gotten in the way hadn't she been included. Caroline was added last, to punish Stefan for straying from Elena and for not wanting to go back to Katherine. He had hurt her pride and needed to pay with pain. Soon, the Originals and the Salvatore would be weak with grief and it will be her pleasure to see their suffering.

Why should she care that those hybrids would probably end up being killed by Klaus for loosing the body? It wasn't her problem and she wasn't going to carry the blame for this. This was how she had managed to keep her humanity turned on for so long: never put the blame on herself, always find someone else she can convince herself is responsible.

Who was she going to put the blame on this time?

Not Elena, it would never work. Rachel and her friends would never accept anything that came from Elena, or Bonnie... She needed another person to take the blame and get killed instead of her... She had managed to stay hiden ever since she got into town, now wasn't the time to get discovered and killed, not when she was about to get her life back.

She was trying to figure this out when Caroline Forbes walked by, on the phone with the vampire friend she had in common with Stefan: Lexi.

Katherine smirked. This was perfect.

Not only was she getting her revenge on Klaus, Rachel and everyone else, but she was getting rid of someone who had turned Stefan against her and gotten in her way in the past.

The day looked that much better to the vampire doppelganger as she smiled wickedly on the way back to her room at the local Boarding house, run by the easily compellable Miss Flowers.

Klaus and his brothers didn't have any news on the location of Mickeal's body and they were all mad and nervous... Well, Klaus wasn't mad, he was furious. They could all smell something coming but they didn't know what it was. They couldn't do anything about it, so they only waited, hoping that wouls be prepared when whatever it was came.

For the next few weeks, the only moment Klaus was bearable was when Rachel was with him.

When she got the call from the diamond maker, Katherine rushed to pick it up. The same man who took her order was waiting for her and he handed her a small box. She opened it and what she saw made her smile big... Here where her 5 diamonds, each unique in colour, between blue and white... They were also cut the way she had asked them. She thanked the man, paid him and rushed to her apartment to put them on the bracelets Bonnie had enchanted for her earlier.

The first diamond she took was the one with the princess cut. She placed this one on the bracelet that would be Rachel's. Then she grabbed the heart shaped diamond and placed it on Sage's bracelet. The cushion cut went to Santana, the marquise cut went to Rebekah's bracelet and finally the pear cut diamond went to Caroline's bracelet.

The bracelet had been made with 2 silver daggers that had been used, once upon a time, to dagger an original. After she melted them, Katherine put the rest of her white oak ashes in the melting silver too. Everything was made to make this jewellery powerful.

There was also their name engraved on their nominative bracelet along with the initials of their most beloved friends.

All in all, each bracelet was different but also the same. It was the same style but there were small differences on them all... Katherine was sure that each girl would love her gift.

"Oh my god, they're beautiful... How do you know they won't contact Lexi before putting them on?" Elena asked Katherine.

"Oh, it's simple really. She barely uses her phone and I had it stolen and replaced with another just like it but with another number this morning. Also I asked some friends of mine to keep her busy... Trust me Lena, Lexi won't be a problem for us before a while..."

"Great! You're so smart..." Elena replied as she helped Katherine putting each bracelet in a special box with a false note from Lexi.

"You're sending them by postal service?" Elena asked.

"Of course not. I'm having them all hand delivered by guy's I've compelled for the occasion. I'm leaving no traces leading it back to us." Katherine smirked as Elena replied with a smile.

All at the same time, Caroline, Rachel, Santana, Sage and Rebekah found themselves thanking a simple delivery guy for a mysterious small package. All at the same time, they sat down and opened it, eyed the bracelet before reading the note that went with it. Each note was slightly personalised because Lexi didn't have the same relationship with them all but they basically said the same thing: it was a good occasion that she couldn't let pass, she herself had the same one, it was pretty, valuable and expensive.

All at the same time, they sealed Katherine's plan when they put on the pretty, new bracelet, not knowing that they might have just signed their death warrant.

The next day, Katherine made sure to cross each of the 5 girls wearing her bracelet and she smiled happily when she saw that they all looked tired, maybe even a little sick...

Her plan was working... It was a good thing she asked Bonnie to add to this bracelet a spell that diverted people's attention from the sick and tired look of the owner. With this spell, even the owner couldn't think of his exceptional tired state. They wouldn't be able to warn anybody. They would soon be dead and there was nothing anyone would be able to do against it because Rachel was also cursed and Bonnie used a lot of energy making sure that Rachel wouldn't be able to detect the magic it held.

It was perfect.
