Panting, the Enderfemme came out of the portal into the End and fell to her knees. Her pride wounded as badly as her body, she scowled and stared at her now hand-less right arm. She swore.
She was hurt, badly. Bleeding in many places. She knew the wounds would become scars.
"The Scarred Elder..." She growled low in her chest. "He lives." The one she had faced could be nothing BUT the one that had made the Dragon bleed so long ago. She had received memories of it from the dragon, and by all rights he should have been dead! And yet he was alive, and had helped kill her hunting party. The Dragon channeled through her had recognized him as clearly as she had. It no longer wanted Kuu. It could care less about the young one staying with the human.
It wanted Vyyr. It wanted vengeance.
She limped slowly and painfully to a small, dark cave in Darkrealm, where she curled up to lick her wounds and recover her strength. She knew her status would be gone after this. Her Colony would throw her out. But news of the Scarred One's survival... perhaps this would bring some of that back.
For days she remained within that cave in constant pain as she slowly healed. At first, her healing was slow, but as she gained her strength back it sped back up until she was fully healed. She finally came back out, scarred, weak, and exhausted. But she would gain her strength back. She was not one to be beaten so easily.
"To think he lived..." She hissed lowly to herself. "The Master will be pleased to know his whereabouts."
"Who lived?" A low, threatening female voice came from behind her, making her ruff bristle as she spun around.
Facing her was an Enderfemme as white as freshly fallen snow, long flowing hair hanging to her knees. It flowed about her pristine form like quicksilver. Her pale purple eyes glowed fiercely from her white face as she growled.
"What an Honor." The darker female mocked. "Visited by the White One herself." She snorted. "What makes you think I will tell you?"
The albino simply smirked, before her fangs snapped into the darker female's throat. She thrashed and let out a cry of fear and pain as she was taken into a vicious predator's hold.
"Let me go!" She snarled. "The Dragon will destroy you for this!"
Aleya glanced towards the shadows, where another appeared. His eyes were blue, glowing in the eery darkness of the End. His hair hung to his mid back, his face handsome and his body defined and nicely muscled. He wore simple armor.
"I see your little quest for vengeance went off without a problem." The male said, his fangs showing in a smirk. He spoke in clear sarcastic, mocking tones.
"As if you would care!" The Dark Enderfemme snapped. She knew better then to struggle in the albino's grip.
"It seems you came upon some important information in your fool's errend." The male crooned, leaning in closer and licking his lips with his glowing blue tongue. "Now. Tell us. What is it your mistress needs to know so badly?" The way he spoke the word 'mistress' was filled with mocking ridicule.
For a moment it seemed like she would refuse to answer.
"Aleya?" The male smirked. "Care to use a little more of your 'diplomatic skills' to get an answer out of her?"
The albino smirked and sank her fangs in deeper. They were now mere millimeters from the darker Enderfemme's jugular, and the crushing pressure of her jaws restricted her breath. Every breath she took was labored and shaky.
"The Scarred Elder!" She choked out, eyes wide. "He who Destroyed the Dragon's Crystal!"
"Do you know his name?" The male demanded, and for a moment she looked like she was going to refuse to reply again. But the albino's jaws tightened. She gasped louder and struggled feebly. Every breath she drew was with such labor that it racked her entire body. She felt blackness creeping in at the edges of her vision.
"It's Vyyr!" She choked out. "Elder Vyyr!"
She hit the ground, gasping for breath and coughing and bleeding as the Albino's fangs released her. She teleported away as quickly as she could, but neither the albino or her mate went after the pathetic downed leader.
"Kerru... He... He lived..." The albino whispered softly. "Let's get back to the others. He who made the Beast Bleed... lives!" Her eyes gleamed as she smiled at the blue-eyed male beside her.
The one called Kerru purred. "This is good." He said. "Will you go looking for him?"
"Soon. But little Kyta has not yet learned to walk... When she is mature, I will go. You should come with me, my dear... if we can find him and bring him back, our people's morale would increase considerably." The Albino smiled.
"Shall we go after our little escapee?" Kerru questioned.
"Leave her." Aleya said. "She is nothing to us. She failed on her quest... the Beast will probably kill her itself."

The two appeared in a whitestone fortress deep beneath the surface of the great floating island of Endstone. There were many Enders there; of all shapes and sizes; every eye color that could appear among the Shadowkin. A thriving settlement, deep underground and safe from the Dragon and hidden from its followers. For such dark times, it was a settlement of relative peace. Their numbers had been slowly increasing; and despite it all they thrived.
The purple eyes eyes of one, though, glowed from the darkness, watching the Albino's every move as he turned a glittering dragon medallion over in his hands.
The time to strike would be soon...
