To all my beloved readers and fans.

I apologize.

I am sorry. I am so, so, sorry.

In fact, I could come up with a good number of different synonyms for what I have to say, and none of them would quite fit the remorse I have right now.

You deserve better in an author. You deserve someone with dedication, someone who is capable of making this story everything it needs to be. Someone who won't betray your trust. I hope I can become that person, one day. But it cannot be now.

With the utmost of regrets, I am going to be cancelling the Kalos Chronicles. I will, however, be leaving this story on-site, for the few-or-many fans I've gathered over the course of its creation.

The trust you have placed in me hurts evermore as I write this letter of resignation. Know that this decision to cancel the story was not made easily, and was done with a heavy heart. I'm blinking away the tears that are slowly dripping onto my keyboard as I type out these next few letters.

This will be the last chapter I ever write in a long, long time, folks. I hope you'll forgive me, and that you'll find another story to place your affections on.

Al, d'you know what happened to my computer? I can't find it anywh- what are you doing?

"So, do you understand the consequences should you even think of trying that again?"

A muffled response came from the trussed-up, humanoid Pokémon dangling from a rope.

"Oh, I forgot. You're a bit tied up at the moment."

Laughing at his own pun, the teenager snapped, and the ropes that bound the Jirachi were scorched away by a Flamethrower, complimentary of his Togekiss.

Effectively scorching the half-Steel legendary in the process.

"Ow, hothothothothothothothot!"

Okay, let's see what the damage is- whoa hoh ho!

That paragraph sounds nothing like me! Seriously, what was that hacker thinking when he tried to imitate me? Seriously, come on, if you're gonna screw someone over, you'd better do a bang-up job at it!

Haha, too bad I have no intention of stopping when I've started something. Determination's one of the few things I'm confident in admitting I possess. Well, that, a penchant for pranks, and an A-minus average.

As always, the next chapter will definitely come up sometime this month, although it may be a bit later than the norm, since I'm currently going into exam week. This time, I'm going to be experimenting with something I haven't quite used before, so, you might see a bit of a change.

Well, that's all I have to say this fine day. Thanks; for sticking with me throughout all of the trials and tribulations; for being such awesome fans; and for breaking the 25k view mark.

Now excuse me, I have a tuition class to get to.
