I really love him.- cute no? that's friggin' adorable and even though I love women, wouldn't it be nice to have a boyfriend like that? lol. the single life man. T.T

No one said being in a relationship was easy. And whoever says that they are, Natsu thinks they're the epitome of ignorance. Relationships comes in a package deal:

- feelings and emotions that never existed until a relationship

- physical love and touches

- fights and arguments

- make up sex

- not talking to one another during a couple's spat

- dates and anniversaries

That's just the thin layer of the top layer. Relationships are more than what they appear and Natsu has an even longer list than the aforementioned example to concrete his case. He and his boyfriend of three years, Gray, live together in a cozy apartment together and he can list off all the pros and cons about living with a spouse, especially one like Gray. Although Natsu doesn't want anyone other than Gray, Gray can be a real pain in the ass. Natsu isn't a saint either and the love they have for each other is on a rare level not a lot of couples can reach, but damn.

Currently Natsu was fed up to the point where he's just told Gray to pack his belongings and leave. Not forever but until Natsu doesn't feel like running his boyfriend over with a semi. Standing in their living room glaring at each other, Natsu and Gray both sizzled with emotions from their argument. Honestly, it shouldn't have escalated to where it is now because it's such a minor issue that dealt with Natsu's job, a crushing co-worker, and Gray discovering a flirtatious text message sent to Natsu from said co-worker.

"You kicking me out?" Gray demanded in a tight voice. "Gonna call your little girlfriend after I'm out?" Natsu's dark haired boyfriend jut his thumb out towards the lone iPhone resting on the couch cushion.

Natsu growled. "No! I've already said a thousand times that there's nothing going on behind your back, and I don't know how many more times I have to say it to you because you don't seem to be understanding English! Want me to say it in a different language, need me to spell it out to you or what asshole? You know what, I can't deal with this tonight. Get out."

Gray scoffed and shoved his hands in his black jeans pockets. He glared his dark cobalt eyes on his pink haired boyfriend. "Now you know how I felt with your whiny ass." Even though Gray regretted his words after seeing the hurt flash across Natsu's eyes, he remained impassive and watched Natsu clench his teeth together.

"Get your shit and get the fuck out!" Natsu snapped, his voice raising in a slight trembling note. He turned his back on Gray and began to storm away without hearing Gray's response. 'That stupid ungrateful bastard! This situation is different from the rest and he knows it, the stupid asshole. It's not my fault Milliana can't get it through her head that I'm not- eh?!' Natsu only stopped walking because his legs had been lifted from the ground and he was thrown over a broad shoulder with a heavy but warm arm draped over his hips like a blanket. Blinking, Natsu watched dumbly as the inside of their apartment grew further and further away as he was carried to the front door. It wasn't until said front door closed and his home disappeared from his sight that Natsu finally found his voice. "What the fuck?!"

Gray locked the door calmly before taking off down the hallway with Natsu still draped over his shoulder. "What." the dark haired male grumbled.

"Don't 'what' me asshole, what are you doing?! Put me down!" Natsu demanded hotly and twisted his upper body enough so he could glare down at the head full of inky black hair.

"I'm doing exactly what the fuck you told me to do." Gray answered as he descended the stairs smoothly. He ignored the weird stares he received from their floor neighbor Evergreen Strauss as she walked up the stairs, a few shopping bags in her hands.

Natsu squawked. "And just when did you hear me say 'carry me around like a damn rag doll'?!"

Gray did that half smirk smile thing Natsu hates and loves so much as he walked out their complex and into the evening night. Natsu poked his head up to look around their seemingly deserted block and relaxed somewhat for not being seen. He had been too busy yelling at Gray to notice Evergreen so he doesn't realize someone already has seen him in this embarrassing position. "You told me to 'get my shit and get the fuck out' so here I am with my little shit and getting the fuck out."

Natsu opened his mouth to retort but the more Gray's words sunk in, the less back talk he had prepared for the snarky bastard. And well, Natsu might've melted too fast to even think of a reply after his boyfriend's words clicked with his brain. "Dumbass." Natsu finally murmured and buried his face into the back of Gray's shoulder.
